If I could give more than five stars, I would! I thought I had already decided to use a different junk removal company but decided to call Junk Luggers, last minute, for a quick price comparison. Best decision! I was immediately wowed by the professionalism and friendliness of Olson, the field supervisor, who promptly visited me to provide me an estimate for our packed basement, attic and garage. Pricing was very transparent and MUCH less than others. The team of 5 arrived exactly at the time promised - They were all super professional, friendly, and kind (Emptying out a house during probate can be a grueling and emotional process and they made it so much easier) On a super hot and humid day, they never complained about the heat or the amount of work needed. They handled all of our items with care and cleaned up the areas before they left. Because they were able to break down a lot of the items and packed them efficiently, we came in much less $ than the estimate. I couldn’t be more satisfied, and I would highly suggest Junk Luggers to anyone in need of this service!

I wanted to spruce up my dressing room. So I went to Junkluggers / Remix. I purchased 2 beautiful high-quality dressers for under $300. These same dressers would have cost me triple the price and I would have to assemble them. They even took away a couple of pieces of furniture that I no longer wanted. We needed things cleared away quickly. I was able to schedule a pick up in one day - the 2 men arrived within the time window and were friendly, courteous , and helpful. They explained the pricing clearly and stayed within the estimated pricing. They ended up taking more away than we had planned when we scheduled the pickup. It took them about 45 minutes to haul away tons of books, kids toys, furniture and things in storage. I will definitely use this service again.
