I got my car repaired and returned to me the same day without an appointment. I appreciate that they explained everything that needed to be done so that i understood what parts were needed and how they affected how the car operated.

Dan Harding, Dashon Harris, Ron (goes by Ron) took care of my car and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. My car went in for oil change, alignment, tire rotation, and the $10 inspection. They found 2 issues and helped me find a future solution without pushing me towards any decisions. Definitely a great team they have here at Middletown DE Firestone location. Costumer service is A1 (5 stars). They had me in and out within a hour and half. I will be back!

This place is awesome! I have a Model S that was having alignment issues and they helped me get everything in order. It drives perfectly now! The team installed my new tires and wheels with care as well. I definitely appreciate the great service! My near by go to spot!

Came in for a oil change, technician had me out within 30 minutes.This location is always helpful and respectful and Mr Dan hooked me up with a coupon that saved me some change everywhere else i normally pay 100+ but not today thanks again

I switched over from another shop and am happy I did. Employees are friendly, helpful and I am Usually in and out with in a reasonable time.

I want to start by saying the work at Firestone Complete Auto Care - Middletown is truly 10/10, and the manager, Dan, is unbelievable in terms of professionalism and customer service. The quality of work and how accommodating the team is really stands out. About 2.5 weeks ago, I came in for two new tires and was very impressed. They were able to get me in the same day and were incredibly accommodating. During that visit, I was told my front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced and was sent an estimate. I specifically asked about the rear brakes and was told they were fine and not something to worry about at that time. Additionally, the vehicle inspection report from that visit showed the rear brakes as “Check & acceptable ” in green. However, when I returned today to have my front brakes done, I was called a few hours after dropping off my car and told that my rear brakes now really needed to be replaced and were marked “In need of repair/replacement” in red, with an offer to complete the work the same day. This was confusing and concerning, especially given the short time frame. Since that last visit, due to a recent snowstorm and working remotely, I’ve barely driven my car. When I asked what had changed, I was told over the phone that maybe the rear brakes “weren’t really looked at” during my previous visit. That explanation was troubling to hear, considering I had my rear tires replaced during that same appointment, which made me start to feel uneasy about the consistency and honesty of the information I was being given. Dan did take the time to apologize for the miscommunication and explained that the rear brakes are getting close to needing replacement, which I appreciated. However, the situation left me wishing there had been clearer communication and transparency from the beginning so I could have better planned my maintenance and felt more confident in the recommendations. I would still like to continue returning here because the work itself is phenomenal but I am unsure if I will go back. I hope that moving forward, communication is clearer and inspections and recommendations are fully aligned so trust is never in question.

The service quality the people that you deal with, how they help you and keep you informed. I say that Firestone coming to Middletown was the best thing that could’ve happened to Middletown. I worked with Marcus and Dan and both of them were incredible. Damn was very informative and helped get my account straightened out. Keep up the good work.

Bill and his team are incredibly kind and professional. They are always honest, even with how long my car will take. They always have clear communication and communication expectations. Today, I witnessed a customer who was complaining about the team not running to their car as soon as they handed them the keys and dropping everything. Honestly, the customer claimed they were giving her attitude and tried correcting their speech. It was like she was trying to pick a fight. The team handled themselves so professionally and were nothing but kind. After the customer left, a team member had apologized for my inconvenience. It wasn’t necessary, but truly am so impressed with the care they provide. I would highly recommend visiting Firestone in Middletown. I’ve been to several locations in various states, but I’ve been blown away by their customer care since moving here.

An unresolved issue was worked until it was resolved. Management went beyond expectation to ensure my wife and I were satisfied.

Driving home from to NY I got a flat tire. I got a tow to Firestone and they made an unexpected terrible situation into one that was actually great! They treated every customer that walked in the door like they knew them and treated them like they would their own family. If you ever end up in need of a new tire, this is the place to go.

Great experience!! I haven't always had the best experiences at other Firestone locations but this location totally changed my impression. The service here was outstanding. The staff was amazing, friendly and kind. They honored my tire warranty with no hassle. The manager even had another employee pick up tires from another store so my tires could be put on same day. What a great team. I would rather drive farther and skip other locations to go back there. Thank you. You all are fantastic!!

I’ve been happy every time I went. They don’t over charge you like half the places, super professional and do awesome work within a more than reasonable amount of time.

I went to Firestone to get a written estimate to appropriate funds to do a repair that's been estimated at well over $1,000 and they wouldn't even look at my vehicle. I believe it was due to my being completely tattooed. They treated me horribly

I scheduled my service appointment through the Firestone app the day before and had a great experience at the Middletown, DE location. I dropped off my vehicle and was greeted kindly by the staff, who took the time to listen to my concerns. The team removed a nail from my tire, completed a tire rotation, alignment, oil change, and full vehicle inspection, all done efficiently and with care. I received a phone call when my car was ready, which made pickup smooth and easy. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible on all my services. Excellent communication, great customer service, and quality work from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I wanted a tire comparable to the ones that were already on my car. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to give options from all the available lines the store carried. Would highly recommend the Middletown, Delaware location.

Made an appointment for the day before to have a leaky tire patched from the inside. I arrived on time, and my car was repaired and returned to me about a half an hour later fixed. Its been about a week since the repair, and the tire is holding air like new. They did a great job.

I had a fantastic experience at Firestone in Middletown, Delaware. Jeff, Bill, and Dominic took excellent care of my spouse’s sport utility vehicle. They installed a new set of Firestone tires quickly and professionally. To top it off, they even offer a military/veteran discount. Scheduling online was a breeze, and my appointment started promptly. I was in and out in about an hour. The friendly service, clear communication, and efficient work made this a highly recommended experience.

This location has an amazing team who always takes care of me and my car needs. They are honest and efficient. You know exactly whats going on as they keep communication open with you the entire time. I go here for everything even as simple as an oil change. You cant go wrong with good solid work. I had stopped by to check to get some tires for my 1970 Chrysler Newport the specific tired that I wish to have they could not get for me so Bill the office manager suggested to get onto tirerack.com to see if I can get the tires and if so I can have them delivered to their place and they will install them for me I had ordered the tires from tirerack.com they were there within two days they install the tires for me no issues regarding getting the tires on the car other than the one back wheel on the driver side I had a reversible Lugnuts and we got that taken care of. The mechanics were very helpful, qualified for what they were doing and professional getting the tires on the car. I want to thank Matthew, Dominic and Tanner for working on my car it was a teamwork effort getting the tires on. They did an outstanding job getting my tires on my old car The service was a quality service professional and very courteous to the customer I recommend going this place very highly.
