None the less, James from CT auto, was a DELIGHT to buy a vehicle from , he was quick to respond to my initial interest I had in a 2013 ford f150 stx model. He treated me like family, hr walked me through every step, and even got me the best deal on a monthly payment. James and his crew down at ct auto have had shade thrown at them for things out of their control, I can ASSURE YOU 100000% that James and his crew work hard to make these vehicle be as road safe and reliable as possible , James even took money out of his own pocket to fill my tank when my credit card wasn't working, THAT ALONE tells me everything I need to know about the care they have for the customers. This is the only place that I feel comfortable buying a vehicle. So far, I have purchased 4 very reliable vehicles with no hassle, only a willingness to make sure I was satisfied. I bought 2 Jeep Wranglers. My wife and I were treated like we were family. They went above and beyond for us. I had an accident with my Jeep and I saw that Ct Auto had a Ford Ranger. I told them I was interested in it, and now I'm driving it. I am really happy with their commitment to the customer. I would give 100 stars if I could. Last year, in 2023, my wife was wanting a more reliable vehicle for her drive to work. CT Auto had a 2013 Buick Encore that I was interested in. They were patient and helpful during the whole process of me getting my finances in order, before I purchased the vehicle. My wife loves it. I rarely get to drive it.

Made a deal on a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu to buy within 2 weeks, was told I didn't need to put down a deposit and the car would be placed in another lot. The car wasn't put in another lot, the owner took a trip to Florida, and a different worker sold the car to someone else. We offered to put a deposit down and was told that all we needed was a handshake. Don't go here if you want a car, they're extremely unprofessional.

I love them. Fair prices. Great people. Beyond honest. For the prices of their cars and trucks and quality of service when I’ve been in for oil changes, brakes, etc., you really can’t get a better deal. I’ve been buying from them for years and never had any issues that couldn’t be fixed. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with these people, was looking for a relatively cheap car for the time being. They were able to drop the price for me and let me drive it home the next day! Very honest about the ins-outs of the car, even offered to take it back if any issues came about! (no issues came up) I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deal! I will echo what most of the reviews say. Run as far away from this place as you can. DO NOT GO HERE. We brought our truck down as a trade for a WRX. They agreed to give us $9,000 and also to waive the conveyance fee. When Rob texted us the numbers we noticed that they were charging us $500 more for the car instead of the price it was advertised for on their website. Website price $12,500. He texted the price as $12,999. When we called him out on the wrong price and provided the screenshot of their website, instead of doing what any legit and honest salesman/ business would do which would be to apologize and correct the numbers, he said he would have to talk to his dad. Next day they call and say they will need to redo the numbers because they want to give us less for our trade-in now. I would give zero star if possible.

This place it the BEST! I won't go anywhere else now. I was changing my 02 sensor and having issues getting the old one off of my car. I went to a bunch of other car places who basically brushed me off, and didn't have time for something like that, which was a pain and not worth a lot of money. But these guys were different. They helped me get the stuck O2 sensor off, which they had to cut and torch, AND rethread... And wouldn't even take any money! Just the fact that they were so helpful and accommodating for me, some random person off the street, let's know a lot about their character, and their business. This is definitely going to be my new car place! I'm trying to make this car I have last as long as possible, but I know when I do need a car I'll come here! I would highly recommend them to anyone! They also restored some of my faith in humanity! Thank you guys!

I went to this place about a week before i had to leave for school looking to purchase a vehicle. Not only did they do their research to find me a car, they went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed, at a very fair price. It is understandable that there will be bad experiences with a used car dealership but these people are very honest and up front, this dealer definitely is worth the shot.

My boyfriend bought a truck from here in November 2014 and everything went great. We returned to buy another vehicle, and after 3 trips (an HOUR drive each way), ended up walking away. Every car we liked would get "sold back to the auction" and when they finally had a vehicle we liked they didn't want to honor the deal we had made with my car I was trading in. They also claimed my car I was trading in had lots of issues, which is not the case and I am still driving it. Every time I called it was like they had never talked to me before! They also said that the lender wouldn't approve me because I lived in Massachusetts, but the same lender sent me a letter saying I was approved but the dealer didn't act on it. They very much wasted our time and I would NOT recommend anyone do business with them!!

John and Rob helped me out with the sale and delivered on everything they promised, and did so quickly and for a very fair price. I have nothing but positive things to say about them and the truck. I have owned many cars, some low end and some high end, and would say that my experience here was top notch, comparatively.

Very nice family owned place, Everyone is very friendly and helpful! had a great experience I was looking for a jeep Cherokee reasonably priced and quite honestly this was one of the only ones I could find in my price range. I brought my own mechanic and they had no problem with him looking at it in the garage! There were no extra fees they were completely honest with me and explained everything I had a question about. Location is actually quite small but was rather busy when I was there and still got everything done within hour or so! has a lot of personality and makes you feel comfortable, the people there seemed like they go out of there way for there customers and I liked that. I cant speak for the negative reviews here but I certainly don't think it reflects the guys I dealt with. will buy here again

I just purchased a 2002 Honda about 3 to 4 weeks ago. They didn't even charge me $3,000 for the car and I have had no issues with it. I love it! My last car cost me almost $5,500 and I had nothing but problems. They kindly bought my car off of me that could barely drive up there to make the deal work with my new Honda!
