Bill's got called by Stamford Police to come tow my truck after I got run off the road. The tow truck driver ( Bob? Not sure, can't recall at the moment) was super nice and we had a funny interaction about my Durango which has a Hemi engine. I had to go to the shop later to retrieve paperwork from my truck where I met Bill and he was just as nice as the driver. Shown nothing but kindness and professionalism by this company. I would highly recommend them when in need of a tow.

Rip-offs....... Call another company if you need a tow.

Very unprofessional towing service... Showed up one hour late with no apology and wrong truck... Waited for a second truck and no call one hour and a half later... Then received a high price. I wasted three hours of my time waiting. I do not recommend their service.

Had an issue with my car while driving back through CT. Bills Service showed up super quick and were willing to tow me all the way back to NJ. Dennis the Tow Truck Driver was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Not to mention he is extremely nice!! Thank you so much. Overall great experience.
