I went to this location for emissions. I was greeted promptly, unlike other Emissions locations, and scheduled, in and out in 30 minutes with no hassle. Nice waiting area. Professionally handled. Only reason for 4 stars is this was an Emmisions test on a hybrid vehicle by the state? Why? State robbing tax payers again.

Had to come here for my CT Emissions. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I went Saturday and was out within 30 minutes. Check hours for emissions, shorter schedule on Saturday.

I went for a mandatory emissions test at Firestone in Brookfield, CT. The front desk staff was very personable and professional. Jessica got my test done in record time. I waited no more than 20 minutes. An excellent experience overall.

The technicians and other staff at the Firestone in Brookfield are always very kind and explain things very clearly. I love that they take photos of the things they are considered about, so I know exactly what they are talking about and can trust what they are telling me. I also love that they don't try to sell me services that aren't 100% necessary at that time. They are very honest, which I really appreciate. The car dealerships aren't usually that way. Thank you for all that you do!

I had an appointment for tire installation but when I got there, they had taken so many other people as walk-ins that my car was not ready for over two and a half hours. Not everyone has the option of dropping off the car and coming back to get it when it's done. If you have an appointment, there is some expectation that you're going to be in and out of there in an hour or so for tires, but it was over two and a half hours wait. The waiting room is horrible with a blasting TV and not enough chairs for all the people that were waiting. If you're going to have so many people waiting, you should have more chairs, maybe some coffee or water and turn off the volume on the TV so we don't have to listen to it. You could certainly just put on the closed captions most people were on their phones anyway and no one wants to listen to it for hours on end. I changed my mind about getting the lifetime alignment because I knew every time I would have come I would have to wait a very long time. Staff are all very nice people and they do a good job on the work but they need to get better organized and follow appointment schedule!

Prices were good! Employees strived to make sure I got the discounts they offer.

The Hyundai dealership said I needed rear brakes. I brought the car to Firestone. They inspected the brakes and said they look like new. I’ll be coming back to Firestone more often and Hyundai of Danbury will lose a family of previously loyal Hyundai owners. I won’t buy a car there or have another service there.

David and the rest of the team were awesome! They answered all of my questions and helped me find the tires that I needed at the best price. The team was very efficient too and I was able to have the work completed the same day. I will be referring my friends and family to this location. My experience was a 20/10!

I came in for emissions testing. Jess was my initial contact and she was friendly and professional. The entire process was very quick and I will be back for additional services in the future.

Brian was helping me out and I had amazing service he even found a coupon for me which got $20 off my total price, I came in for a window wiper replacement and it was very quick and the price was very good! I’m very happy and thank you again Brain for helping me!

Brian is amazing he made the whole process of desperately needing my brakes done a stemless process. Fair and honest. Would highly recommend !

Refused to work on my car because they couldn’t get the wheel off, Are you kidding me? Don’t go here if it’s not something simple, they cannot handle anything beyond a simple oil change. Staff is rude especially Brian and just assume you know everything about cars, Way overpriced, this was an awful experience of wasted time and no solution. Now you respond to my bad review and are asking me to e-mail you? ridiculous

Came in for an emissions test. They had my truck tested within 10 minutes after checking in. They are fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dave, the general manager, is exceptional - he answered all of my questions and was ultra professional. I was in and out for a full set of tires and alignment on my truck in a very short period of time. The store was particularly clean and the waiting area was nice. Highly recommend.

Possibly the best Firestone location I've ever been too. Wait times aren't that long and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I delt with Brian and he kept me informed of the process of getting my tires changed and had me out on the road in no time, especially with the snow storm we where about to receive the next day. Really glad I have a great set of tires to get me through another New England winter.

There were so many frustrating moments dealing with my car and not knowing what the problem was. I have been dealing with car issues for over a year with little understanding of said issues. Eventually the team were able to figure out the issue, and the manager Dave was such an amazing, patient, and understanding individual who provided me with information and reassurance. I dealt with so many individuals and everyone has been incredibly helpful. At this point if I call and say my car type and color they already know who it is, not sure if that's a good thing or not but I'm very grateful that the situation has been resolved. I wish I remembered everyone's name but there are at least 4 other individuals who were top notch in helping me as well. Very grateful to the staff for solving the mystery puzzle.

I really can’t remember the last time I’ve had a positive experience with a shop but I’m extremely pleased with the attitude, communication and workmanship these guys had. I had my 2011 Escalade in for some suspension repairs and they got it done extremely quick. I’d highly recommend

Incredibly friendly and dedicated customer service. When my car broke down over the weekend, even though the shop was packed and I was a walk-in, Nick and the gentleman at the front desk were very kind and friendly and got me in. I was far away from home, and it meant so much that they were so thoughtful and honest at a time when I needed it the most. Thank you to everyone at Firestone!

had some work done about 3 or 4 months ago and there was a little issue with the work. brought the car back they took care of the issue with no cost to me at this time, they are very professional at Firestone on Federal Road. I recommended this place to several people and big C at the front desk explains it all and helps the best he can which is very helpful. again Thanks to all at Firestone

I always go to this place because they charge about 20% more than some others but generally do great work and stand behind whatever they do. I'm not always sure how much the company pushes recommendations - probably sales' bread and butter - but one guy and a printout recommended a battery. The other guy at the counter reviewed my battery results when I asked about them, and everything was actually great. So, 6 stars for him, -1 for sales, 5 stars for Brookfield Firestone. I hope you promote your new guy at the counter, because he is the reason this review is good.

I’ve been going to this Firestone for nearly 20 years now, and though the managers and faces may have changed throughout the years (but shout-out to current service manager Nick, the best!), the service, assistance and integrity always remains. I always trust this crew to tell me all of the things and lay it out in a real-world approach, offering priorities and recommendations based on my budget at any time. And the free wi-fi and clean, quiet waiting room (with desks and outlets!) means I get a productive day of work in at the same time, too. Only recommendation would be to consider a bathroom renovation…. They’re a bit small and, um, rustic, so maybe combine them and make one nice one?! But most importantly, as long as these team members remain as friendly, thorough and considerate as they have been, I’ll be a customer for life. Thanks for keeping me truckin, Firestone!

Great Service rescued us right before they close on a Saturday. 3 other places couldnt fix a run flat. These guys said bring it right down we got this. We showed up, they ran it in, we spoke about bad luck with this car and they made us feel great. 1000% recommend.

Big Kay told me to stop by and give 5 stars! Easy assistance for tire help very customer service friendly. Did not feel pressured for additional service but they gave a diagnostic and identified some key services I needed key word need so I appreciate the team and how easy the transaction was.

Top of the line customer service. Friendly, service-minded. Excellent manner when taking a client’s phone call. The area manager made it a certainty that I would get my emissions test in on time.
