Great people!!! I had a bit of a unique situation with my late father in law’s truck and A to Z was so kind to me over the phone and in person. They stayed a few extra minutes late and helped me back out of the parking lot without even having to ask! Just from the conversation I had with the owner while I was there, it was clear that they are honest, kind, and hardworking people. I would definitely recommend!

Went to A to Z Driveline to have some electrical installation. Not only was the staff incredible, they made sure I fully understood why and how everything worked. Bought a car from this place ran great for a while but ran into a lot of problems that should have been prevented in the garage. Mechanic cut a lot of corners when it came to fixing the car. Never buy a car from here
Always willing to help with what i need even when my tire fell off, in the rain, 20 miles out of town. Good troubleshooting and at finding the problem as well as good conversation. I'm very pleased with all the work I've gotten this far.
I stopped to put air in one of my tires, and in trying to do so completely broke off the assembly around the pin that gets depressed when you add air to a tire. With the spare on and no idea what to do, I continued to make my way to where I was headed in Torrington when I passed A to Z. There were lights on and what looked like a mechanic talking with a customer at 8:30 and I pulled over really just to see if someone could offer some advice.
Not only did I get advice, I was given the option to go to AutoZone to buy a new tire pressure monitor or, if I wanted, they had an air intake they could install right then. Took 10 minutes and only cost me $25. Service was friendly, efficient and almost certainly outside of their typical open hours. Town Fair would have taken an hour and been double the price. Plus, here in the northeast, to meet genuinely nice people at random is a real blessing. Can't speak to the quality of their more full-scale repair work, but their qualities as people are unmatched.
