The staff here are absolute life savers!! We came in with our fingers crossed we might be able to get some advice about a malfunction in my girlfriend's car and the staff not only helped us figure out the cause, but let us borrow tools and walked us through fixing it! Cannot recommend this store highly enough!

Just got my battery replaced on my Wrangler; Nicolette and Adam provided amazing service despite the hectic holiday craziness! Super appreciative and would definitely recommend. I’m not too knowledgeable with cars but they made the process smooth and easy.
Our visit to this Autozone in Brookfield yesterday was an exceptional experience beyond our expectations! After years of spending way too much time and money at our dealer for car repairs we went to Autozone to replace a lightbulb when we were told to just stop by to make the purchase of the bulb and they will replace the bulb for us!!?? Sure enough, they did exactly that, very nice and competent staff, well stocked shelf, quick service!! wish we have gone there years ago but I guess better late than never?
I had a very unpleasant experience today at the AutoZone store in Brookfield, CT.
The employee named Mily (or Millie, not sure of the exact spelling) treated me disrespectfully when I tried to return a part. She examined it as if I had painted or used it, and questioned why my receipt was sent by e-mail — even though AutoZone itself offers that option at checkout.
I’ve always been a loyal customer and never had issues before, but this experience made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly judged. I hope management can train their staff to treat customers with more respect and professionalism.
Great store with very helpful people who are eager to help you with all your automotive part needs. Their prices are much better in comparison to Advanced Auto or O'Reillys. Best of all is their lifetime warranty on brake pads which they will replace by giving you another set of pads over and over costing you ZERO dollars for as long as you own your vehicle!! What a deal!! Anazing!! I highly recommend auto zone. 👍 You will not be disappointed!!🤣
I was literally just in AutoZone to buy windshield washer fluid and a funnel. I’m waiting to checkout and this guy comes in well after I did. I was actually waiting to pay. He Immediately starts talking to an employee about some issue with back windshield wiper. Employee goes to back and gets answers to the questions customer asked. The same guy got the stuff he needed and the employee proceeded to check him out all while I was still waiting; which was a good 10-15 minutes. I clearly wasn’t invisible. I was going to say something, but I put the stuff I needed down and walked out pissed. The employee literally took care of this customer and not even acknowledged that I had been waiting.
A+ service at this store. One of the workers named Daniel? is Very knowledgable and goes above and beyond. Hopefully the managers notice his hard work.
Drove 25 minutes to get two 2.5 inch muffler clamps and shelves were empty! Almost every slot on shelf was empty except for those few very odd sized clamps that no one uses. Went 30 minutes before closing and they could not wait to push me out the door as I was asking how they could not even stock a few simple muffler clamps. This is A want to be auto parts store with not even the most basic stocking of parts!

The best AutoZone EVER! I wanna give a shoutout to Danny, I just came in with my boyfriend to get brake pads and routers and we’ve been super nervous about doing the work ourselves, Danny was so helpful and was able to help us get everything we need. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I really appreciate the assistance they gave us, and the honesty too. They gave me advice on better options for my car, above and beyond their own products/services... You don't find that level of transparency and care everyday. These are my go to guys now!
The new store manager Will went above and beyond to help me on this rainy Sunday morning! His excellent care and customer service started when I called ahead regarding my tire pressure. Not only did he restore my tire pressure, he gave me some tips to address my issue and he helped get me and my family back on the road safely in a matter of minutes. I live hours away in another state but travel to the area about once a month. Will definitely be back if necessary for my auto needs!
I needed to find the correct Oil for my car but it needed an odd additive, not only did Vivixt T. help me find the correct product but he made sure I got the best price possible as they had a deal going at the time! Very helpful and knowledgeable, promote this man!!!!

I stopped in today to purchase new windshield wiper blades and headlight bulbs since one of mine was blown. Fauthan went way above and beyond. He discussed my options with me, showed me the prices for the options, and then installed my new wiper blades and light bulbs for me! My Nissan Juke fought him every step of the way, but he never lost his smile or professional composure as he wrestled with my headlamp assembly until he had successfully replaced the bulbs. It's rare to find such incredible customer service these days, but this was the real deal. Thanks so much for taking care of me and my stubborn car!
I had to exchange a battery that was on warranty. They were very helpful. The guy that did the return was nice. The guy that put the new battery in my car was very nice. I have used this auto zone in brookfield ct for years and highly recommend it!!
I came in the store with a few broken bulbs and not a clue. An employee by the name of Zach C spent a good chunk of time identifying the bulbs and finding me matching replacements. I tried to tip but he refused. Very good service here.
The crew at this store always goes out of their way to help me get the right part. It's refreshing to have someone come up to you and ask "Can I help you?" instead of having to hunt sales help down. If they don't have the part, they have always been able to get it in a short span of time. This store was well set up for social distancing, which was great to see. The Federal road store is my "go to" store - -great staff and service.
Fantastic service. Jeremy found the parts that I needed, replaced the front and rear bulbs and had me on my way in 15 minutes. Give that guy a raise, he's the best! Highly recommend.

Ended up here after my dealership quoted me too high for what I wanted to spend. Was greeted by Yareliz when I walked in the door and she attended to my every need. She even helped me install my part in my car. I can't thank her enough! Will definitely be returning!
I've always liked the help I get here. Even when noone knew or I needed to create something they helped me figure it out. If I didn't get there help id be without a car till I ordered the part. Prices are good and the parts that need to be ordered come quick.
Great store. I've been coming here for years and they are always friendly and willing to help. For instance they tested my car battery for free in the parking lot, then put the new one in for me while I watched.
