I love the whole idea of the “Grizzly Bag” and it worked perfectly for what I needed. I must admit that held onto it and used it for quite a long time. I half expected Junk Pros not to remember I had a grizzly bag. ? But I was so pleased when I called - they retrieved my information right away. And, better yet, they came out the very next morning and took my bag away. This was one of the smoothest transactions I’ve ever experienced!
Price is excellent as is customer service. Prompt responses to prone calls emails inquiries. Pick up and drop off done by very skilled driver, I have a steep driveway and the landing for drop off to the left. He placed it exactly where I indicated. Also Lauren was a pleasure to deal with. I will use them again for another project coming up soon, third time for me.
Grizzly Junk Pros was super nice and great to deal with. Getting rates initially and scheduling a dumpster drop off and pick up. Their prices beat all other dumpster rentals in my area of Fairfield County CT. I even needed to reschedule the drop off date at the last minute and they were able to accommodate that switch. Pickup was scheduled and dumpster was removed on that date in the morning. Will definitely use them again when we need a dumpster.
We have used Justin and the team for many jobs over the years and they are always dependable, customer-oriented and fairly priced. This time we needed a bunch of old furniture taken away and they did a great job. We highly recommend them!!

These folks are amazing. I had a 54 x 25' basement filled with 65 years worth of household stuff, tools, table saws, steel storage drawers, furniture, you name it. They sent a crew and three trucks. They worked nonstop for seven hours filling three trucks. Fantastic job, everything was done carefully and safely. They maximized loading the dumpsters to save me money. I cannot recommend these guys more highly.
I highly recommend this junk removal service! I was looking to get rid of a twin bed, dresser and little loveseat and came across here based on the reviews and location. Lauren got back to me right away and was fair with the quote. Any questions I had, she responded right away which was so appreciated. I even confirmed the week before and she explained how everything will work which put me at ease. Sure enough, they showed up right on time in the 2 hour frame and even called when they were close! They got it all done within 20 minutes and didn’t make a scratch on the wall etc. I live on a three story walk up with narrow corners so it wasn’t easy. I was able to pay right then in there for the exact cost they said it would be! The two men were very professional and nice! Excellent place and highly recommend if you need anything removed!!
