Autumn is absolutely amazing! She was super professional and kind and took extra time to look in the back for a PS5 for me for a trade as mine I had bought the day before didn't work. I really appreciate her help! Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you!
This review is in honor of Crystal and Autumn, who were beyond helpful! These ladies were more than just professional they were curious and friendly and made my business that day so easy going and pleasant. In the future I will go out of my way to return to this store specifically to do business. They helped me put a my computer on lay-away but also engaged with me about future business for the shop and upcoming jewelry sales to look out for. They also carried on conversation which has inspired me to apply for a job there! If more employees were this awesome going to the pawn shop would be something to look forward to more times than, not which was not my disposition before that day. Before that day my thoughts of having to go to the pawn shop were, in short, "I wish I didn't have to go to the pawn shop!" These two employees deserve recognition and commemoration for not just being good at their job but representing EZPawn excellently.

Had an emergency come up and was in need of a lot of money fast. Ended up coming here with Crystal who helped us. Was the longest transaction ever, but she sticked with us through the whole process. Never gave up on us even after her computer crashing out on her. All the employees super nice and made our long wait really comfortable and enjoyable. 100% recommended going here. You’ll get the best service and this is where you’ll get the most money for items as well. Crystal was the best! Along with the rest of the crew! So thankful for them ?

Had really great customer service! Was a little busy but they made it aware that they will get to me as soon as possible. They make their customers aware which is really great. I dealt with a woman name. Erica! She was really amazing. Helped me out a lot. She was moving back-and-forth from customers to customers still helping me out, but getting other customers out the door as well. I had no problem with that. Really great customer service she’s a really good hard worker definitely deserves a thumbs up.
Ercie helped me today and she has a great personality. She is really sweet and was making jokes the whole time. She cares about making sure she gives a good deal but still making sure the items will sell well.

I had been holding onto a watch I’ve had for years and never wear anymore. Crystal was a huge help and super friendly, just like the rest of the staff always has always been. I recently shopped at this location. Nick was helping me out and he was great! He was very sweet and friendly and overall super helpful. Any questions I had he answered clearly and had so much patience with me. I was looking at jewelry and he was very observant on what pieces I liked and suggested more of similar style. The store over all was in good condition and has a great selection of products.
This place always has the random things I'm looking for and the price is always right! In the last year I've purchased a couple space heaters, a wood chipper, a brand new vacuum, a Dewalt battery for my weed eater, and a floor jack all at half the price it would have cost buying them new at a big box store and everything still works perfectly! Ask for Shantell, she'll hook you up if you're nice to her!
