I wouldn’t even waste your time. This place looks like trash and is run by people who look the same way.
I walked in, not expecting much because it’s not my usual shop
And they basically told me they never given anybody more than $40 for a brand new only one month old designer backpack the tragic part is that I was looking around the shop and they didn’t have any handbags to sell at all. You would think that that would help them increase my offer right ??? nope. All I got were weird. Looks shitty attitudes and an even worse disposition to all the people who have said that this is a good shop where you wearing sunglasses ? have you had your eyes checked ? because these three were literally silently quitting and just there for the paycheck.
If I were the manager, I’d take rug to shelf pink slip to employee and start over …
I will never ever ever ever set foot in this shop ever again
Edit an update : sold both bags for over $100 each and got 20 bucks per card wallet and 10 on a Wallet that they said they couldn’t accept
And watched as a lady bought the backpack “that was not gonna sell very good” for that employee’s information
I’ve been in here a few times both to purchase and sell. I got my wedding rings here and I absolutely love them. Selling my old computer monitor was so easy too. These guys are always super sweet and respectful.
These people are total scammers, they lied about me missing a payment, didn’t give me a notice and took the item I had pawned then demanded I paid over 1,000 dollars to get it back despite me having the recipe proof of me making my payments
I walked in. Was greeted by employees. The business was clean and organized. I found what I was looking for. Reasonable price. The employee was very helpful. The business is in a good location.
Everyone needs improvement so I won't give a five star rating but these guys here are as awesome as it gets, helpful, knowledgeable so it works, attitude excellent customer service excellent. One of my favorite stores to shop.
EZ PAWN has helped me out numerous times.. Always greeted with friendly gestures by all personnel and never had to wait in line more than 2 minutes. Very knowledgeable and can answers all my questions, no matter what! I really appreciate their great customer service skills, every one of them. The employees go out of there way to not help the people who live in their community. You can no longer take 120$ of valuables and recieve a 20$ loan during the difficult times in life. The employees are trained to treat your valuables as if they were worthless pieces of garbage. This store does not acknowledge sold listings for items because they are trained to not place any value on certain forms of physical media.
Pulled up to this location 10 minutes before they closed when the employee seen us get out of the vehicle I witnessed him quickly lock the doors and turn off the lights.

While here in Denver on business trip, and always hunting for a great deal, and the American Indian Vangie is very knowledgeable and honest in jewelry. Having some diamonds and gold from New Yorks Diamond District she has a great eye for not only value, and quality working with jewelry. She knows old school cuts and high-end stones. Great deals here on .999 Silver Plates/Bars.

Pawn shop was really good with helping me out when I was in a tight spot financially and paid me a loan on my acoustic guitar. There was an error on the ticket which Zeke corrected and I was really happy with the customer service. Unfortunately when I got home I found damage to my guitar. My guitar was in a padded case from the manufacturer. I will be contacting in the am to resolve and update my experience.

I’ve been doing business at this location for awhile now and always have a great experience. The store manager Naomi is attentive and knowledgeable. T is always so friendly and helpful. They get me in and out pretty quick and are patient with me as I check out things. Definitely my go to pawn shop
Customer service is non-existent here. Waited in a line of 3 people for 32 min just to pay. Instead of spending all their money on corporate advertising pretending that is easy to purchase anything or pawn anything here, they should spend a few dollars on employees that can actually form a sentence to let you know it's going to be 30 min just to pay!
I had the best customer service experience from T the lead pawnshop. She has always shown me a friendly welcome. Every time I walked into the store. T has always made sure that her work ethic are their!!!

Alex was great in helping me today, I knew I was getting a great deal and I could tell he was more focused on making sure my customer experience was great rather than getting another sale. Highly recommend. If you go, Alex (I think the manager?) is the person to talk with! Definitely buying again! Love the stories we shared!
One of the best Pawn Shops in town. Janette and Alex really know the ins and outs of each product. I know we may be not agree on the final outcome, everything is done professionally which the utmost emphasis on doing all the can for their customers!
It would be great to see these two running their own shops one day!
After looking at 4 different pawn shops, I finally found the ring I wanted! Jeanette was courteous and took time out of her busy schedule to describe each ring I wanted to look at in full detail. When I decided, she gave a full description and even retested the diamonds and quality, it had to be sent to the jeweler and came back even more gorgeous. Jeanette was a big help, and honestly haven't seen that kind of customer service in a long time. Hats off to you Miss Jeanette.
Well I got a good deal on my Pawns they were courteous enough to look up my history and see that I had a long good standing history with them so they gave me a good deal but cashier Jackie was panicking because she was over due to be off of work and was careless with my items packaging and ripped the box in a couple of places. When I pointed it out to her she actually agitatedly argued with me that it doesn't matter. I said it's other people's belongings it does matter. My items were older/collectible and packaging is everything with collectibles so I don't recommend dealing with Jackie... at all!! Manager, get yourself a different employee. This is the EZPAWN next door to Dollar General.
