No star at all these people stole my money the are bad at their Job I lost 8k didn't even do nothing in my truck. DO not Go there. I repeat do not go there. They are the worst.
Amazing customer support in a time that I was panicking. I had my daughter who was coming from the children’s hospital home and felt a strong shake in my tires. Your employee went above and beyond checking each tire and also made sure the lug nuts were tight on these new tires which they weren’t so he made sure all 4 were all set and tightened before I got back on the road and was so friendly and calming.
This literally the worst place to call!! Even the local police department is aware of their scamming tactics!!! They will lie to you about the hours of repair and if your a truck driver just know they work on your truck outside they don’t have a bay that fit trucks. They guys in the office are really rude I mean beyond rude. One guy told me just cause I said the price was too high he said he would no longer take my payment over the phone and even though I live 5hrs away I had to drive to come swipe my payment. They charge me for 11hrs of repairs when they spend less than 3hrs on the repairs. They are thieves!!! If anyone has gone through this kind of stuff with these people, please message me. We have to put thieves like this out of business
My car broke down, I called uber for a friend and used my roadside assistance app for the towing. Tow truck was there before the Uber was! He was friendly and fast-and even offered to drop me home on his way to the shop. Would absolutely call again-just hope I don't have to!
Very disappointing experience. We were quoted a $250 call-out fee plus $170/hour with a 3-hour minimum. The mechanic arrived after nearly 3 hours and spent only about 30 minutes diagnosing the issue, stating that the liftgate motor needed replacement. Despite this, we were charged $1,187.59 which was clearly presented as a deposit on the invoice, but later we were told it was the total charge for the visit and diagnosis. The pricing and communication were misleading and it felt like unnecessary delays were used to increase the bill. I would not recommend using this company and suggest others get everything in writing before agreeing to service.
I was very impressed with the great service I received when I needed my car towed. They kept in complete communication from picking up my vehicle and drop off to destination. Thank you for your help on what was a very stressful day!
Yesterday, my Kia stopped working and I used Kia Roadside Assistance. Lakeville Towing was the second of three companies dispatched to tow my vehicle.
As soon as I saw they were assigned, I called their office and specifically asked if they had reviewed the towing instructions and equipment requirements needed for my vehicle. The representative told me they had seen the instructions but did not have the required equipment. Despite that, they still chose to come out.
I’m not sure why they proceeded when the previous towing company had already identified the issue. Unsurprisingly, they were unable to tow my vehicle. It wasn’t until the third company arrived that my vehicle was successfully towed. Even without the exact equipment, they took the time to figure out the proper way to safely remove the vehicle.
Whether companies are compensated simply for responding, I don’t know, but it is incredibly frustrating when a situation is unnecessarily prolonged because a company shows up unprepared.
I will say that the tow driver himself was very kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help. My frustration is not with him, but with the company for sending him out without the proper tools or equipment to complete the job.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

