Great experience with Ty both on the phone when scheduling and in store. The definition of above and beyond in terms of service and advice. A selfless approach to service. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere besides Firestone after this.

Spoke to Chris. Very professional, polite and customer friendly. Really had a good service experience and left with my tire fixed.

Had a tire blowout and needed a new tire. Understanding I have AWD and thus had to replace all four tires, these guys at Westland bailed me out of a predicament by being able to get my car in on the same day and replacing all four tires. They indicated I'd have to leave it there all day but they still were able to even finish it by 3pm.

Chris and the amazing crew from Firestone is great! Anytime take my vehicle in for repair. They always take care of me and ensure my vehicle is safe to drive :)

Stopped by on my way home from work to see if they could change a headlight without an appointment. They had the part and were happy to fit me in. I was told about 45 minutes, but it only took 15 and I was back on the road. Big shout-out to the tech who got it done so fast. Everyone was super nice and the service was great! Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service from Ty, he was polite and professional. We had a small issue at first but he corrected it and got me back on the road with 4 new tires the same day. Take care of employees like Ty, he is what keeps big companies like Firestone running, GOD BLESS AMERICA

The team at Firestone was amazing! They squeezed me in for an alignment after an emergency axle replacement, even though it was close to closing time. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and they got it done super fast. Really appreciated their customer service and how they went above and beyond!

Ty and the team at this Firestone are super knowledgeable and cordial. They got me in and out in timely manner even though I came in last minute for a flat repair. The prices are fair and the courtesy inspection helps me a lot as a (mostly) home mechanic.

Went in with a flat tire after running something over. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Tire was patched quickly and back on the road in no time. Would and will go back again.

Adam was great. On a Sunday, tire going flat and I'm in a rush to get somewhere. , Adam got me in and out in 28 minutes, including correct star-pattern tightening and torquing of wheel studs. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

I came to this location today because I had a tire that was leaking, Ty help me with fixing the tire and also letting me know that I had a bubble in my front tire that needed to be replaced as soon as possible. He was very helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this location.

Van broke down in the mountains. We were coming from winsconsin and didnt know what to do. Honestly, at first me and my step dad thought they were super sketchy, and thought that we were going to get ripped off. But, they replaced it and gave us a discount because they new we were stressed out from the incident and stressed from the cost of replacement. After spending sometime there we got to know a couple of the guys, and turned out that they were some down to earth guys. They even moved us up the line so we wouldnt have to buy another night at the hotel. To keep it short. They gave us a discount, fixed our van as fast as they could, and were incredibly nice. 10/10 would go again.

UPDATE: After reaching out to the customer service email address, I was contacted and refunded for the alignment we purchased out of pocket. Due to this, I have increased my rating by two stars. BUYER BEWARE!!! After scheduling an 11 am appointment for an oil change, we dropped our vehicle off an hour in advance and were asked if we could leave it all day. By 6 pm, we hadn’t heard from the shop, so we called and were told they were just finishing-up. After paying for service and beginning to drive home, our vehicle began severely pulling to the right. We immediately returned to the shop and were told the alignment guy would not be in the shop for two business days. We hadn’t requested any alignment work on our vehicle and were perplexed why it had even been altered. Upon reviewing the shop paperwork, it was apparent a tech had messed with the alignment and had maxed out the tow angle. Since our vehicle was unsafe to drive, we called Firestone’s 1-800 number the following morning and requested the Area Manager call to arrange a repair at another shop. By the next day, we had not received a call back and called again. We were told the Area Manager had 48 hours to return our call. After waiting over two business days, we called again. It has been 11 days now, and we are still waiting for a call back from the Area Manager. In closing, we ended up taking our truck to a completely different business to fix Firestone’s error. We paid for this repair out of pocket and were told that not only was our vehicle unsafe to drive, but our tires would have been ruined within a matter of months. We have completely lost confidence in Firestone and will never take our vehicle back again. The lack of care clearly runs from technicians all the way through upper management. We would give zero stars if it was an option.

Mason was the lead tech on my 1990 Toyota 4Runner. I needed new tires, but it also failed the emissions test this morning. After their diagnosis they discovered that my fresh air intake hose and housing was completely damaged/destroyed. The manager Donnie spent all day calling suppliers for replacement parts. They went above and beyond to get my car back on the road and with my family's safety in mind. Richard, Michael, Jessie were all involved and critical to my needs. I have been to many Firestone facilities, and there is no doubt that this is the best team I've had work on any of my vehicles. Donnie runs a great team and I would work for him in any capacity. It was clear that he is a leader and not a boss. Firestone is lucky to have everyone here. This is such an easy 5 star review to write. I also had some new windshield wipers on my front seat, that they took the time to install. Way above anything expected.

We had an appointment, and they were clearly slammed. Andrew and his team got the car in later than expected however, I also left earlier than estimated. They are doing the best they can, and we have been going here for 2/3 years now. Thank you, Andrew!

My truck was having issues so I took it for them to repair. Everyone was very nice. We picked up the truck on a Wednesday. The next morning, while I was driving alone up I70, a “Check brake system” light came on which I had never seen before. I lost a day of work taking it back in. Turns out while replacing spark plugs the previous day, they “must have broken the brake sensor” The part didn’t come in until Mid-Day Friday so I lost a half day of work that day too. The Manager Ty said he would consider a credit or partial refund, but when we picked up the truck no one said a word. I lost 1.5 days of work and had to deal with the headache of taking my truck back in. It was horrifying to be on the highway going up the mountains and seeing a brake system light come on which is not safe to drive is what they told me. They didn’t apologize or try to make it right for wasting my time and putting my safety at risk.

I drove my truck from Florida to Colorado like this. Shame on the Firestone on Archer Rd in Gainesville. It took the Colfax store a little time but they cleaned up some work done by the Gainesville FL Firestone. The Gainesville store replaced ball joints and tie rods and didn't tighten the strut nuts on the top of the struts, both sides.

Picked up car after they did an all point check as to why power steering wasn’t working. They gave me a new battery and less than 2 hours later, same issue happened-power steering stopped working and my car died in an intersection where another driver hit me and totaled my car. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!
