The staff is courteous and friendly. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and pointed out the issues and showed me their scanner where the problem was. I really recommend this place to bring your car or truck for service.

We called Patriot Auto and Truck Repair last week with evap issues going on with our Chevy Trailblazer that needed several things fixed on it. We brought our vehicle in without an appointment and they had are vehicle fixed with with no further problems and was ready for pick up the very next day. The manager Emily was great to work with and the mechanic Tyler was professional and thorough with the work he completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. As an extra added touch they even hung a thank you card on our mirror and followed up over a couple days after to see how everything was running. These mechanics and this business are truly 5 stars. The cost was reasonable fo what had to be done and as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. If you want dirt cheap, you can find those mechanics elsewhere, and that is the service you would get from them, dirt cheap. With Patriot Auto and Truck Repair you get great qaulity and customer service. They are top notch in my book. Thank you so very much.

Excellent from start to finish! The diagnostic was accurate and the repairs were done right. The price was reasonable and definitely worth every penny to have such repairs done by an advanced qualified tech. The customer service is phenomenal. They are honest and informative. From start to finish Patriot kills it everytime. I've been a customer for a few years now, and they have never let me down. Repairs always take less than a day. Prices are always fair, not to mention they send out coupons. Last time I picked up my car It was after hours and when I opened my car I was greated with a Thank You card. Extremely Disappointed with Their ServiceI recently took my car to this mechanic shop to fix an engine oil pan gasket leak. They suggested replacing the gasket, and I agreed. However, as soon as I brought the car back home, I noticed oil leaking again. When I called them, they said it was “just run-off” and normal for the first day.Unfortunately, the leak got worse on the second day, so I took the car back. Instead of taking responsibility, they claimed there was a “scratch” and insisted it wasn’t their fault. They demanded $700 more to fix it again and were very rude, not even allowing me to explain properly. It felt like they were just trying to get more money out of me.Within a week, I took my car to another service center for a second opinion. The new mechanic found that this shop had not applied gasket maker, didn’t tighten all the screws properly, and had even used a cheap cardboard-type gasket instead of the correct one.I’m extremely disappointed and feel cheated. Their poor workmanship and unprofessional attitude caused me to spend more time and money fixing something they should have done right the first time.I do not recommend this place at all. Be very careful before trusting them with your car.

Patriot Auto and Truck Repair is one of the best auto and truck repair shops in the area. They are professional, reasonable, honest and capable of almost any auto repair. They are courteous and good communicators as well. I highly recommend them for your automobile or truck repairs.

The receptionist was very nice and engaging. I came in with no appointment to get a slow leak in one of my tires repaired and was able to get my vehicle in the shop in about 10-15 minutes. I was very pleased with the quick service. My only complaint was the technician did not inflate my tire after repairing it. All other aspects of my visit were great!

My experience with Patriot Auto & Truck Repair was amazing ?!!! They repaired my Mercedes and saved me money.. They took the time to research the purchase of my parts and found less expensive quality parts that substantially changed my final cost ! ( and I didn't even have to ask- ) They even checked my tires and air pressure at no additional cost before I left the shop .The front desk administration was simply awesome !!! I called and spoke with Donna at 8am. Her customer service is IMPECCABLE!!!!! I dropped my car off, by 9am and had it back by 2pm. The pricing was EXTREMELY fair! They even left me a thank you card, in my vehicle. I will absolutely keep coming here.

While traveling through Middletown, DE I had to make an unexpected stop due to air leaking from my front tire. i have gone to Patriot twice now for two different cars, both with AC problems. both times they fixed my car within 24 hrs and provided excellent communication with me throughout the entire process. additionally, they are very accommodating with schedules which i really appreciated. i highly recommend patriot, they are wonderful.

I went in for some basic maintenance and heard a lady yelling at one of her employees I later saw him outside with his toolbox around back. Leadership often let personal emotions or stress affect how they treated staff, which created a toxic work environment. There was little support or opportunity to defend any issues as she seemed to have the need to be louder and overall angry and on top of that who would get an oil change for more than 150$ even my dealership only charges me 75. What a joke. Advice to Management: Take more time to verify facts before making staffing decisions. People deserve to be heard and treated with respect. Improving communication and emotional professionalism would go a long way in building trust with employees.

I had a check engine light and inspection with DMV was approaching. Put my 99 Lincoln town car in the capable hands of Patriot auto. My car is now inspected for 2 years. I was very pleased with the service. The fact that they have after hour drop off is a great plus. They are totally automated which does away with phone tag. They are very accommodating and allowed me to pick up my car on Saturday when they are closed. Their customer service is A+.

