I go here for my car to be serviced every time it needs it. The guy is honest and helpful. He has a competitive labor rate and great communication. I will continue to have my car serviced here because it is difficult to find good mechanics out there these days
I had a very disappointing experience with East Windsor Auto. I was charged additional fees based on false accusations that I had been smoking in the vehicle and returned it after hours, neither of which were true. When I called to try to resolve the issue, the staff member I spoke with was disrespectful and dismissive, showing no interest in listening or reviewing the facts.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was made to feel blamed and ignored. Customer service should involve communication and fairness, not unfounded charges and poor treatment. I would not recommend this business based on how this situation was handled. Also hung up the phone on me mid sentence
Their website says you can contact them for oil change pricing. Contacted them to get a quote for my vehicle & I’m told they don’t do that so I refer to the website. Think they sent a message not meant for me, as I got a more professional one after. Quite the bad attitude.
These folks are top-notch! I had rented a U-Haul and the original pick up location was not available. I was sent to East Windsor Auto. They were not expecting me, but jumped in to help me sort out the entire mess with U-Haul, dealt with the rude U-Haul agent on the phone, and ensured I would still be able to rent the truck and be on my way. The East Windsor Auto folks are kind, professional and super helpful - I would go here again without hesitation!
I took my car to East Windsor Auto to have my rear brakes replaced. Mark fit me in promptly, had great communication and kept me updated. Told me pricing before doing the work which I felt were reasonable and competitive rates. Faster and more affordable and more convenient for me than going to the dealership. Thank you so much!
Sold car which was salvage lemon buyback to my 18 year old daughter. Never disclosed Car fax report when selling due to many costly mechanical issues. Buyer beware. This seller altered paperwork and karma will run its course Trying to help someone else so they don’t get screwed by this person. Buyer beware

I bought a 2003 Ford Ranger from East Windsor Auto. Shortly after getting it registered I took it to Mad Hatter auto repair where they inspected the truck and found multiple mechanical issues, and safety issues including a badly rotted frame. They will sell you an auction vehicle, say they safety inspected it and lie to your face. Mark and his employees are frauds. Stay away from this dealership.
Moe and mark I believe are the names are both very rude and have bad customer service. Being rude, not calling back a customer that’s willing to give them 8,000 + in cash for a car, they wouldn’t have to deal with any type of financing. I thought CASH TALKED! But anyways way better car dealerships out there don’t waist your time!
My parents and I purchased an 06 cobalt coupe from here for my first car.
I got it for a pretty good price, it runs good, and the body is in pretty good shape also.
I must say...for a first car, it sure looks good, it's probably the nicest car in the student parking lot at school. Once I get Ellis tech' body shop to work on a few things, it'll look like a brand new car.
Moe the salesman was friendly and helpful, overall I had a very good experience here.

Just bought a truck from these guys. It took a while but they did way more than they had to to make sure my truck was good to go and safe to drive. Moe and Billy both were great helps and always kept me in the loop about what was going on.
Bought a BMW(!) there about 2 weeks ago. I have nothing but good things to say about EW Auto. Met with Moe after speaking on the phone prior to me going to the dealership. Told me he had a BMW for sale that he thinks I’d be interested in. I was a little weary but I’m always willing to give someone a chance. Moe is very friendly and easy to talk to when it comes to cars. Let me test drive the car and boy was I impressed. Such a smooth ride for an older model BMW. I wanted the car without a doubt and Moe got me in and out of the dealership in a reasonable amount of time. I love my car so far and I’m glad I know I can find a nice, affordable car like that at Mom&Pop type dealership. I can’t recommned them enough!
Mark took my van in immediately, I need it for my business and was losing major money every day it was down. He kept me in the loop at every step of the repair and got it up and running for me in one day! Great mechanic I would use him again and recommend him to anybody in the area...keep up the good work!
