We had a great experience with Hulk Hauling! Scheduling was incredibly easy, everything was done by text with Chris, who was very communicative from start to finish. He gave us a clear estimate ahead of time, texted us his ETA, and arrived right on schedule. Chris and his crew emptied our garage full of junk in about 10 minutes, seriously in and out. They made the whole process effortless. We also had some large AC units and paint, and they were able to dispose of everything properly, which we really appreciated. We’ve been wanting to clean out our basement for a while, and Hulk Hauling made it so easy. The team did an excellent job, and we honestly feel lighter now that it’s done. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would! I called Haulk Hauling for last minute minute junk removal. Scheduling with Chris was easy — he was professional but approachable, incredibly communicative, and accommodating to my schedule despite the last minute request. He and Marcel were punctual to the pick up time and they even readily agreed to a last minute request they did not expect — helping me take the couch apart to look for missing car keys before they hauled it. While they worked efficiently they didn’t rush. Chris even asked me if there was anything else they could haul for me before they left, and we chatted about this and that while I organized my payment. All around polite, professional, and genuinely pleasant guys to work with. The price was excellent too! I will be definitely be utilizing their services in future!

Chris and team were incredibly professional, careful, and thorough. We needed them to meaningfully add to the booked job at the last minute and Chris quickly got another worker and completed the job efficiently. As promised, he called 30 minutes in advance of arrival and was exactly at the start of the time window given. I wish more small businesses had this attention to customer service and detail.

I called Hulk Haulers on a whim and was glad I did. I had seen their truck in the neighborhood and was impressed at how well taken care of the truck was. To me, that says a lot about a business owner. Kris was super accommodating and able to work around my changing schedule. He and his team arrived on time and worked very quickly removing all my items. They were very respectful of my house and with it being a rainy day, removed their shoes before entering.
