I love this place the people know their stuff on point service great staff did I say excellent service these folks know what they're doing Napa the go-to place to get you your stuff for your car's needs and wants. Big up to the beautiful lady that help me the other day and the young man with the glasses that's been there for about 40 years. My people did I say I love this place.
Bought four brake calipers. One didn't go to my car, another had mixed parts in the box, and the two front ones were for a four cylinder car. I have a six cylinder. I was not happy ?

Service was awesome.Older gentleman help me out even wheeled my purchases our to the car for me,he was a good listener and heard everything I said.I went there to buy car wash and spent 200 dollars.All the younger guys were pre occupied.
Always friendly, pleasant to deal with. Consistent crew, they know their stuff. As an example my last visit I needed a floor jack (my 20 year old jack started to leak - I was on my 4th wheel rotating tires on my car), I called to see if they had what I wanted (they did), helped me quickly when I came in, the jack was waiting on a table, they even offered assistance with the jack (it's more than a few pounds but I was fine carrying it), and got me on my way quickly. I got home quickly and was able to finish my tire rotation in my driveway with no problems. COVID-19 conscious so I felt safe also.
I’ve been into this location about 5 times in the past two weeks (all different issues). I thoroughly enjoy the customer experience and the time each associate has taken to get me the parts I need. Thank you!
Great auto parts store, knowledgeable staff, and if they don't have your part in the store the warehouse most likely does and you will get it in most cases the same day.
My usual NAPA is closed on Sunday so I went to the Bloomfield store and was pleasantly surprised. As in Canton they were friendly, professional, helpful, and had the part I needed. They also don't just tell you where to look in the store they walked me right to the section . Great place.
I didn't get the names of the two gentlemen helping me today, but I was really impressed by the level of customer service I received. I was having trouble replacing my wiper blades, and one of the guys even came out into the rain and put them on for me. I will definitely come back there, and will recommend this store to my friends and coworkers.
We have been dealing with Napa in Bloomfield for years and every time we needed a apart the service was always fast and the driver is always friendly, he always, always had a smile on his face it seemed like he never had a bad day???
