I have been going here for a while now and had always been a good experience. Highly recommend.

Took in my ‘07 Honda fit recently purchased from private seller. Had been giving me trouble trying to get it past inspection. The Superior team took it in and diagnosed quickly. Needed a catyltic converter replacement - after trying some other things first to avoid a costly repair. The team at the shop completed it diligently and quickly for me. Bill Doug and Joe are really good people with experience that shows. Happy to say after repair the car has passed emissions and we are very happy with the service provided at Superior. Intend on taking any of our vehicles here when service is needed. Thank you guys . Joseph Levine

I showed up on the fly with a broken headlight, and Doug was amazing! He promptly fixed my problem and was so kind about it. I was super grateful for his help and was able to take a long car trip the next day with no issues. I will definitely be a return customer and would absolutely recommend them in the future.

Bill and his guys are honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced! He is our go to for general repairs on our fleet of work vans.

I brought my vehicle to Superior Service for the first time today based on all the 5 star reviews and I am so glad I did. As all of the reviews state, Bill is the nicest guy anywhere and my car was fixed at a very honest and affordable price. I had an exhaust leak and now it sounds and is running like a gem. Even though they were busy they got me in today, the day after I called and completed the job today as well so I had my car back in time to drive home from work. Bill kept me informed with everything every step of the way and didn't try to upsell or upcharge like some other shops do. I will be going back to Superior Service in the future for all my car needs without hesitation. Sometimes when you have car issues and you have to bring it to a shop it can be stressful, but not with Superior Service! Day made! Thank you Bill & team!

The problem with vehicle was properly diagnosed and repaired. Unbeknownst to me, Superior Service spent the overnight working on my company vehicle so it would be ready by morning. An amazing feat, especially in this day and age..

I get one of my fleet vehicles serviced here. I can call same day, they say bring it, drop it end of day and have it back the next morning. They won't try and up sell you. They fix what you need fixed, no bs and get it right back to you. Would definitely recommend.

Great 1st experience with Superior Service. Honest work for a fair price. Friendly crew and also very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using them. They were booked up throughout the day and still managed to fit me in last minute. I will definitely be going back.

I used Superior for the 1st time yesterday. I was so pleased with their excellent customer service and professionalism. Bill fit me in at a moment's notice and called in a matter of hours to let me know my car was finished. Their price was was very reasonable. They definitely have my business from now on. Brought them my used car just to get a check up to make sure everything was running smoothly. They checked the car out and told me everything looks great and there is nothing to fix. It's very refreshing to go to a trustworthy, reputable service place that doesn't try to sell you unnecessary things!! Will be going back for any future fixes, etc.

I had a noise. Another place told me it was my transmission. Called Superior. Doug said come on over. Immediately Joe found the problem and fixed it. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Bill is a man of integrity who stands by his work, and his prices have always been reasonable. I have used him for general repairs and maintenance for years, and I will go nowhere else. I highly recommend Superior Service to anyone living in or around the Brookfield area.

I have been a customer of Superior Service for about 20 years. I would not be a customer if I was not convinced that they are the BEST! I have often gone in with what I thought were major problems and left shortly afterwards with a minor repair. They DO NOT DO UNNECESSARY REPAIRS! and the quality of the work is excellent. I strongly encourage anyone to patronize this establishment.

Since moving to the area I've been to a few different shops. From now on, I will always use Superior Service. I got there and the bay was open and ready for me. But they weren't just standing around. They were working. Nice to see that they keep to appointments. I wasn't sitting around waiting. Employees were very pleasant. From this moment forward Phil will be the only man to flush my system.

Wonderful service, know so much about cars, that in a service call for my dashboard lights that wouldn't work, they replaced a single fuse and saved my car from the insurance co. after they claimed it could not be repaired and alleged that mice had chewed the wires (no evidence at all of this!) wanting to send my perfectly good vehicle to salvage! Bill and his crew saved the day, and are warm and friendly always.

Superior Service has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone is always so pleasant when I am there. The prices are great, and the work done quickly and efficiently. If you need a mechanic, this is where to go!

Kate and I have had our cars and truck serviced with Bill since we moved to Brookfield in 2005. We have always had the best service at fair or below fair prices and have found Bill and his mechanics to be very knowledgeable and easy to understand terms what is up with the vehicles and what needs to be done to make them the safest vehicles on the road. Many times Kate has pulled in at 6:30 in the morning and Bill will address her issue with the car and say that will be $ 1,000 and not charge a penny. Bill is very loyal and knowledgeable and insures his people are the same. Can't say enough good things about Superior Service, simply the best. Thank you Bill and staff

Fair prices, quick service and VERY honest. I've been using Superior Service exclusively for years for a multitude of things; brakes, tune-ups, power window motor, etc and will continue to bring my car here. The honestly though is where I'm sold. My sister also brings her car here and at one point she was convinced there was an issue with her suspension which another shop had quoted as a $700 job. Had the car inspected here and turned out to be a problem with another much smaller and cheaper component. She was in and out in one afternoon with only a $150 bill.
