Ordered a part, they said it would arrive in one day, I waited 3 days to go pick it up and it was the wrong part after I confirmed with the guy multiple times what they were ordering.
Very upset with my service. I had placed a NAPA order to this store 3 days before the online order said it will be ready for pickup in store.
I did not revive any confirmation emails, phone calls, or emails for 2 days.
I called the store the day it was to be completed and I was told by Zack, that the order was not looked at until I called. He then informed me that half of the items I ordered are discontinued, and the other half is not available in their store or in the radius of other auto parts stores. How could this be if I placed the order securely online? This needs to be fixed on their website. I should have known this before it was received online.
I am very disturbed and unnerved by the service at this office. I am now in need of brakes and am unable to drive my vehicle, which I use for work. I should have received some type of communication from this store days ago but it seems that they were not concerned with this customer’s order.
If I could leave no star I would. I went into this place yesterday thinking I would give a local business money instead of the big box. I was going to buy 4 quarts of 90 weight and a fuse. The short guy behind the counter asked me what I was looking for and as I was trying to explain to him what type of fuse I wanted he looked me in the eyes and said I'll wait till you're done talking before I speak. I was shocked. Instead of getting angry I walked out without spending the $50 I had planned on spending and I will never go back again. I work on all of my own vehicles and I have 10 with wheels on the ground. This company lost my business and it could have been a lot. You guys need to take some customer service courses. Sorry I didn't know the exact name of the fuse I was looking for.
Ask for Jim. He is always very helpful at finding the best parts for the best prices. I have been using Macdonald’s auto parts for 17 years now and I will continue to use them as my first stop for auto parts.
I try to give McDonald's my business to keep independent auto parts stores in business . It's nice to go into a store and Ask for a set of points and Condenser And have a guy that actually knows what you're talking about. And I really enjoy given at a Ed a hard time.
I'll keep coming back.

Showed up right at closing time by accident, they still let me in to grab what I needed. Super friendly, very knowledgable, and have a great selection of parts and paints to choose from.
The guys that work there are great I've been going there for years. And the company I worked for also used them a lot. Never had any issues. I tell everyone to go there.
I went there when I decided to change color of my car. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpfull. I bought there everything I needed to prepare and paint my car. Price was surprisingly low, quality great. Project Dad-Son came amazing. My car which before looked like soccer's mom car, now look sharp and turned heads lol Very recommend.
