Recent great response from USA both by phone and in person. After a call to request replacement of the covers of our cardboard and trash dumpsters, dealt with a nice gentleman on the phone, and within two days, the dumpsters were replaced. Prompt, efficient, great service!

We are a customer of USA Waste and I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Watch out for "lock-in" auto renew long term contracts. "Fuel Surcharges" despite cheap gas. Escalations. Don't keep their word.

These losers took 170$ for 400 pounds of household junk that came from my home in the same town East Windsor CT. They won't tell you the minimum is 170$, they wait til you dump it then tell you, that's why they hold your credit card first. They used to take same town trash for pennies, they won't tell you that either also anymore when you get there for them to take your card and info. Don't ever go there. Manchester takes every thing even mattresses and tires only for the weight of them. USA charges 30$ per mattress and 40$ per tire! Please let everyone know to go to Manchester or Babylon in suffeild.
These people take good care of your driveway with dunage and are polite. I had to extend my rental a few days and it was easy. Ring em up and they gave me a few more days. The truck puked a little oil in our driveway but we are happy the trash is gone. We have gotten dumpsters in the past years and it's always been a great experience.
Terrible. Do your job. On garbage day, take the garbage away. They took all my neighbors garbage today except mine. Where am I supposed to put my garbage this week? Thanks for nothing. Shameful. Horrible work ethic.
I had 4 barrels (2 locations) cleaned today with their Cart Cleaning service. 100% satisfied! The gentleman who did the service was so friendly & professional. He did an amazing job! I will definitely use this service again. A few of my neighbors have already asked me for the information on how to schedule to have theirs done. The office staff was such a pleasure to talk to also.
This company wasn’t even at my
house, they were at my neighbors and they still managed to run over my garden, tear up my sloped lawn that we’ve been working to prevent erosion on, tore up our freshly paved driveway (literally, new) and cracked the sidewalk. All on video. Even the guy trying to stamp down the dirt where he ran over my pumpkin patch I planted…. As if that was going to help.
Company hasn’t been interested in doing anything when my husband has called about this. my poor neighbor in her eighties felt so bad she offered to pay to fix it .. which absolutely not. Do better people.
I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service, they brought two dumpsters to my yard, the driver, Alvin was professional and courteous, and brought the dumpsters up a very narrow driveway, and was very careful not to drive on the grass at all, would absolutely use them again
I'd give them zero stars if I could. Contacted them to rent a dumpster, paid the fee and received an email receipt. However, when I checked my banking info the next day, there were two charges for the dumpster rental. I contacted the company and they told me there was nothing they could do because they only see one $575 charge on my account. Called my bank to dispute the charge and got the credit back.
Next, I called to cancel the dumpster because the whole thing seemed shady. and was told it would be taken care of. Didn't get an email receipt showing the credit, so I called back two days later only to be told they didn't process the credit, but it would be done. I received an email about the credit and when I checked my online banking, I saw another charge for $70 from this company.
As no one said anything about a cancellation charge or anything, I checked my "contract" that was emailed to me when I made the reservation, nothing about a cancellation fee either. So I called USA and was told they didn't know what I was talking about because they couldn't see any charge, just a refund of $575. I accused them of fraud - charging my account in excess of the agreed amount and I told them I believed that they set up a dummy account and used another email so when the charge was processed on the dummy account to my credit card, a receipt went somewhere, but not to me. I told them I was contacting my bank to report the fraud and also the Dept of Consumer Protection. Miraculously an hour later I received a voicemail that the $70 was found and being returned to me.
They have been reported to the Dept of Consumer Protection and I'll also be filing a fraud complaint with my bank. I will leave them a bad review wherever I can because if you decide to use this company, watch your accounts very carefully to ensure you aren't overcharged as well! HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Can't say enough good about this company they are easy to work with and their drivers go above and beyond, we highly recommend them for your trash and hauling needs
I like their recycling, but I have had problems with their record keeping and getting basic information, like pickup schedules. Their website is terrible.
Their website is SO BAD. You have to login to your account to see your recycling schedule which is annoying enough by itself. And when I tried to reset my password I got the error message: "Unable to update your password, please contact your PC Scale Tower - eTower 6.5 administrator to reset your password." which is super unhelpful. The companies they acquired had MUCH better websites / payment systems.
Our remodeling company recently contacted USA as we needed a dumpster in Danbury at a fairly difficult delivery location, having been in construction for well over 40 years I think it's safe to say that there aren't many questionable service issues that I haven't encountered. I'm here to tell you that there were absolutely no issues with the service I experienced with USA. They were on time, they were responsive, everyone I dealt with, was great and I will not hesitate to use them in the future as often as I need waste hauling services. These guys and girls were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thank you USA hauling, great job!! Jay S
Ordered a dumpster for Saturday. Waited all day, finally called and were told the driver was running late and will be there by 4:30. 4:30 came and went and they did not come. Called first thing Sunday morning, and they promised it would be there the same day. Did not show up, so we called them again and they pinky swore it would be here Monday. Still did not show up. Unbelievable. Would never use this company again. I’d give them zero stars if I could.
Whatever you do... Don't go over your tonnage allowance!!
If you think you'll go over switch out your container and get another one ( or else)! The overage fees are astronomical ridiculous and they don't give a care about it! Explore your options....
Its been over 30 days now that I been trying to get the answer why we been service ones month but been paying for twice a month pick up service!!!
The answers that I received were very unprofessional. I am not sure If that was the owner it self or having very care less people working for him.
Very poor customer service. Every time I asked for a manager, he is always busy in the meeting. Sales rep. with a huge ego. No one even put an effort to resolve this issue.
Pay full price - but receive half a service.
