I’m always happy to have y’all do my tires:) The shop is quick and clean. I like the vibe in the waiting area: old-school friendly, with a couple of big comfy chairs so I can do stuff. Almost a wee vacation. ?

Great service! I needed my brakes replaced and called them to set up an appointment. They were able to get me in and back on the road the same day. I was not a customer, but am now. They are an excellent, trusted service and I will be going back to them for all my repair and maintenance needs. Highly recommended.

Very Professional and fair approach to diagnosing/service costs for brake problems and completing the work in timely fashion.

Brought my old (2007) Silverado in for a checkup and sun roof problem. They did a super job and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. These folks were professional, friendly and I am going to be bringing a lot more work their way.

First time using Lang’s Auto - we are very pleased with the results and plan to make Lang’s our car service provider.

Not a trust worthy repair shop. I have used them in the past and they were good, but the last repair they did on my ford transit really left me in shock. I was charged for replacing rotors and pads on all 4 wheels, within a few months the vehicle stared sounding again. i brought the vehicle in for a oil change and a check on the rear brakes. They mentioned that all was good. I took the vehicle later to a different shop and they showed me that the rear rotors were never changed. Its very disappointing. I will never use them again.

They replaced my front brakes and all pads, routers and calipers. They did a great job and put my mind at ease. I will use them when I have car problems.

Cannot recommend Lang’s Auto enough! The owner, Moshe, always checks in with a text about when my car is almost ready for its next service. The front desk staff are friendly and professional, and my car is returned running better than ever each time. Great quality service all around (and that’s hard to come by these days)!!

My experiences at Lang's Auto have always been top notch. Fred, Moshe, and the rest of the team there do a fantastic job attending to my car's needs & making me feel comfortable knowing my vehicle is in great hands with the job being done correctly. Recently I needed roadside assistance minutes before Lang's Auto closed for the day. Moshe answered the call and kindly walked me through the after-hours drop-off procedure, which was a relief to know as I was stuck. I finally made it to Lang's Auto early that evening and was surprised to see that Moshe had stuck around past closing to park my car inside and have it looked at/repaired first thing in the morning. That's just one of the many reasons why I choose to go Lang's Auto. They are the best.

Throrough and quick to communicate the issues. Even recommended a way to save money with another mechanic for one car issue in particular. I would definitely return.

They may not be the least-expensive option but if you value not having to worry, they're the best option. They always do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it, and then it's just done and done correctly. No-brainer.

Great service, was able to accommodate a pre-purchase inspection for a used vehicle with very short notice. Very thorough with fair pricing.

I bought a set of new pirelli cinturato tires at Simple Tire and had the recommendation to have them installed at Lang's. I had a morning appointment and also bought my specialty oil required for maintenance and filter and was there bright and early at 7:00 to have the services done. I sat down in the most comfortable chair in the room and for the next 2 hours watched this organization perform like a fine-tuned Swiss watch. They got my car in, changed and balanced all four tires and also changed the oil for me. When I paid for the services I was excited to get out on the highway and see what these new tires would do and was not disappointed. It speeds above 90 mph The balancing was perfect. Great job to management and staff at this organization. I'll be coming back again for service.

July 2024 I drove over a nail somehow and had a flat tire. Thankfully the shop was conveniently on a main road and I did not have to go up and around to find somewhere safe to pull in. It was a little after 8am, there were other customers ahead of me, but they were able to see my car and plug it in within an hour of my arrival. I believe it was about $25 which I was more than happy to pay bc of the short wait time and convenience of waiting in the shop. (It’s been 3 months since and I have not had an issue with that rear tire.) October 2024 I had another leaking tire (a different tire) Fred put some air in my tire and scheduled me for one of the first appointments the next day. I was able to get there on time and waited while they plugged in my tire. I also made it to work by 8:40am. It was nice having somewhere convenient and comfortable to sit. Fingers crossed no more flat tires!

My experience with Langs Auto Body, located in Brookfield CT, was one of the most frustrating and dissatisfying experiences I have ever had in my life. I had gotten into an accident back in October 2023 and had to have my car fixed through the other party’s insurance therefore, I had no choice but to go with Langs. Beginning of January my car went in to get fixed and it took a couple weeks but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was there was overspray ALL over my car. A car that I paid for, a car that I STILL AM paying off. I brought the car back to the shop for Bobby to look at it, he claimed he was not sure what is was but they could take care of it on their behalf. I agreed to that and he and my father set up a day and they paid for a rental car for the day, which my father had to ask for. This past Wednesday I brought my car over to langs for the overspray to be removed and I wasn’t greeted with the friendliest welcome, and the owner had an attitude when it came to the enterprise employee asking for some sort of payment, that they agreed to because they took fault for the overspray but it still seemed inconvenient and annoying to them. If the job was done right the first time and my paint job/windows/wind visors/mirrors didn’t have overspray all over it, I wouldn’t have had to be such an “inconvenience” to them. I picked my car up Thursday (2/15/24) from Langs with my dad. The car looked good but upon further inspection there was still over spray around the edges of the windows, the plastics of the mirrors, window trim, and my wind visors. The owner Al said we could leave the car another day and I told him no, I didn’t want them touching it anymore especially after he tried assuring us that his guy took it in 2-3 times to make sure he got all the overspray. That must be a lie because the edges under the windows still had some overspray on them, as well as the plastics of the mirrors and the black window/door trim. I wouldn’t be so obsessive over my car if this shop took the right precautions from the beginning. Overall, it was a terrible and frustrating experience and they tried to rectify the issue but the lack of customer service skills and compassion is very evident in their work. I do not recommend Langs or their service.

We have been going to them for years to keep my Subaru cars on the road. I always feel respected as a customer and treated fairly. They are very honest when it comes to what the price and problem is with my car. They have also done body work in the past and I am happy with that aspect of their business as well.

We have had only the most positive experiences with Lang's and highly recommend them. We used them recently (sadly twice) after remembering the great body work they did on my mother's car about 10 years ago. Their customer care is as excellent as the work they have done on our car. Neil has been our contact and we have appreciated his careful and thorough explanations, guidance, fairness and reliability. Highly recommended outfit!