He took the time to answer our questions and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. We truly appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help. I got 2 of my vehicles inspected for DOT. I paid extra for them to complete some repairs. Turns out they didnt actually fix my back up camera despite saying they did. Now the owner is staring they dont have to fix it & to go to a mechanic..... instead of telling me this up front. They already received payment for something they said they was going to fix & will not refund. I would never use them again for my company
Stranded on interstate at night and they arrive within a reasonable time, communication was EXCELLENT throughout entire process. When he arrived Changed tire and got me in my way quickly
Anthony (Lakeville Towing Services; Brookville Autobody) goes above and beyond. He towed our car himself when his employee was sick. Very pleasant yo talk with. And more importantly, very helpful. Staff mechanic is very knowledgeable. We described the issue. When he can not visually identify the problem, we asked him to drive the car. He was able to identify the problem and provide a solution! You have to try the services that they offer!
I had a roadside emergency and used Lakeville Towing. While they responded, the final cost was extremely high.
I was charged $1,050$ just for towing, and the total repair invoice exceeded $2,600.
The pricing for both travel and parts appeared significantly above typical market rates, including over $650 in travel-related charges and $776 for a single tire and rim.
When I asked for clarification and receipts for parts, they refused to provide them.
I understand emergency roadside service is more expensive, but this level of pricing felt excessive and not transparent.
I strongly recommend that other drivers confirm all pricing in advance and request a full breakdown before agreeing to service.
After locking my keys in my car I contacted roadside assistance on my car insurance and it linked me to Lakeville Towing who was able to meet me at my location in less than 10 minutes and had my car door open in less than 2 minutes without any damage to my car with zero expense to me. They were very professional and reliable and I trust them for any future automotive needs ;)
Okay I’m not one to really leave reviews but I will say I was a bit disappointed with my personal experience. (1.) My car just stopped driving. I don’t know why so I get it towed to Lakeville. It’s like 3AM at this point, when I’m trying to get it towed. They say they’re 24 hours service but then the dispatcher tells me that someone can’t come until 6AM now. Mind you, I told her my car was parked in an unsafe area due to my car shutting off. I call the police tell them what’s going on. They told me to leave my car. I go home. I get a call at 9:30AM as the driver couldn’t find my car, he said no directions were specific on the location for him. He wasn’t told to leave by 6 AM. I was nervous because the cop did inform me that there’s a potential that the area of my car was parked it could’ve gotten towed by the company it was in front of. Then throughout the process they said that if I get the service done, it’s free towing, great. They were gonna give me a diagnostic the same day call me back let me know so I’m not saying yes to a price that I can’t afford currently. It takes them a whole week just to diagnose my car. I spent $500 on rental fees simply because they kept telling me that my car was gonna be ready from the diagnostic so I’ll know how to proceed. So I kept extending it day by day and it’s more expensive that way. (2.) I finally get a call back they tell me it’s the fuel pump and after all the fees and work, it comes up to $850. I get some insight from my family members who are more seasoned with mechanics. They said that was entirely too expensive, which I also thought. I spoke to them about lowering the price. He said he would give me a discount, awesome. It came to $653, if I paid with a card. The guy that I spoke to Chris said that if I paid cash, he would only charge me $615 I’m like OK whatever I gotta pay it. I get to the spot and he’s trying to tell me that it’s $653 altogether. I’m observant and I listen. I asked him if the $615 was the final price he told me yeah with cash. So when I get to the place, he’s trying to get me to spend $653 and I said no I came with $615 in cash like you said. He said no, I said it was $653 but on the paper also said $615 but with a $38 tax fee?? I said can’t you just take the $615, I brought what you said. He goes “oh well I already gave you discounts “ I don’t care, you said this is what I was going to pay, And if you gave me the proper discount, it would add up to what you said. So he ends up asking his supervisor his supervisor says it’s fine. I give him the $615 and then he told me I can come back for a proper receipt because his supervisor wasn’t there to stamp it. I’m all set. I’m not saying they’re bad but based off of my experience, they are not a 5 star rating like they say they are. I understand that in garages things can take time, but it should not have taken you a week to diagnose a car! I would’ve just removed my car and brought it somewhere else. I only brought it there because it was late at night and I just needed someone to tow it fast. Whatever you live and you learn!
The gentleman who helped me was on the site within 20 minutes after we connected. He was courteous and supportive. In the end, the only issue was a dead battery, but he got me going and advised me if next steps. Real professional experience.
I had an excellent experience with this towing company! They were extremely careful with my car and made sure everything was handled safely from start to finish. The team was very polite and professional, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful. On top of that, they had a great sense of humor and kept things light while getting the job done.
Aaron especially stood out—he went above and beyond, doing more than he had to, and made sure everything was taken care of. He truly deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication.

Worked with AAA to pick up my car within the hour, order a replacement tire so it was ready to install when we got there. Friendly tow truck driver, installation mechanic and front office. Quick and efficient, would definitely use the services again.
It was such an amazing experience. I’m upset that I didn’t write the gentleman name last not. It was raining, cold and late. I was far from home and was given an ETA of 45 minutes. The amazing man called me an said he would get to me in 10 minutes. I nearly cried. . He was beyond professional, courteous and considerate. It would be a towing company I would use again!
My pickup trucks’ hydraulic clutch line burst (5 speed manual ) due to rust and it left me stranded with no ability to shift gears. I called Lakeville Towing and Kevin was dispatched. Kevin was incredibly professional and treated the truck with great respect; carefully winching it on and off the tow truck. I was very pleased with the service and the very reasonable rate.
These guys are only a towing company not a mechanic for semi truck.They scam people showing there fake reviews.The day i called them a guy picked up and said we have 2500+ reviews we will tow and fix your truck First they told me 1500 for truck and trailer both then when they got it towed it jumped to 2100$ with storage of my trailer until they can get my truck fixed which they never shared before starting the tow and after all this i was ok but then they didn’t even look at my truck for 2 days while i waited i called them every day give me an estimate they were like we will tomorrow for sure but after listening to there excuses i got my truck towed to other shop today and when other tow guy came they left my truck covered in snow so he gets pissed and leave but there plan did not worked. when my driver asked them to provide him with showel so he can clear snow himself since these lazy people doesn’t like to work but they also refused that You can also checkout the video And also there staff is rude and arrogant
Great communication from dispatch during a high volume day. Driver, Erik, was also a great communicator with a very positive and friendly dialogue about picking up and dropping off my car. Erik handled the job without requiring me to be onsite which I really appreciated!

Great tow No experience. They showed up 10 minutes before the original estimated time. Car hookup too less than 6 minutes. Driver was friendly and professional. It doesn’t get better than this. (Other than not breaking down in the first place). 10/10.
