After hunting for months we found a 2016 Tiguan SEL and it was not only in great condition, but I could tell that Covi (the head mechanic) was an expert in European vehicles and this gave me the confidence to purchase.
All off the cosmetic issues, including a broken taillight lens was replaced before I returned to pick up the car. Further, after I brought the car home, I noted that the floors were very wet since I had initially test driven the unit - it had rained heavily over the couple of days leading to purchase. I called Miri, and he instantly knew what the problem was and requested I bring the car back. I returned a couple of days later and Covi had the problem identified and fixed within 30 minutes and took the time to show me what the problem was and how to deal with it as a known maintenance item with VW/Audi panoramic-sunroof drains. At the end, there was no charge, just a handshake and a satisfied customer!

Discerning car buying (not your typical used beater cars trussed up). Willing to have a 3rd party pre-purchase mechanical inspection. Tough negotiators, but professional. Should be your first stop in purchasing a used car.
Best dealership. I brought honda accord then i found out it has drivers door lock issue. I went back after 2 weeks and they fixed it for free. Installed new parts for free. Now car is fine no issues. Best price and good cars.