Okay so let me start off by saying if I could give this place a -10000 stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
July 4th, my boyfriend and I went to purchase a 2007 Mazda Speed3 from this place. We played no games and paid straight cash for this car. Over 6 Grand. After we signed the paperwork we had to wait HOURS in the heat for them to register the car. After registering the car and leaving, 3 days later the check engine light came on. Threw two codes. For thermostats replacement and coolant temp sensor. Contacted them immediately and got nothing but rude responses from both Billy and Mark(the owner) Then later found out Billy is using marks license to sell and buy cars!!!! After having to replace these things at the actual Mazda dealership because you CANNOT trust them to fix your car when they say they will, more codes popped up. A misfire, EGR needed to be replace, and don’t forget the grand finale the intake manifold. After bringing all these diagnostics papers for these codes to mark, to ask him what he was going to do about this because we are already over 1k in replacements in less than a WEEK.when I paid over 6k thinking I was getting a SAFE RELIABLE CAR. Tried to contact them but got nothing but the rude people answering the phone telling me to stop trying to call mark. I had no choice but to go in person. They came up with a “work order” for the car. And I had to get my car TOWED because it was not safe to drive. I told them not to drive it cause I did not want anything more To happen. Days went by and I heard nothing. I constantly tried to call and text on updates on the car and barley got response, therefore showed up a WEEK later in person to find out my car is NOT at East Windsor Auto to get fixed. I asked mark where was my car and said “he didn’t know” with an attitude. Mark then said “I don’t have time to fix that thing” I then called Billy and got no answer. Mark called him and of course he answered for his boss. At this point I WANTED MY CAR BACK AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO TELL ME WHERE MY CAR WAS!!!!! after Billy Finally called me back he was persistent on not telling me where my car was getting fixed because come to find out it was at “his boys shop” getting fixed and he did not want me to be there physically to see what was wrong with my car. Then he accused my boyfriend of doing burnouts in the car and the tires were bald!! Which is ridiculous because after 3 days of driving the engine light was on and couldn’t use it because ISSUE AFTER ISSUE CAME UP WITH THE CAR!! After finally getting and address to where to pick it up, it was an ocean state job lot in Bloomfield, not even a mechanic shop!! I specified that my car needed to be TOWED back HOME when picked up AND I did NOT give him premission to drive from EAST WINDSOR TO BLOOMFIELD BECAUSE IT WAS UNSAFE nor was I notified that my car was being moved and I did not give them consent!!! I told him from the beginning not to drive or run the car cause it was NOT safe to do so, which is why I got it towed there in the first place!! After him meeting up at ocean state job lot, we come to then find out why he had accused of beating on the car and doing burnouts. Billy drove the car there himself. come to find out my tires are now bald and they added 200 miles to my car. Mind you, we had NO idea where my car was for an entire week and still don’t know to this day!!! Now here is the icing on the cake, there’s a title issue because the mileage reported on the car is NOT the same that’s on the car fax. So now I have to go to the DMV to get this fixed which is a month process and another fee I have to pay. I couldn’t even get rid of it if I wanted to!!! Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Claim they will fix your car but have it sit somewhere you don’t know and will use CHEAP SALVAGED PARTS FROM A JUNK YARD, to “fix your car”. Please.. save yourself and do not go to east Windsor Auto. These people are unprofessional , rude, and do not know a single thing about the cars they get cause they all come from an Auction.
We bought our daughter's first car here. A 2006 Volvo S60 in great shape and a very good price. The salesman was great to work with. The very minor issues with the used car were fixed before delivery and they even helped us get all of the registration paperwork in order. A good place to buy a good used car at a fair price.
Mark has fixed everything from Fords, Subarus and BMW for us. He provides excellent service, especially when operating and older car without OEM part support. More than just a part replacer, if there's a way to fix an imperfect but serviceable component, he'll do it to spare the customer the high cost of replacement parts.
Mark is exceptional with tending to customer needs. I recommend East Windsor Auto to those who need to be back on the road quickly with no hassle at minimum cost.
They never told me my car was salvaged until I got a letter from the dmv saying i couldnt get a title for it until before and after photos were submitted and a vehicle inspection report. Went there multiple times the guys there never took care of it. Not only was it a rebuild but they rebuilt it with crappy used parts. Never fixed anything I asked except the AC. Turns out the head gasket was bad instead of replacing it they just filled the crack.Bought a warranty from them as soon as it was up everything started falling apart. If I could give them -5 stars I would.
