6 month warranty on my car battery, which was used . It also was half the price of new one..I Was short on funds and this place helped me keep driving!!!!!!

I bought my batteries in Florida when I took possession of a new-to-me boat. In the subsequent year and half, the batteries died too quickly. Midstate Battery and the owner, Steve Merone, were absolutely first rate. They tested the batteries, confirmed that they were deficient and approved the warranty claim within 24 hours! I can't recommend them more highly.
The customer service is top notch. Words cannot express how happy I am with them. I had a problem with my battery and they took care of the issue A.S.A.P.

Just wanted to take a moment to give credit where credit is due. I was looking for a specific diesel pickup battery (two to be specific) and did an online search on the manufacturer's website and Midstate Battery in Bloomfield, CT came up as a dealer. I called them when they opened and they had 3 in stock. I asked that they check their inventory was accurate and check the manufacture date for me before I drive over an hour up there. I also asked if they could test my current batteries to see if they were bad and if it was in fact my problem I was experiencing. They tested both, the passenger side ended up being bad, he explained why it was a problem (most two battery vehicles will try to compensate with the other good battery to cover it up the bad one) and everything was ready when I got there. I mentioned that I had some aftermarket electronics in my truck and they confirmed my recommended battery choice. In and out quick and easy. They have earned my business for life and I will recommend them to everyone. Their expertise and courtesy are top notch!

I've bought several specialty batteries from them, and can't say enough about how it went. The week before last, my heavy duty pickup truck went into the shop. The shop diagnosed one of the two batteries as being bad. I had bought both batteries from Midstate, but they couldn't find my purchase in their system. No questions asked they gave me a replacement battery! This was a LARGE Absorbed Glass Mat battery, so it wasn't insignificant. They'll always have my business!!!

I had a case of two completely dead RV batteries and they were able to diagnose, test, and fully recharge them which literally saved me hundreds of dollars. Moreover, they were patient, knowledgeable and educated me on preventative steps I could take to ensure this wouldn’t happen again in the future. I can’t speak highly enough about their great staff and service. Also, they have a cozy storefront which is fully stocked with the latest and greatest battery related gear. Sure, like everything else you could go online or go to your big box chain auto parts store the next time you need a battery. However, what you won’t get there are master level professionals with tons of experience, who can guide you into making the most informed decision for your battery needs; all this combined with a fair price, what else more could you ask for?! I called Midstate for a motorcycle battery that was out of stock at most shops throughout the state. Steve answered after the first ring and had reserved the proper battery for me in about 1 minute. Knowledgeable and friendly staff all-around.

Still 5 stars. The original battery purchased from Midstate unfortunately didn't hold up over the winter. Admittedly, user error, as it was not properly stored on a charger (although oddly the stock power wheels battery was fine and still had a charge after 5 months of sitting idle). Midstate stands behind their products and customer service. They applied the cost of the dead battery to the replacement, suggested a better model, and marked it down as well.
All in a good place w/good people and its not like I'm even a big or regular customer.

Went in looking for a battery to modify my son's power wheels. The staff there was wicked helpful. Scott must have spent 30 minutes helping me find the right size battery and making suggestions for my kid's project. It wasn't like I was spending a ton of money either. Prices were very reasonable. Better than online when you factor in shipping and quality of products. Will definitely return for any car, lawn equipment, or oddball battery needs.
Impeccable, friendly, informative service. Competitive pricing. Only problem is they're Dallas Cowboys fans and I'm a diehard NY Giants fan. Oh well, can't win them all ?
