This is the worst place in my entire life. I called them for service, I'm literally standing next to the service truck, all I needed was air, the mechanic said I have to call it in. Ok protocol for payment ok. I called the dispatcher say $360 for him to come out $200 for the air. I said he is standing next to me. He said so.. then said he have another call and hung up

Driver experienced truck driving very slow, no more than 5 mph. We called and the technician showed up fast. He used the software to clear the error codes and fixed the malfunction. Called for an alternator for a 12.7 Detroit. Was told 600 on the phone. We agreed and the guy came out to do the job. 15 minutes of work later he was done and handed me a bill for 930.

Guys came pretty fast and diagnosed issue, went to pick up a part and took care of everything. Communication was good and service on point.
We were broken down with a brake line letting go. This company came right away , he even came back the next morning with a part to fix our line. We had called other places and tow truck they never showed up.

What can I say about this company? They are the best of the best I had a problem with a brake chamber in my truck on the back I called a server and he said he would arrive at 11am an hour before I called to confirm the appointment and they told me they didn't have me on the list and I had to wait longer After 3 hours for the service, I called other companies and no one gave me an answer or help. When I called nterstates Finest Trucking and Services Inc. Wesley answered my call and in less than 30 minutes he was with me. In Connecticut there are not many places where you can get parts for your semi truck, he had to go to New York to get me my brake chamber for my Peterbilt and in less than an hour I was on the road without any problem. Was able to chain up my broken trailer axle and remove tires to get me on my way. They even stored my tires until the next day when I was able to pic them up. Super nice people. Fast, courteous and honest work. Thank you!
Avoid at all costs. When he finished our truck ( truck would not start even), he did not accepted efs check demanded all paid by cash or zelle, since we unable to do it immediately, he like a crybaby, started screaming like unsatisfied wife, removed the part that he installed, damaged other components of truck ! basically harming us, and left. Find somebody more reliable and mentally stable, dont waste your time.
Wesley was very professional and courteous. My driver had a flat tire and Wesley went out his way to go buy another tire and replaced the busted one from my driver’s trailer. On top of that, there was another driver that was there that had a door jam issue with his trailer, Wesley went out of his way to repair it for that driver free of charge. That was a Good Samaritan deed right there. Thank you Wesley. Wish I could give you more than 5 stars. You’re awesome! ?
