Had battery replaced they were knowledgeable,friendly service got me in and out in a timely Manner, and explained the warranty process just in case of an issue down the road
I went here for a new battery they were great ! Friendly and efficient. The guy that helped me was kind of new but he was very nice. He even put my battery in for me. Great bonus.
Battery died after 7 months. Manager recharged battery, told me it’s good. Cold temperatures doesn’t impact batteries. Lol. I asked why the battery has cca listing (cold cranking amps)??? Ops I guess I wasn’t supposed to know.
Today I showed up ten min. before closing with the battery compartment for my 89 year old mother-in-laws scooter. Unfortunately, Interstate didn't have the needed tools to get the batteries out. I explained that my M-I-L needed the scooter to get to the dining hall in the community she lived in and I really needed the batteries. Reece was kind enough to wait until I ran across the street to purchase the needed tool. When I returned he opened up the compartment and replaced the batteries for me. All of which kept him there 25 min. after closing.
Both I and my mother-in-law are very grateful for his going above and beyond and his kind service.
This morning when I called I got the typical employee that knows everything. He refused to match up a battery over the phone and told me I had to bring it in. I normally call interstate for their knowledge and good customer service but we will be taking our companies battery purchases elsewhere.
Tim is the best! The store doesn’t have a book that contains the info for my model year, but Tim knew right away what kind of battery I needed. He installed it quickly and perfectly - the whole process took less than 10 minutes, and it’s guaranteed for 3 years. Awesome experience and purchase!
Worst customer service ever. Don’t trust the rating. Bought a battery little over a year ago. Battery has a 30 month sticker guarantee on it. It is dead and doesn’t hold a charge. Tried to say it because the car only gets driven once or twice per week. Then offered for me to leave it to be tested. Said the owners do not like doing the battery replacements because they are not sure if they will get reimbursed. All false garbage lines. Worst experience ever wish I could have left a zero star rating. Owners should train their staff better than this……
Horrible place! Extremely rude staff and manager. They sold me a defected batteries. It happened to me twice. I went to the supervisor and she didn’t even care. They refuse to give me my money back.
I had a great experience at the Brookfield Interstate Battery Center. Brian was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He diagnosed my car battery issue, and got me all set up with a battery that will get me through rough winter days.

I pulled up yesterday with a very weak (almost dead) battery in my Toyota 4Runner. Young gentleman came out to test it and then showed me my options and had it replaced moments later. Excellent service. Highly recommend. A++++

If I could give 0 star rating I would!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC business practices at this location. As you can see by the date sticker on the battery I purchased from this location. It was 6 months and a few days old!! Battery will not hold a charge!!! Been on a charger for a full week and was only 8 Volts. Checked by store employee. He told me all he could do was try to charge battery for me because my (6 month) warranty had expired. I told him I couldn't wait. I needed a battery to put in my SideXSide because we were loading them up for a trip. He shrugged his shoulders and said that was all he could do!!! NEVER do business with this store in Brookfield CT. They are CROOKS!!!????B artery was purchased in Jan of 2021, Dead in July 2021. Correct me if I am wrong but Jan - July is only 6 months RIGHT???? $ 227.00 for a battery that don't last 6 months?????
This place....the staff and the service are outstanding. I walked in about 930a on a weekday with no appt and wanted a new battery for my 2019 GMC Yukon. The battery in these cars is a real pain to get out because of all the bars and fasteners that have to be removed to get the old battery out. I am not exaggerating when i say from start to finish was 15 mins...they absolutely know exactly what they are doing and were super friendly and helpful with the questions i had. did i mention the free install!!!
I had an issue with a battery I purchased two months ago from the Bridgeport location. Tim the store manager here in Brookfield was excellent !! He determined it was a bad cell and replaced the battery and gave me a receipt. Great people!!
Great product at a good price and a friendly, helpful staff member who installed my new battery at no extra cost make this a business I'll be happy to visit again.
Do not go here. They installed battery without a tight connection and then blamed my starter. I had to contact a tow truck later to take vehicle for service and it was the battery connection. They do not perform work at an appropriate standard. Please save yourself the hassle and just go to Sears. I am always giving 100% positive reviews, but in this case I cannot pass up as I don't want other people wasting their money and time as I did in the same situation.
I was in there about 5 minutes. Checked my old battery (dead as I thought) and got a replacement. I've found that Interstate batteries hold up the best over time
Quick and easy. They offered several choices and installed it on the spot. My old battery was a three year old Interstate purchased by the previous owner, so I got the pro-rated value applied to the new battery - no receipt or anything required.
