Great experience. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable specifically Andrew and Ethan. Full transparency about costs and car work needed without any attempt at up-charging. Very efficient and quick as well.

I went there to change car battery, which was higher than other places at least $20. + $35 labor which is free in places like Autozone since it is easy install for my car. But for convenience and professionalism I used to with Firestone I did not mind. But I asked for my tires pressure checked and I was told it’s ok and I have to drive my car to clear the notification which I did and the notification didn’t clear as it was clear my tire was a little flat so I had to drive more than 10 gas station to do it myself anyway. what a wasted time, effort and money. Next time may I need to do better shopping around before I go there.

I've been going to this location for years and while it can get busy at times, the staff is thorough, knowledgeable and they do their best to help their customers get the best bang for their buck. From my 20yr old Honda needing everything to my new BMW needing a tire valve pin, they always fit me in, set realistic expectations upfront and get me back on the road same day.

Waiting time was short. Services were completed with accuracy. Staff was informative and personable. I usually come to this location for car and I’m always satisfied. If there is something that isn’t right it is immediately rectified. I definitely recommend this shop.

1 Star – Extremely Unsafe and Unprofessional Service I went to Firestone for a wheel alignment and brake-related service, and what I experienced afterward was extremely dangerous and unacceptable. After leaving the shop, I later discovered that one out of the five lug nuts on my wheel was completely missing. This is not a small mistake—this is a serious safety issue that could have caused the wheel to loosen or come off while driving, putting my life and others at risk. When a customer trusts a professional auto shop, basic safety checks like properly reinstalling and tightening all lug nuts should never be overlooked. Forgetting a lug nut shows carelessness, lack of quality control, and poor workmanship. I now have zero confidence in the work done on my car and had to recheck everything myself. This experience caused unnecessary stress and could have ended in an accident. I do not recommend Firestone and strongly advise others to double-check their vehicle after any service here.

Had a great experience on 1/5/26 came in to do an vehicle inspection and the Jason at the front desk took care of me I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Very respectful guy.

Arrived for 3:00 PM appointment expecting my 4 tire installation to take 1.5 to 2 hours. I was working in the waiting room so a lot of time went by before I inquired on status at about 5:00 PM. No one updated me prior to my asking. When I did inquire, there was a young man at the service desk. The 2 advisors who I spoke to prior had gone home. I could see the vehicle on the lift and tires were being worked on. The advisor at the desk and the tech working on the tires were the only staff left there. After correcting the incorrect charges on the bill that were discussed at drop off, the helpful young man who got left in the dark got me on my way at 6:00 PM. 3 hours and barely any communication to install 4 tires.

I was told my flat tire cant be fixed with patches and required rope plugs. Or buy a new 350 dollar tire. Was stuck with a spare tire and wasted all day on this. Went to costco tires and they fixed the punctures with no problem. The hole were very far away from each other. Just feel disappointed from you guys and that you just tryed to force sell me a tire

I would have left this review in real time, but life gets busy. Still, I’m so disappointed in the service I received from Firestone that I felt I had to write this. I went to the Bloomfield location for brakes, and an employee gave me a discount that the manager approved. I paid the remaining balance with no issue. Not long after, my brakes started squeaking every time I stopped. I brought the car back, and they brushed me off, saying they couldn’t duplicate the noise. I left, but the squeaking continued. I returned again, and this time they said they heard a slight noise. Instead of addressing the brakes under warranty, they gave me a quote for almost $4,000 worth of other repairs and insisted the noise was coming from the calipers. Before jumping into other repairs, I asked them to replace the brakes they had just installed since they were under warranty. I honestly believed the issue was a faulty brake part, installation error, or maybe dirt. My request was ignored. The manager refused to speak with me, and the employee who gave me the discount no longer worked there. It really felt like my valid concerns were being dismissed because of whatever may have happened on their end. I called corporate to file a complaint and request a proper repair or refund. Corporate told me I could go to any Firestone location for service under the warranty. But when I contacted the Manchester location, the manager refused to help and told me to go back to Bloomfield. I called corporate again to report the conflicting information. They personally scheduled me an appointment in Glastonbury, but when I showed up, that manager also refused to assist and directed me right back to Bloomfield. At that point, it was clear corporate had zero control over the stores or managers. After two or three months of dealing with squeaking brakes and repeating my story over and over, I called Bloomfield again. This time the manager, Andrew, answered the call and agreed to look at the car. They finally replaced the rear brakes and the squeaking stopped immediately. It should not have taken months of phone calls, complaints, and being dismissed just to get the service I was entitled to. Whether the discount played a role or not, the way I was treated was unacceptable. I was still a paying customer. I will never return to any Firestone location again, and I absolutely would not recommend their services to anyone.

The work I requested was completed. The price to mount 2 tires that I provided and balance all 4 was ridiculous. The facility was clearly overbooked for the workload and it took just shy of 3 hours to do. The tech seemed like he was being thrown in 10 different directions at once so I don't blame him.

We did this remotely my daughter is at school there and I am in Albany explaining on the phone and paid on phone too. Joshua and angel were extremely helpful and patient .. haven’t picked up the car yet hopefully it is all fine now.

