It’s a great store if you want to sit for twenty minutes waiting for you online order to be brought out

Did an online pick up order, first it was delayed for pick up by an hour. Then once it was ready we had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring it to our car. PLUS we tried to go inside to get it and they wouldn’t give it to us. What a joke!

Employees don’t have any respect for the customers. They treated me like I was a lowlife and they rule!!!! Maybe Walmart needs to train them to be better at serving customers. We are the ones bringing in money to pay their paycheck. I visited to pick up some stuff for my kids on the way from Boston. After this incident, I will never return to this specific location even if they give out freebies.

One of the more “does anyone work here” locations where the aisles stay in disarray, stuff stay on the floor in your way, you find orange juice in the kids toys and you gonna find children’s toys all around the store from moms not buying kids stuff they pick up (and of course it’s too much work for the sales reps to put stuff back!) ???

This Walmart seems to maliciously overcharge. I am repeatedly finding grocery items that I am overcharged for reduced items. Now they are playing new games where they refuse to refund the difference, but want to force me to accept a gift card for the difference. Not to mention the wait time. Then when I requested a full refund to then repurchase the wrongly priced items I was told that they would remove the discount, so that I would be charged full price again. I found this extortion unacceptable. Then when I asked the front end manager for her manager, she refused to identify herself and was unhelpful in getting her manager. I'm not generally a Walmart fan, but this location consistently exceeds my expectations. Cleanliness starts in the parking lot, and continues throughout the store. The produce displays shine, the staff is friendly and helpful - a positive place to shop.

What is the sense of me ever stepping foot in your store if you're going to lock everything behind a glass case and not have the staff there to help. Multi trillion dollar company is that worried about theft maybe you should pay your workers a living wage then you won't have to worry about who's stealing from you

So I utilize the Walmart pick up option today I go to pick up my groceries. I have plenty of bags in the Trunk for some reason, the employee decided not to use the bags and just scattered groceries all around. It boggles my mind with some of these employees. The job is not that hard and for people to still mess up this bad I mean my rotisserie chicken was open upside down in the trunk. Grease everywhere. Walmart needs to do better. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an incident with pick up. It’s almost not worth utilizing the service anymore..

Ordered from pick. My chosen time was between 7-8. No text to let me know it wasn’t going to be filled. Tried calling, then I found that there are two different times that they closed for pick up service. One said 11pm, other was 8 pm. This will be the last time I order pick up from them.

I see lots of people complaining about not being able to get an employee to help, if you walk in wearing a hoodie when its cold and raining out and walk around doing Christmas shopping you'll get you own personal employee following you around the whole time you're there. Unfortunately the only thing he did was send my photo to the door greeter to do a through check to make sure I did a good job in self checkout and checked every item in my cart against my receipt. I only caught my photo on the phone they use to scan because he wanted to make sure I paid the right price for an item in my cart and I caught my self checkout portrait in the corner of the screen. -5/5 stars. I'll only be back in because they have a monopoly on low prices.

My wife and I used to love and use Walmart for everything. From food shopping, motor oil, house hold products, business products ect. Equating to THOUSANDS of dollars a week. Up until today, after being screwed by them a week before Christmas. We made a very time sensitive order like usual for all of our kids Christmas stuff. We do every year. We placed the order, and received the confirmation email. All good right? Wrong! Minutes later we receive an email saying that the order was canceled due to an unexpected error, my account will be locked, and the hold on the card for the purchase amount will be released withing 10 days, 1 week before christmas!! I contacted customer service to sort this out and figure out why my order was canceled, and they told us "re submit the order exactly the same, contents, address, payment method, after 5 hours but no more than 24 hours" except YOU ALREADY PUT THE HOLD ON THE FUNDS FOR 10 DAYS!! So in order to place the order, I would need to use a different payment method which would be flagged, and more of my money would be tied up in this scam for 10 days. Amazon does not do this to us, neither does target. Sadly after YEARS of dedication to what was once an awesome company, we will have to take our business elsewhere.

Highly recommend their pickup shopping method. You can shop online and they bring it to your car. If you are skeptical about fruits or veg then you can check them as they are being loaded. Walmart crowds and size has always been the biggest issue. Scheduling pickup solves every problem.

Completely horrible now. After there renovations and changing the store around can't find anything and it's a cluster mess of register and people everytime going. Utter headache and hassle now to make a Walmart trip.

It's a Walmart that has groceries and a garden center. Generally reasonable prices at expected quality for a the price point. The best thing about this place the location with easy access to route 5 and interstate 91.

