My entire experience was fantastic!! Making an appointment was easy and communication was great! I had a slight difficulty finding the location but when I called they made finding it simple and easy. After dropping off, they had me point out everything that I wanted touch up. Once I picked up, the car looked FANTASTIC. My vehicle now looks just as great as when I first bought it. When I dropped the car I had a lot of dog hair and when I picked it up, there wasn’t any dog hair in the car. I also want to give a shoutout to Franklin who kept in great communication with me. Thanks so much for making my car look and feel like new!
Franklin did an amazing job on my SUV. Between kids, grandkids, and living in a rural area, the car was a bit of a mess. It looks and smells like new again! He was professional and very friendly. Work was done in a quick but thorough manner, even with my obnoxious dog barking at him the whole time!

I’ll start by saying the customer service was good when it came to scheduling and communication. The person I spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful.
However, my experience at the shop itself wasn’t great. The location was mostly gravel, in a somewhat sketchy area, and surrounded by very dusty roads with large speed bumps my car (a low Miata) couldn’t even clear. After driving all the way there, I decided it would be better to have the tech come to my house instead. On the phone, I was told the switch to a mobile appointment would be $9.99, but that fee would be waived, and I was also told I could pay by card.
The detail itself was underwhelming overall. My car was already fairly clean to begin with, but I expected a near-perfect result for the price. The interior came out good, but the exterior wasn’t done very well there were still visible spots and areas that could have been better polished. The engine bay also looked like it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The tech spent 3 on my two-seater Miata, so I thought the end result would be exceptional, but it really wasn’t.
To make things worse, my final bill was higher than quoted. I was initially told $289.99, but it ended up being $310 after a card fee I wasn’t informed about. The $9.99 switch fee that was supposed to be waived also seemed to have been added anyway.
On the positive side, the technician was a genuinely nice guy and very professional. The convenience of mobile detailing is great, and I think this service could be worth it if your car is extremely dirty. But for a small, already clean car, the results just didn’t justify the $310 price tag.
My 2011 Honda looks like I just purchased a new one. Franklin did an excellent job. Not sure the car looked as good when it was purchased new. Franklin was extremely helpful in explaining things. I definitely will have him detail my car again. Also, I have his cards and plan on giving them to friends.

Great experience. Franklin arrived promptly at the scheduled time and just got to work quietly. My car looks great. He managed to remove some very difficult concrete/cement/roadwork residue on the lower vanity sills and left the rest of the car looking new. Even though I did not ask for an interior clean, my carpets were beautifully vacuumed and left with BMW logos in the grain of the carpet. Highly recommend this outfit.

Franklin went above and beyond! I cannot recommend him and his business enough! I have a car and three kids under 12. When I say they act like they were raised in a barn, I mean it. The detail that he took to make sure our Chevy Traverse was spotless was unreal! The best part is he came to us! We were able to hang out at our house and relax while he worked his magic! Frank came out to my house on a Saturday to detail my SUV that had not had a deep cleaning for sometime. He went above and beyond with customer service. Very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly was polite. He answered any questions I had and at the end went over everything he did and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work he had done. The time was only 3 hours but he spent almost 7 hours!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

This was as good of an experience as you could hope for. Franklin was polite and helpful. He worked all day on my Durango to bring it back to life. I went with the exquisite full detail package and would 100% do it again. An absolute must.
Needed the interior of my Tacoma cleaned due to our two dogs’ hair and dirt. Got online and googled local detailers and called Exquisite and spoke to Franklin. Told him what I needed, and we set up a date and time. The technician, Malcolm was running late from another customer, and I got a call from Exquisite letting me know he would be at my house within an hour which was fine. Truck looks new and the interior was clean, and I was very happy with Malcolm’s work.

Exquisite Detailing did an AWESOME job on my 26yr old 1997 Subaru Legacy GT Wagon. She was in great shape before he worked his magic on the entire vehicle. It could almost pass for brand new! Thanks for a great job. I'll be making appointments with you for all my other vehicles!!
Franklin was friendly, professional, and extremely detailed. I don't know that my car looked this nice when I purchased it four years ago. So many things were touched on that I didn't expect including the removal of scratch marks on the exterior of the car and the detailing of the engine. Impeccable work! Had the exterior detailed. I used Exquisite because they had a 5 star review and came right to me. Looks good from a distance. Few spots were missed. Don't think I will give them $180 again.
