I went to a well-known auto parts store across the US. Napa bought the higher cost battery charger. It’s a charge it solar 4735. tried using it a little bit later after I bought it it wasn’t working it kept flashing. I believe a two and a three wouldn’t charge for nothing took it back to Napa. They said yes it’s broken. I said well can I get my money back? What can I do? They said no after 30 days you’re done you can’t exchange it. Nothing can be done at this point. I said that’s very bad business and was speaking to the manager. He turned around. He had one of his guys look at and return it to me three days Confirmation said it’s working.. about weeks later tried to just use it over this weekend. Same thing piece of junk. I’ll be sending this response back to Napa also I will never buy a piece of equipment from Napa again.and I’ve spent thousands in Napa over the years, hoping to get quality items, but that isn’t the case here. Very pleased with the entire process. On the first call I made to ASEDEALS I spoke with Brian who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The lift was shipped very promptly. There was a slight glitch with the freight handler but ASEDEALS very quickly had the issue resolved and forwarded me the correct information. Assembly went very well. Had it in the garage for about a week. Already had 3 different vehicles on it and it works great. So much better than laying on your back!, I should have done this years ago. Would definitely recommend ASEDEALS

First off about ASE's service. It was excellent. They contacted me after purchase and let me know the details of my order and actually assisted me with getting something that would arrive faster, a better price, and (I think) came with more accessories. Now about the lift I think the trade off in price might be because the instructions for the lift weren't great. To be clear ASE isn't making lifts so this isn't a them problem, and I do feel like I could have contacted ASE if I needed assistance, but I figured it all out. I would recommend this/them to others.

Awesome! Quick and hassle free experience, Brian helped me out through out the whole process. I purchased the bendpak midrise scissor lift. Picked it up at the freight facility and brought it home. Easy to assemble.

I have used my Atlas 9KBP lift for a couple of months now and it’s been awesome. I should have bought one of these years ago, spent enough money on other junk I don’t actually use that I could have. Highly recommended this lift and ASE Deals. Shipped sooner than expected and follow up and notification after sale was great. Don’t know how I got along without it so long. If you are crawling around on the floor or ground like I was you are doing it wrong. Lol

After doing research ASE deals was able to help me decide on a Bendpak hd9xw lift that would fit through my shop doors. Ordered the lift and I was picking it up from the shipping company within a few weeks! Assembly was straight forward and we have been putting it to the test, and the ease of rolling it from the shop to the assembly shop has just made me happier! I couldn't recommend ASE deals more and am planning further purchases!

Great place to deal with! Prices are the best, and fast delivery . We have bought many lifts from them. Pretty simple to set up, will take a few men and floor jacks to move stuff around, Must have forklift to get it unloaded and forklift helps moving it around also but one unloaded jacks and dolly's will do the work especially in a cramped bay.

I purchased the Tuxedo FP9K-DX-XLT Four Post Lift, I talked with Brian Lockhart at ASE and he was able to answer all the questions I had which was something other dealers were unable to do. Since I wanted to pick-up the unit at their Orlando distribution center Brian worked with me to get the best price since shipment would not be necessary. The Orlando distribution center was currently out of stock, however Brian said they would be back in stock in 13 days. One day early the units were back in stock, I was notified to pick up the unit and made arrangements with the Orlando warehouse to pick-up. The pick-up went smoothly, no damage to the unit and the fork lift driver was very courteous and definitely knew how to load the unit on a trailer. Once home assembly was pretty straight forward and the unit went together very easy, I did all the assembly by myself up to putting on the runways, for the runways my wife drove the tractor that did the heavy lifting. The instructions are not the greatest but if you lay everything out it does make sense, I also watched a couple of You Tube videos which were helpful but they were of the 8,000 pound model which isn’t exactly like the 9,000 pound model. The unit works great and allows my 2006 Chevy 2500 HD King Cab, Long Bed to fit both on the lift and underneath as well. have already recommended ASE to my friends and intend to buy a couple of rolling jacks in the near future from ASE.