Where do I start! Patriot Auto was amazing from the start the beginning! I called them around 8am, by 8:15am my care was being serviced! I was blown away by their kindness and their willingness to help me so fast! Ms Donna at the front desk welcomed me with such respect and kindness. I felt so overwhelmed when I first walked in but, Ms Donna made me feel so much better after speaking with her. The mechanic was so kind a sweet (sorry I can’t remember his name) but he was an absolute wonderful guy. I couldn’t be more happy with the service provided!? I highly recommend Patriot Auto & Truck Repair! Customer service was spectacular. Went in for an inspection since something was going wrong under the hood. They did a thorough safety inspection and determined that the battery and other things needed to be replaced via a red, yellow, and green scale of recommendations. Texted me all the recommendations of which I could accept or decline. Got the battery replaced and they cleaned the connection well. Had a great start after that! They went above and beyond by even cleaning my wheels and letting me know what was going on with the tires… if you’re looking for a great repair shop to go, this is the place!

Let me just say first and foremost that I am self taught to work on my own vehicles, what some would call a do-it-yourselfer. I decided this time around I wasn’t in the mood to work on/diagnose my own vehicle. After some quick searching of local google reviews, I called Patriot Auto to schedule a check engine light diagnostic for my 2012 Chevy Cruze. I got a free computerized health report of not only my engine computer, but every computer in the car! Once we knew what my CEL codes were, the shop determined a level 2 testing for my vehicle and I was even shuttled home for free. I wasn’t even home for 45 minutes by the time Patriot Auto presented me a complete courtesy vehicle inspection, a simple but thorough estimate, and the promise that it would be done that same day before closing. After the repairs were carried out I was shuttled back to the shop to find my vehicle paint was spotless, floor mat cleaner than it was when I left it, and my tires shinier! I’ve got to say, once all was said and done I could have gotten this done cheaper elsewhere but I am a firm believer in “you get what you pay for”, and Patriot Auto was worth the extra money spent. I’m still going to work on my own vehicle when it’s convenient for me to, but for the vast majority of you that don’t have a knack for working on your own car, Patriot Auto is your shop hands down.

I have been coming here for over a year and the staff inside the shop and at the desk are amazing. Never once have I ever felt like I am being taken advantage of, especially since I’m a woman. The care and pride taken with my vehicle is amazing! Even though it was a rotation and balance, I will continue to recommend to friends and family! Thanks guys and gals!

We broke down in Middletown DE halfway through our trip and everyone we dealt with was wonderful. Although our car did not make it home, Patriot did not beat around the bush or charge outrageous prices to only tell us that our engine was dead. We are so appreciative of their help and support in finding lodging and contacting a Cash for Cars to junk it. We were in a completely unfamiliar place and Patriot were true professionals who treated us as community members as well as a Military discount! I wish there were more stars to give them!

Had a great experience in the past, this last time unfortunately I cannot say the same. Paying and being Charged for a service to be done that was supposedly deemed not needed so it was not completed seems shady to me. If I'm going to be paying for something to be done and the tech determines it isn't needed BUT still going to be charged for it I should have been told OR that service should have been done anyway OR that part of the total cost should be removed. I literally feel screwed over, so the rating reflects this experience and not the previous ones, if not for the staff being Nice and returning my call it would be lower. With that said, it would have been nice to know that with an Oil Change a Tire Rotation is apparently MANDATORY, which i was not aware of till it was too late. Never been to a shop that forces something you may or may not need just to raise the price. I will unfortunately not be returning unless i am FORCED to for some reason or another. Very disappointed. Added a star as they did shine up the tires. But yeah..

I am new to the area and this was my first experience at patriot auto. I called and asked about an oil change tire rotation and they said they could get me in the next day at 1:30. I arrived early and they made me feel very comfortable while I waited. They had coffee and water available in a nice office. The representatives were very friendly, very helpful and explained the whole process to me that they do a. Multi point check on the car On every car. They printed out a copy of the invoice with the multi point check and told me that they were just finishing by using a cloth to take off all the fingerprints on the car and then used a spray to make the tires shiny. Everyone was very professional very kind and the service was excellent. I would recommend patriot auto to anyone who needs any auto repair services completed. Thank you so much.

The service I received was excellent. They did a great job and Chuck worked with my warranty company to get every dollar allowed for the repairs. I'm very happy with the outcome. My car is back on the road!
