Adding their excellent $500 cost to my mechanic's cost, my total cost was 50% of the $4000 for my VW TDI diesel filter replacement. Excellent, friendly customer service--including arranging pick-up and delivery to my mechanic ~100 miles away. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about Hattie and the DPF Regeneration team. A little over a year ago, they cleaned by DPF filter on my Mercedes vehicle, and all went well. Fastforward 11 months and I'm getting a DPF check engine code again. Frustrated, I called Hattie back and she was great at explaining that they had completely cleaned it and that the vehicle likely has another issue, upstream of the DPF, that is causing a lot of soot to accumulate in the filter. She offered to clean it again but told me that my mechanic should resolve the issue causing the soot build up. I had the issue fixed, so I thought, and sent it for cleaning again. Unfortunately, despite their best effort, the DPF was beyond cleaning. They sent it back to me and I later learned that Merecedes has an emissions modification for my vehicle and that this issue is not uncommon. What is impressive about Hattie and team is, not only that they were right about the emissions issue, but Hattie offered to help me find a DPF filter. They care about customers and have always been helpful. I strongly recommend DPF Regeneration based on their customer service and standing behind their service.
I am very upset that after they "cleaned" my dpf on my volvo vnl, just 5 days later I'm back in the shop with the same issues to find that I need my dpf cleaned? I will be seeking guidance on this matter with legal authorities. Very bad business practices. They were rude. They were literally yelling at me. Disrespectful to say the very least! I got hung up on twice. When all I wanted to do was get my equipment and get back on the road, they had my equipment for almost a week. I lost thousands waiting for them. Their solution was to not do the job yet charge $600.

Excellent costumer service! Ever since I started using DPF Regeneration I've been a happy costumer. Their work is done with so much professionalism from the front desk to the actual regeneration. Everyone is very polite and always there to answer your questions. Thank you DPF for always treating me and my equipment with the most respect.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR 3 YEARS WITH OUT ANY REGRET I HAVE ALSO INFORMED OTHER COMPANY OF THIS BUSINESS TO CALL FOR THEIR DPF AND SCR AND DEF ISSUES . THE OWNERS ARE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR COMPLETED PRODUCT AND BACK UP ALL REPAIRS WITH FLOW AND WEIGHT DOCUMENTS.
Called to have DPF Tested/Cleaned. Initially Both the front desk; and the technical support(owner) were very nice and explained the process. I dropped the filter off next morning. Then I called the owner to ask if it is possible to Test first and if its not dirty to not clean it. Since the filter looked clean, and air from an Hvac would pass through with no restriction. But i wanted an official back-pressure test that shows within limit. Anyway initially he said yes; Then i called again to ask if it's unusual that air could pass through it unrestricted; and He flipped out started cursing out bla bla bla.., to come back and take my filter, that i called him 400 times, (it was the 2nd time i was calling) because he don't want to work on it. When i went to pick up my filter I tried to apologize if i said something wrong; but was was even more rude; blurting out profanities.
Customer Service : 0 if you google DPF cleaning you will find facilities much more updated than his; that don't use old equipment like he does.