This walmart is stocked well and has everything.I used to never have any issues with this walmart at all, however if you need an employee for anything like unlocking a door to get an item , forget it , just go to a different store or order online . They’re incredibly rude or don’t want to help at all. Some employed are super nice and helpful but many are so rude. Here’s a list of things that happened to me: 1 . right when leaving checkout i got to the exit and a nice gentleman from asset protection at the door checked my receipt as usual and said we were all good . Then a lady working there who wasn’t even at the door comings running towards us saying i don’t see that you paid for the resusable bag. I’m showing her my receipt that i did and it clearly shows the item on the receipt and she goes “well i don’t see it on my end here .” it’s ridiculous like the guy already checked my receipt and said we are good. she wasn’t even working at the door , so you’re telling me you don’t think your coworker did a good job checking my receipt ? And what if it was a REUSUABLE bag i previously purchase and brought it again to use . Am i not allowed to reuse a reuseable bag ? It’s crazy and it makes customers look and feel uncomfortable we’re being accused of stealing. 2 . my partner and i was at the automotive section looking to buy a pack of headlight bulbs and we asked a walmart employee in the section to assist with unlocking the glass gate it was behind and he said to press the call button which was broken by the way . we ended up going around to another aisle in the automotive section to press a working button and after 20 minutes no one came , we pushed again and a female employee working sees us and walks past us 4 times and i had to walk all the way up to the cash register to get someone to help and he informed us that the guy is probably on break and sent us back to wait . it had been 45 minutes at this point and still no one came. it’s kind of crazy that no one else could have help me . atleast 3 employees sent me away. We ended up just leaving and going to autozone. 3. i orders a ice maker online to pick up at this store because there was a promotion where if you ordered online you save like $30 . and an hour later the item gets cancelled by the employee working to pick products saying it was “out of stock”. my partner and i drove straight there shortly after receiving message instead to see if there were any other options and we see the exact item that we ordered online sitting right there on the shelf . They cancelled our order because they were too lazy to look for it or go pick the product off the shelf . we put it into our cart and went straight to customer service and explained to them that the item they said was out of stock and cancelled was right there on the shelf . employee explained that they couldn’t reinstate the order they cancelled and told me i could just buy it now. but the online promotion has a discount that i had asked if they were going to be able to honor that price. i’m thankful that they were. But it was just i convenient that i had to pay another $168 and wait for the $168 from the previous order to get refunded to me 10 days later . there shouldn’t be a reason why $336 came out of my pocket that day for a $168 product. and now i’m waiting for refund to post to my account. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or just lazy. Maybe don’t offer a pickup service if you’re just going to cancel and make us come in to pick it ourselves. **do note that some employees were really nice and helpful so youre just taking a gamble when you go and need anything that’s behind a locked door

Allot of people as usual. Workers are always too busy to help or pretend they don’t speak e English and can’t help. The bathroom wasn’t very clean at all. This seems to be the place for all of be.

I went to walmart twice in the past 2 days and had a bad experience with someone waiting to get something in the locked section in the beauty department and got no service and left… went today and had amazing service from a worker named Jaden who was quick to respond, pleasant, polite and helpful. There are still some good people working out there.

Worth the drive. This specific walmart offers an exponentially wide variety of differing products that can match a range of preferences. From cheap to expensive here usually only matches the quantity you purchase, the quality is always great here in my experience. My go-to place.

To the ladies trying to assist the cranky guest with a neck brace, yall did a great job trying to deescalate the situation. However, you should really enforce removing guests like this so they don’t cause more issues for everyone else. To corporate, the ladies were trying to help her, she was being entitled and bitchy not letting them finish their sentences.This location is the better location to go to, friendly helpful staff and products usually in stock too. (4 stars for making me sit in line listening to those kids and the cranky lady argue lol)

The store was well stocked and clean with good lighting. Fairly busy when I was there in the early afternoon. Prices were good. Plenty of free parking.

I’ve visited multiple Walmarts across different states, and this one has quickly become one of my new favorites for my husband and me. The store is spacious, very clean, and well-organized, making shopping easy and enjoyable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, it’s one of the nicest Walmarts we’ve been to, and we’ll definitely be coming back often!

Friday evening 09/19/25. Checking the line is around the isle, Only 2 cashier working.. they take away the self check out and now not providing cashier’s. Time to stop shopping here.

I was recently at the East Windsor store which I used to like shopping at, but not anymore ,since their remodel. I was trying to find a dressing room to try on some clothes, when I finally found the first employee to ask where it was, she didn't even know! The next employee told me there was a dressing room , but after 20 minutes of looking for it, I realized there is no dressing room ,since the remodel which is ridiculous! Then I waited over 25 minutes to cash out since there were not enough people ringing and I couldn't use self check out because I had over15 items. Very bad experience. I wont go back anytime soon!

Standard Walmart. Tons of products at great prices. If you've seen one Walmart, you've seen them all. Employees are friendly and helpful. This location is unusually busy at times. I had to walk quite a ways from the back of the parking lot. A large portion of the parking lot is also blocked off as part of the stores renovations. Plan for a few extra minutes when you visit here.

It's like any other Walmart, except it always feel good here. In store staff is helpful but the ones at checkout counters are rude.