I've been a car guy my entire life but never had (or even used) a lift before. Brian took the time on the phone to go through my options for lifts based on my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each type of lift and the individual models in each category. The installer was able to hold onto my lift for quite some time as my garage was still being built. Every phone call was extremely friendly and helpful. The day the Lift Guys installed came and they worked quickly and efficiently. They took the time to show me the lift operations as well. A great experience all around and I hope to be able to buy a 2 post lift from ASE in the future!

Ordered an Amgo OHX-10 lift from Brian for my son-in-law for his home garage and even in these uncertain times of shipping delays and product availability he came through for me. There were delays and a hiccup or two along the way but every time I left a message for Brian he returned my calls promptly and eased any concerns I had. After doing some research and talking to several companies, I decided to place my order with Automotive Service Equipment because they made me feel the most comfortable about my choice of lift and they're confidence in being able to get it to me. Very happy with my purchase from ASE deals, and the whole shipping and pick up experience at the local carrier went well - I rented a trailer and they dropped the scissor lift onto the trailer bed for me. The Titan 6600 scissor lift is very well made and, although there are only a handful of You Tube videos online, they are very representative on how it works. There is very little set up involved to get the lift in operation as everything is put together which was a main selling point in purchasing it. Brian was very helpful on the phone and generous with his time explaining my options, before I settled on the scissor lift

First of all Brian is GREAT. Very helpful and answered all my questions. I ordered a Titan Scissor Lift. I was almost going to go with the Harbor Freight lift. It's cheaper. Don't buy the Harbor Freight lift. The Titan lift runs circles around it, and it is worth the extra money. The lift was ordered and arrived in a week. Packaging was not damaged at all. I read the directions, and put in the fluid. I love the lift. ASE is a reputable dealer, and Brian is just a nice guy.

I heavily researched the 4 post lifts before I bought, I did have a couple of concerns installing a lift regarding the necessary ceiling heights in a back garage, I ended up rafter tying my ceiling to gain 15" of necessary clearance. I spoke to a couple different companies on lifts, which brands, pro's and con's of each. I called Automotive Service Equipment and spoke to Brian Lockhart, this man took the time to happily answer all my questions and provide his expertise on what I was trying to achieve, I was very impressed from the very beginning with Brian. I ultimately purchased the BendPak 9K HD-9ST lift, Brian took the time to tell me exactly what it could do, especially with the air lock system, he made clear to me what came with the lift and what would be extra, like the caster wheel kit, drip trays and jack stand, I purchase all three but Brian didn't try to steer me into the more expensive 6K tray knowing what I was using it for. Brian also took the time to explain how the package was coming and for me to take the time to open it and check for damages since it does come freight, he said he would take care of any damages promptly. The lift came and was packaged amazingly well, the lift didn't have a scratch on it. In closing, I'm thrilled with the BendPak lift, it is everything as advertised and more, I'm equally impressed with the quality of service I received from Brian Lockhart and ASE, I just found out he is the owner, great job, you will continue to receive my business. Finally pulled trigger on a Bike lift table, spoke with Brian from ASE and he treated me like I was a million dollar customer. From start of order to delivery, service was first rate. Very knowledgeable on product and once order was placed kept in touch with me until delivery. Outstanding customer service.

Fantastic experience. Brian was super helpful through the whole process. Lift arrived in great condition, with only a few very minor scuffs. One of the Bendpak decals on one of the posts was scuffed, and Brian had Bendpak send me out a new decal right away. My helper was busy the day I was going to do the install, but I was able to unload the trailer and set up the lift all by myself. Highly recommend.

Ordering the BendPak HD9-XW lift from Brian Lockhart was about as easy as could be. Did it during the holidays (Xmas / New Years), had a few anxious moments. But that was because neither of ABF Freight Tracking programs updated much other than "shipped" and "It's Here". Watch Chappy's Garage YouTube video . . . .hard to go wrong putting it together . An engine crane makes it safer and easier moving the heavy pieces, if you do it by yourself as I did. Plus I anchored my lift as I just "felt better" about doing it that way. All in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend ASE & BendPak to everyone
