Never picks the phone up and when they do always have to sit on hold for a hour people aren’t very knowledgeable at there job highly recommend don’t shopping here

Usually very good. Warehouse next door so Usually get anything you need if you can wait. Still good products and service, they recently had oil filters for cheap

This Napa isn’t what it used to be. Absolutely slow, most of the staff is not knowledgeable in anything automotive. I’ve given it about a dozen more tries, however it’s been getting worse and worse.. I went in last week to buy parts for my classic car 1961 and they said we cannot sell you any parts for that. We don’t specialize on older cars. Advance auto helped me down the road. If you are going to go in here make sure you look up all your part numbers first and have them written down, the staff struggles to look up parts. It’s like they don’t have enough wattage in their heads to look up the right parts.

Prices are way to high compared to other automotive suppliers. Very short staffed at this location. I called in to confirm parts were in stock, on hold for half hour, they confirmed parts and get to store and they COULDN'T find two seals, Warehouse across lot has 4, but closed at 4:30-4:45, why? Store is open until 6, maybe close warehouse at 5:30. NOW job has to wait until tomorrow to finish. Have to pick up two seals in the morning. Very disappointed at this Napa location, they used to be top notch but no longer my go to supplier.

Great place for all your auto needs. Parts, tools, accessories, etc. Friendly employees, quick service, or order from their catalog or website. I fully support and recommend this store.

Ordered belts on Friday . Go to pick them up Tuesday . Took counter man more then 45 minutes to get order together . This place has to be the worst store ever.

This is the slowest place in Delaware. I was there a he and a half to get hydro oil,grease,two filters and break kleen. Had to keep going next door to warehouse to get my things. Just a waste of time to go get anything that's not shelf items.

The store was freaking fantastic the service was great the parts they had that I need was in stock and I was getting parts for my 1970 Newport and they knew exactly what I needed excellent service The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly very courteous and exactly what I needed great job

i used to pick napa middletown De.as my first choice, lately it seems the counter is to busy on phone sales. so customers in the store get left waiting.?? advanced auto or auto zone in Middletown De. seem to take care of in store customers first. ??

Great Place! This is a place where you can get parts by people that know how to guide in getting the right parts. When I am not sure if I have an option which dictates the replacement part, they ask some questions and determine what I need. Very helpful and a bonus, if you need touch up paint, they match it perfectly even if there are silver speckles, it looks exactly like the factory. I will only go here in Middletown moving forward.

Called before hand to order rotors for my car. Guy said they only had the front and needed to order the rear. So I drive an hour to go pick them up a day later just for them to tell me they were the wrong rotors for my car

Marquis was very helpful today. Although the store didn’t carry the part, he called the warehouse, another parts store, and even the dealer directly trying to find the part. He went above and beyond and I greatly appreciated it. He provided excellent customer service and I would most definitely come back for my automotive needs.

Pretty helpful and friendly people. Every once in awhile they’ll mess up but they’re human so coming back to return a part isn’t too big of a deal. Much better experience than going to the AutoZone that is close by. Usually seem to have all of the parts that I need because they have a decent sized store and then a warehouse next door. If you are military they offer a military discount which is really nice actually. They also have a pretty nice website to check to see if specific parts fit your specific vehicle which is extremely useful to use before going to the store.

Service was ok, got the parts needed, the cashier seemed more interested in a fishing conversation with another customer though

Staff is knowledgable, and helpful. They usualy stock the heavier truck parts for my Dodge 2500

I have had a long history with this particular napa, 7 out of 10 times you will have to wait 30 mins to an hour waiting on an item from the warehouse. The warehouse is a stones throw from the retail store which is frustrating...

I am giving Glen a 5 star review. He took the time to help me find what I needed and the time to explain the installation. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Staff very helpful if they don't have what you want they will get it fast

Stopped in for new wiper blades and was immediately helped given options for different price ranges. After purchasing the nice young gentleman followed me out to my car in the rain and installed them for me on the spot no extra charge.

Most of the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection. They always have the parts I need in stock.
