I found all the guys here to be great! Just talk to them a little, say "good morning". Remember, they work in the cold, rain, mud, snow, with rude customers, etc.
The station has a both where a worker will direct you to where you need to deposit your stuff. You describe what you’re taking and he directs you to the right containers. The on the other level someone will help you or instruct you where to go. It’s great to have people that are watching everything gets done right. The staff is friendly and polite.
The transfer employees have been (for years, I finally caught them) Peeing behind my shed as they pick up the refuse... Not only is this disgusting and rude but trespassing. I will have to press charges its happens again!
A little spring cleanup brought us with a load to the transfer station on a Saturday morning! Was pleasantly surprised that the wait was minimal- line started at entrance but it was less than 5 minutes to dump. They kept the cars moving and had great employees directing for a streamlined experience! Grateful to have this in our little town!
Wonderful during the week. Can be a bit busy on weekends; get there early. Always found the staff to be helpful. The free mulch is one of the best deals going and helps the environment, compared to bagged mulch at home stores.
I deal with the staff here regularly. Very professional and their rates are great. We've done business for many moons. I hope it continues indefinitely.
