I took my truck to get a transmission replace and my clutch needed to replaced as well..not even 10 months later the clutch throw out bearing goings bad..I called B&G to see if it’s under warranty and it was so I drive from NC to get it replaced they said freightliner been having problems with that clutch from other customers so I know it wasn’t driver error..I ended up out of work for a week and they said I had to pay $525 and I’ll receive it back in 60-90 days after the warranty goes thru freightliner..I waited after the 90days and they said I’m not receiving my $525 bc their techs need to get paid even tho I paid for it to be done the first time and you put a bad clutch in so I was out of work for the week and $525 with no compromise and told me I had to eat that..even tho I was told I would receive my money back That’s crazy work and bad business

Amazing experience. they did an amazing job on my truck. They did the work very fast and luckily they were able to tow my rig in all at a very reasonable price. The neighborhood was nice and had great food at the NON FRANCHISE places to visit or door dash. Such an great pleasure working with a great American company. TY so much for everything guys!! ?? Was headed to the beach when my one tire blew out. Colby brought the tow truck and tried his best to help me get my spare down. When that wasn’t working, took right to his shop and got the tire put on. Can’t thank them enough for helping me in such a nerve wrecking situation. You guys are the best!

I was in Maryland and Delaware for 2 weeks training fire departments on grain bin rescue. Trailer broke a leaf spring on night 2 and I was left scrambling. Called these folks and they were polite, friendly, and more than willing to come look at the trailer that was stranded up in Elkton MD. Their service guy was prompt and great to deal with. They were able to find the new leaf springs and had the trailer repaired by early afternoon. They saved my trip and a lot of headaches canceling training events. Can't thank them enough for the work they did.

Tandems were not sliding on my trailer. Every truck stop on my way back home to Dover were either super long waits, or could not service. In a whim I found this place, service was a reasonable price, speedy, and easy process overall. Got to wait back at home in Dover while the trailer was serviced and was done the same day. Glad the truck stops couldn’t service me, found a great shop that I will return to if the time ever comes again.

This place is awesome. I took in my Jayco 5th Wheel for bearing service. The had me in and out and less than 30 mins. Everyone was friendly and explained to me about various grease types. This will be my go to business for my bearings, brakes and leaf springs. B and G Truck and Trailer Repair will be the place to get all of my future business. I immediately called all my RV friends and told them that this is the place to go.

My family and I attended the annual customer appreciation event that was held August 6, 2022 and it was awesome. It was very well organized and had something for everyone of all ages to enjoy. There was no way you couldn't have a good time. Food was great, the band was great, prizes, free give aways and the people were all friendly. A true family friendly event where security was NOT needed because the people and atmosphere were so welcoming. Thank you for the great experience.

Not too pleased with this company's services on my RV trailer. I got the impression they do very little on camping trailers, since some of the observations/diagnostics were wrong. I wanted the bearings repacked and brakes adjusted, as they're not auto-adjusting. Job was done, and I appreciated their observations that the tires needed replacing. However, the brakes were still not doing much at all, and one wheel got grease splatter while towing after the service. I came back to have those issues corrected as their work is guaranteed, and they initially wanted to charge me for it until I reminded them it's supposed to be covered. I did still wind up paying too much for a tail-light bulb replacement which I never asked for, and I finally got around to doing the brake adjustment myself, as they were still not engaging after the two visits.

Best shop I've been to all across the country. They were knowledgeable & straightforward. When I get my super sleeper with my motorcycle on it, I'm stopping by this place & riding with them.

I am an OTR trucker and when I woke up found a coolant leak on my truck, it was a hose, I didn’t have the parts or resources to change it myself I found these folks on google they were the closest I called and they said bring it in, changed it and had me back rolling in less than 2 hours to keep me on schedule! Very polite and professional place and people I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

Dont let all the tractor trailers at the shop fool you. They work on cars and small trailers too! They fixed the terrible job another shop did installing a 7 pin harness and brake controller in my Toyota highlander. Price was very reasonable and the guys are polite.

I cant describe our bad experience with Mike's shop and himself , in the beginning we have checked his reviews but sometimes trusting and believing to those reviews are bad mistake and you should not trust upon all reviews , charged us for 5 hours labor finished job within 45 min . no respect towards customers and really bad attitude , hope we will never ever go back again . thanks Google for being Exist . if you want to fix your vehicle do not leave it upon trusting his words but stay until they finish the job . good luck.

A real good place to get your truck worked on. But did not like the fact the fact that you were pushed to the to back for others to get their trucks worked on When you were 1st in line. But all in all they do good work thank you

Life saver. We were in a Pace Arrow Motorhome. While going over the Delaware Memorial Bridge, toward Delaware, the serpentine belt broke. We managed to get off the roadway at the end of the bridge. Sean, from B & G Truck came out and discovered the belt my husband had purchased was too small. He checked out a few other things and told us he would be back in the morning with the correct belt. (it was after all part places had closed) After a very scary, noisy and sleepless night, our Knight in shining armor (Sean) returned. The belt was replaced efficiently and we were on our way. Took trailer in for issues with brakes not coming on.they tore call 4 wheels apart down to spindles and said I needed everything including new axles. 2600 $ I said no. They put it back together and then charged me 265 and left bearings nut loose so I would have problems within 1st 50 miles..

I can't say enough good things about this business. I stopped in for a random inspection on my trailer and they were kind enough to oblige. Outstanding customer service!

I have been using B&G Truck and Trailer for about a year now. My repairs range from replacing brake chambers, blown wheel and axle seals, body repair and engine diagnostic and repair on a DD15. On several occasions, our repairs required emergency road service and towing. Each and every time, I received prompt and professional service and the repairs were right the first time. When it came time to pay the bill the price was fair and reasonable with no surprises. I highly recommend this company for all your truck and trailer repair!

Go to this place , I have axle seal broken. First time say 200$ and later say 365 $ lowered to 341. 68 and don't clean good all the oil . BS

Took our travel trailer here to get the brakes checked, as we failed inspection on a Tuesday. Mike let us know they were pretty busy already and that we’d have to leave our trailer. He called me back very early the next morning and let me know the trailer brakes weren’t the problem and to bring our tow vehicle in. He was able to determine it was our brake controller, it was faulty. He had a new one installed and our truck and trailer back to us within a few hours. Went straight to the dmv and passed without issues. Prices weren’t unreasonable, he was able to get us in and out quickly and customer service was fantastic.

Get your truck and trailer repairs and inspections done here. I had my gmc c5500 truck looked at prior to inspection by my regular mechanic when he couldn't tackle the job these guys got it done. They did not find any unnecessary work to bill me for and completed all work under quoted price. Excellent service.

I had a break chamber blow when picking up a load in Newark DE. They had a guy there in under an hour and he had me back on the road about an hour after that. Not the cheapest road service I've had done, but fair and very fast and friendly.

Alabama OTR O/O here. February 2018: On a Wednesday night, my clutch went out. Called them Thursday AM and they said they were really back logged. A couple hours later, the service writer (forgot his name now) called back and said to come on in! They started work that afternoon and completed Friday mid afternoon. And a very reasonable price. Now it's early May, no problems with install. Great job and many kudos for getting me in. Thanks guys.

I've been a driver for 10 plus years. But only a 2 years as a owner operator. David and his crew has been very helpful. I definitely recommend them especially if you live in the area.

Credit them for answering the phone on easter. Was in need of an airbag. ... but guy who answered was very unprofessional and rude. His reply was we ain't got none . Asked if if he can refer me to anyone else in town ...and got a response like I'm bothering him. Whats the sense in being oncall ????
