I’ve been going to Advance Auto Parts for a few years now, and every experience I‘ve had has been top notch. One employee named Chrissy is always exceptional with her help. She makes me feel very welcomed walking into the Store every time, and always helps find what I am looking for in a timely manner. She answers all questions that I have, and always has a smile on her face. I Highly Recommend this store! And highly recommend asking for Chrissy if she is in!

This is about the 4th time in a 2 week span that ive came to this store all the way from enfield to get a part they had in stock and im never coming back. The same three people (black young lady, and either the spanish guy with glasses or a white guy) sitting in the back counters not wanting to acknowledge me or even ask if I needed help. Only one young man running the front counter with about 3 other customers in the store and neither of those two took it upon themselves to step up and help. The 2nd time I came the young lady had the nastiest attitude and has no customer service etiquette on how to speak to people. I forgot the name of the part i needed and she didnt even bother to help me figure it out. She said "if you dont know what your looking for i cant help you im not a mechanic" and with that, i smoothly walked up out of there across the street to O'Reillys where they had ZERO problem helping me figure it out. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever set foot in besides Wingstop and thats saying a lot. You need better staff or better management to train these people.

My wife and I have been coming here for almost a year and every service is a great one. Diana really goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need even if we think we dont need it and hooks us up with every deal. We used to be faithful O'Reilly customers but we come here for her customer service is exceptional. Thank you for checking my wife's battery last night and answering all her questions out in the cold and making sure she got home safe. Thank you advance auto for hiring such wonderful and patience staff.

Sold me a broken piece of equipment, I drove 30 minutes 1 direction to purchase. Spend THOUSANDS of dollars in the last 3 years there. I asked to return the broken equipment and got told to come back tomorrow when the manager is in. I don't care if it's policy, you costed me time, and money. I'll be sure to file multiple complaints. Multi million dollar company shaming me for 60 bucks lol.

I definitely recommend using this store. The customer service is on point. I can’t exaggerate that enough. I was dealing with a slight car issue. Bianca and Julian was there to assist. It didn’t feel like they just came to work but they came to assist. They gave advise and also found me the best prices to an already expensive fix. I can’t say thank you enough.

Whether it was helping me find the right part or offering advice, her customer service. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and patient definitely made my day easier. Highly recommend this location because of their excellent staff!

The battery I ordered online turned out to be nearing its shelf life so I didn't by it. The date on the battery was 02/24, nearly 1 1/2 years old.

Terrible customer service, I had went in today and asked for help to test my battery & was told I would be helped after she was dealing with a customer and to wait outside and so I did and 20 mins later NOONE HELPED so i was waiting for no reason and the store was empty after she dealt with the customer infront of me.. smh so I went to Oreilys & they helped me within minutes!

Had a nice experience at this store. I asked for a diagnostics on my car and the lady at the front counter was more than willing to run it for me instead of calling one of 2 males in the store. She went above and beyond to explain the codes to me and even looked up the parts and how much it would cost before coming to give me the information on the codes. Even though it was very cold outside she stood and conversed with me and advised me on how to get my issue resolved at the mechanics. Very friendly environment and everyone was very helpful

This place is a scam never buy anything from the store. I’m not sure if this lady is a manager or one of the associates I bought a battery from them and I no longer needed the battery and wanted to return the battery nothings wrong with it I had another part, and I was told by associate that I can return the battery as long as it has not been touched, caught another advanced auto they said OK will return it. They do not follow policy. They make you call corporate and they give you the runaround. They don’t have respect for peoples money and time do not buy from here. I see you replied back to my review so my question is to you guys. What can you do to fix it situation? Would you guys be willing to issue a courtesy refund?

Worst advance auto-part store their is, the supervisor their is very unprofessional and can’t be relied on if you purchase an item they would personally try their best to not give you your refund back even if you have a receipt and the item hasn’t been open. I went to another advance auto-part store and They were very professional and handle the situation like a real supervisor should and gave me my refund back no problem. Blue hills advance auto-part store needs do better.

Please stay away from this location and their parts. I bought 2 batteries from advance auto from the blue hills location the first battery lasted 1 year the second battery lasted 4 months. Please get your batteries from interstate, it might cost a little more but it’s worth it.

Horrible customer service! The tall linky male employee told me to return an item to another store that I purchased a few moments earlier because he was upset they were understaffed. Our first interaction wasn’t great which was the reason we returned everything. I was assisted by a younger, female coworker who did my exchange without any issues and apologized expressing he was currently in charge. After the tall skinny male took 10 minutes helping other clients (very rudely) to whisper that over his breath, and not help me.

Not a bad place at all. Clean wide parking, handicapped spaces. Lots of products in stock. Staff is friendly and semi knowledgeable. I would prefer this location as opposed to others that I visit.

Good service but door and website says open at 7:30 nut they dont open until 8am. I needed to make a purchase before goimg to work got to the store at 7am and waited until 7:40 store was still closed so i called the girl says were open at 8am smh i was 1hr late to work

They're okay over there, some associates actually know their stuff while I've met one that knows enough to get by. The customer service is generally good and there's almost never much of a wait for me - I think that's good. Oh, and the best part is that you only need your phone number on the purchase to do a return. I love that I don't need to keep my receipts indefinitely.

Not impressed at all. They usually have between 2-3 people working, but only one of them knows what they are doing. They are pushy and do not listen. Informed the guy of what i needed, and he typed the wrong thing three times not knowing what it was. Then tried to push oil and a filter that i needed to decline three times.

I bought my battery online. The guy already had the battery pulled waiting for me. He came right out with the battery & changed it for me. He recycle the old battery. Probably took 15 minutes. I Couldn't have had a better experience!!

I ordered an alternator for my car on a Thursday. They said it'd be there in 3 days. Well... I called on Saturday, Sunday, and a Monday (2-3 times each day) and NO ONE PICKED UP. Here I am, immobile.. Calling and calling.. RELYING ON THIS PART.. and no one can pick up the phone? Or even call me for that matter to say the part is in? I have bought parts from Advanced in the past, and they typically call ME when the part comes in, why is this store different? I find it insulting that they won't even pick up their phone. Are they avoiding me? They picked up the phone when I ordered the part.. It just doesn't make sense.
