Making an appointment is pointless. I had one and they still helped walkins before me. It took them 2 hours and 20 minutes to change my oil and rotate my tires! I’ve never waited so long for such a simple service. I won’t waste my time there again
To add insult to injury, I just got my service report by email. They say I need to change my air filters. I changed them myself 1 week ago!!! What scammers. Avoid them!

Extremely helpful and honest! I have had emissions and a checkup done here and I have had a positive experience each time, will definitely continue to bring my car here for service (vs the dealership where I was getting ripped off for service).

This Firestone store has talented techs that will solve your complex issues. They are not the cheapest solution. But if you been to other repair depots and suffered through rounds of parts cannon firings with no solution, you will know cheap is not always the best. They have a downside: If your vehicle is on their lift, they will review all they see and write a report stating you need many repairs. Not true; they are only fishing for more work.
Just had coolant service at Firestone, and had a very good experience. They gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take and how much it would cost.. No ugly surprises here. and no upselling of services. I have a good feeling about this place, so will be comingi here again!
Jay provided great customer service and information with the knowledge concerning my 2022 Ford Escape. Due to this he showed me the issue on my rotors and explained I needed brakes sooner than later. My safety is top priority so with the advice he gave I got my car serviced.
Great location to get your work done. They got me in the same day for a flat, finished it quickly, and didn’t have me replace the tire like other shops told me I would have to. You can tell they care about helping you find the most cost efficient solution and avoid skimping you out of money like other major shops often do. Would come back for other services!
I got new tires and had comprehensive vehicle inspection. They serviced the brakes and replaced one of the rear shock absorbers. I don’t hear a rattling sound when I go over small bumps anymore and the brakes don’t squeak so it seems like they did a good job.

Called Firestone Stratford, talked to Jake. My tires are always needed to be ordered ahead of time. jake gave me options and by going for the Bridgestone brand instead of the one I’m looking for, i’ll get to save money, get to have my tires replaced and get warranty.
I less than 10 minutes, i was at Firestone and got my car with no wait times.
I recommend this location. Greeted upon entry, great communication. My vehicle was serviced in an extremely reasonable time period for the services requested. Overall, this was a very good experience.
JOSE was great in providing me with all information on price, specs and any additional information I required dude to multiple things including tires, windshield wipers and a fault headlight assembly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and he is a great manager!
I went for an Emission Test and the service was great. I see that they offer other services too and will be going back soon. Quick and easy service, no hassle no fuss. Definitely would recommend 👌.
The shop was great! Professional fast service. Courtesy call to approve work prior to any work being done. They were even willing to keep my vehicle overnight inside the shop to make sure that it was safe.
Dropped my finances car off to check a humming noise coming from front left. They test drove it and called us and said the struts need to be replaced. The loud, very obvious noise was not because of the struts. So they took it up on the lift after I called and complained and they said it’s the front left wheel bearing. They’re more focused on winning sketchy upsells than they are fixing your car. Heads up!
Jay and the team took care of my car fixing multiple issues in a couple of days. They had my car inspected and one of the issues fixed on the same day. Great work all around.

So I go into Firestone this morning to replace a brake light. Now not too long ago I had the same brake light on the other side replaced cost me $26 installation included. Today the quoted me a price o Off $89. $60 more then what i paid last time. I said to the guy the last time I was here it didn’t cost me $89 and he tells me thats what it cost with labor. Well, if that doesn’t feel like you’re getting ripped off, I don’t know what does even with in inflation. The price didn’t go up $60 from a few months ago. Either he had no idea what he was talking about or he was just trying to make some extra money on the side. But there is no way that price jumped that high. Definitely won’t be going back there. They should be ashamed at trying to rip people off. We’re talking about the exact same light just on the opposite side of the car.
Excellent customer service! Replaced tires and got a tire rotation & alignment.I went on a Sunday without an appointment & they were still able to get my car fixed and ready within a couple of hours! Very pleased with this Firestone location and I will be returning for regular car maintenance in the future! :) highly recommend!!
I am happy and very satisfied with my visit. Business is open seven days a week, which is great. I was taken care of quickly. Customer service associate was very helpful and professional. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. This is the first time I take my car here for an oil change and will certainly go back again without hesitation.
Use caution when using them. I had a bad experience recently where they had to do multiple tests to figure out what was wrong and each test costed a separate charge. They kept trying to put in the wrong parts until they finally went to my dealership to get the correct parts and took longer than expected. They also left a layer of grease on my seats. 😡
Went in for an oil change and the tech broke the filter covers. I was not aware. Light on dash board indicated an issue, I called to ask, they told me to do manual reprograming of the computer, ( this is done via the dashboard electronic system) that the tech was new and forgot. When in all actuality today, while at Vavoline The hood was opened for the 1st time since, as a result of Firestone’s neglectful service. The heater on my car wasn’t working do you lack of antifreeze which, they should have noted and addressed, and didn’t! 😡 it was then discovered, that there was damage to the car. I need this rectified immediately. Went in to speak to someone, and the young man turned me away and asked me to return when a manager was available. I am very disappointed. However, I spoke to someone else ‘Chris’ and he will be contacting me tomorrow after he speaks to the manager ‘ John’ I pray that I get good news. Going forward they have now lost me as a customer.