They swindle my mother out of $2800 to fix a Catalyst converter and partial tuneup and the car is still not fixed after over a month and a half and they are just giving her the runaround. The complaint department is no better and we’re trying to get contact information to go above their head to get her car fixed reimbursement for having to take it to the dealership to figure out what they didn’t do which was leave parts off and now she’s getting the runaround about bringing it back to get the car fixed and this has been going on since the end of September. Jason has been horrible he took advantage of my elderly mother and making her feel like they did everything right and she is the problem after a week of waiting for a part for the third time now he is not there everytime we call I am appalled that a well established business such as this would take advantage of an elderly woman and charge her all this money and then feel like she shouldn’t be upset for having to go through this for over a month and a half they will not give receipts on what parts they bought. The Honda dealership has already exposed them for leaving parts off of the converter that is necessary to make the car run correctly provided them with video and now they’re taking their sweet time getting the part which is just unheard of in the complaint department. It’s just covering for them and not involving the right parties to assure that she gets the services that she paid for. I will be calling our local news to bring light to the issue with Jason and that entire location as my mothers car is still not fixed and we will take it small claims court

I called Firestone for a wheel alignment appointment. My time was scheduled for 3 pm but online showed an opening for noon, which would accommodate my daughter returning to school. So they were able to give the noon appointment and my daughter’s vehicle was being worked on at noon. After the service was completed, the work performed was explained verbally and on paper to show what side had more wear. Garry customer service

Booked an appointment for a simple tire patch, only to end up waiting 2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. After the wait, I was told my tires were too worn to plug and instead of honoring the appointment, they immediately tried to upsell me on new tires, claiming they could “fix it today.” This was extremely frustrating considering the service I booked should have taken less than 30 minutes. If you value your time and energy, avoid this place. They clearly don’t respect their clients’ schedules and continue overbooking to maximize profit, regardless of how far behind they already are with existing appointments.

Awesome experience. My alignment took less than an hour and they had a lifetime alignment deal for 200 after tax. So I can basically go anywhere in the country for free and they’ll do the work

I asked for new brakes and a tire rotation, and they gave me a truck that had no oil in it. Zero oil pressure. I didn’t even ask for an oil change so how does that happen? Someone also drove the truck around the shop to the front with no oil in the engine. How does tire shop mess up this bad? I am not coming back to this location.

I have been a customer for many years and every since the Manager Scott left to another facility I have had lots of issues, specifically with the new Manager Andrew he will not speak to me even when I would tell the person who picked up that I will be willing to wait if he is busy, He has told several employees that he did not want to speak to me to wait till Jason was available. That is not very respectful. I had a really bad experience in which I will be filing a complaint with the grievance committee.

I needed air as my tire was extremely low and the car was pulling when I turned the steering wheel. I went into Firestone and the guy was pleasant and helpful. They filled up the air so I could make it home. Nice job Firestone! ?

DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE ❗️❗️❗️❌ on June 12 I went to fire stone about a check gas cap light in my car, they did a diagnostic and said it was the purge valve. I get it done and pay 496.59$ after a couple weeks of driving my check engine light comes on, now I would like to preface this I previously never had a check engine light only the gas cap light, I take it to autozone to get scanned and the issue is the purge valve which firestone just fixed. I take my car back to them and they say it was a faulty part they take 2 whole business days to fix it, on top of that my car came back with dirt on the drivers side that wasn’t there before which you see in the picture. I drive it for a day just for the light to come back on. Now at this point I’m upset and I want my money back, I call trying to get some sort of compensation for their mistakes and I’m met with a worker with a horrible attitude telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about and the people there have been in the business 10+ years. I call another day and speak to a different worker named Gary he apologizes for the mishap and talks to the higher ups and gets me a refund of 327.39, moral of the story i still have the check gas cap light and now an additional check engine light on top of it, I will be taking further legal action against Firestone and I would recommend you just pay the extra money at a dealership or with a trusted mechanic. This Firestone is awful and I barely trust them putting air in my tires, hopefully reading this makes you think twice about doing business with them if it has my job is finished.

I came in after a surprise tire blowout and left feeling deeply grateful, not something you usually say about a car repair!!! Jason greeted us with genuine warmth and empathy. He didn’t just help with the tire. He took the time to actually listen and offer support in a moment when we really needed it. His kindness and problem-solving made a huge difference, and you can tell he truly cares about people, not just transactions. We were in a tough spot, and the way we were treated here was above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone, not just for the quality work, but because good people still exist, and they’re here.

Can I give 0? I gave both Andrew and Levi an opportunity to rectify a mess up because I believe that no company would be purposely not do work or do work completely. Unfortunately this Firestone location not only didn’t do work schedule, they left my sons vehicle in worse shape than when it arrived. I schedule a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. My son was overcharged for the oil change and they NEVER even did the rotation. He had to go back for a price adjustment and the rotation. If not already ridiculously frustrating we then noticed one of his tire plugs MISSING and oh yeah NOW a puddle of oil wherever he parks. I spoke to the store manager initially he was not willing to help or come to a resolution- basically not his problem-he was flip and rude and unprofessional. He told me I’d have to speak to Levi. Levi adjusted the bill slightly but still incorrect and the services weren’t done or done properly. We are headed to our trusted mechanic now! Ty for NOTHING Firestone. Never again and I will share my experience ? I trusted you to work on my 20 yo son’s vehicle. A vehicle that gets forth back and forth to work and college. This place is a liability waiting - very concerning! Go anywhere else!
