Trash. Avoid this business. They damaged my car and then falsely denied it. To make matters worse, the owner made threatening phone calls to intimidate me. Unprofessional and dishonest. No stars if I could.

I was alone in a dark parking lot last nite when my car wouldn't start. Carlos went out of his way to expedite a tow truck to me *immediately* (the quoted wait time had been 90+ min.) With the tow truck en-rte, i cranked the engine 1 last time & my car unexpectedly started. Upon canceling the tow Carlos was thoughtful, kind & very understanding. This company towed my car 2 yrs ago in a separate event. In both cases they went out of their way to accommodate me & their tow truck person did too. They offer exceptional service & genuinely care - I give them my highest recommendation.

I have a very positive and professional experience with Roger showing up in 30 mins and unlocked my truck door the first attempt with out any problem. I have made my first attempt with Company call On Point which I had a terrible experiences with the driver only made three to four attempt before he took me that I need to call my insurance company to get another company to come out. because he can’t open up my door. I ask him if he can try another way to push on my manual window roll down which he claimed that he can’t and he doesn’t want to lose his job. Very poor attitude and not skillful at all.

I requested the services of Xtreme Towing to transfer my car from White Plains to Stamford. They promptly did it to my full satisfaction. They towed the car right away without making me wait even for a few minutes. The gentleman on the phone as well as the driver who towed the car were both polite, friendly and helpful. At the destination, I asked the driver to place the car in a spot that was difficult to reach for him. He was so skillful that he made it look like child’s play. I was very happy with the service and was impressed by their professionalism.
