Sister purchased a battery here and the employees did not know how to install the battery. Services advertised should be executed.
The removal and install of a battery is very straight forward. Employees should be equipped with the necessary tools and experience to do the job, otherwise don't advertise.

Didn't have what I and thet had 1 at other locations. I checked next door auto part store and they had it, saved a drive to Manchester from Bloomfield.
Be aware to be put on hold for 30 mins it's hard to find people to do there job correct front desk is a mess they need to hire better people parts are trash as well
The only place in a 25 miles radious of my home to have the part I needed, it was hard to get and had to order it and had atleast a 10 day wait every where's else but had it first thing the next morning at the Bloomfield O'Reilly. Thank you O'Reilly!!
The guys here are so much fun and make getting what you need quick and easy. I went in with suspicion that my battery was going, and while it was good , it was on its last leg. Within minutes, Alvin helped me select the best battery for my vehicle and installed it. Was very friendly , and I will definitely be back with my automotive needs
Got 2 lower control arms for my 2014 Subaru Legacy. Everywhere else was higher priced, it was great to hear they only cost me $102 for each side saving me a ton of money ?
Check engine light came on so I went to get a diagnostic from O'Reilly. They checked my car and was able to tell me what part I needed. Fast and easy. Good price too.
Went in to buy headlights and Juan was very helpful picking out the correct one and being able to help me install them. Customer service is something that is important to me and the customer service I received in this store was outstanding. This is my place to go for auto parts.
Bought parts to service car and found out customer service rep had no idea what to give me and she gave me a spark plug that caused my vehicle to miss. Had to use the old one of the old plugs

Very helpful. Great reasonable prices also I had to return a part that did not match up to the car I was working on as i was later informed that there where two different versions of the same car and they where very understanding with return
