I had an excellent experience working with Gideon in the service department. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Gideon took the time to clearly explain everything, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure all my questions were answered. His attention to detail and commitment to great customer service really stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer is taken care of. I truly appreciate his help and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again. Highly recommended!

Took my Indian motorcycle to get a big bore kit installed. After some back and forth about parts and g-force telling me I needed more/different parts, they finally got it all done but it ran horribly after I got it back. Took it back several times within the labor warranty window and they tried telling me my engine was running horribly because of poor tire pressure or having a bad tank of gas (I haven’t heard this since the ‘80s). I kept taking it back to them within the warranty window until they finally said they could give it a more thorough look but they had a several month wait and no guarantees they could honor the labor warranty after the window. So I took it to a diff Indian dealer who looked it over and discovered g-force had installed my cams wrong and didn’t even tighten down one of my spark plugs so I had considerable compression leak and could have done major damage. When I told g-force this they said wouldn’t honor the warranty because another indian dealer worked on the bike. After some serious haggling they agreed to only pay for half instead of honor the full warranty. They would not work with me or take care of the problem they created and kept giving me ‘go away’ reasons after they messed up my bike. Edit after dealers response: I sent you the repair order and invoice at that time showing what repairs were made and you made a good faith offer to cover some of the costs which I appreciated but It didn't even cover half the costs of the repairs. After considerable back and forth I was done. I shouldn't have to pull teeth to get a repair shop to fix the mistakes they made only to have them give me 'go away' responses and have them still not fix it.

The absolute go to place for all extreme motor sports! We stopped in hoping by chance they had a replacement rear brake return spring for a KTM 250 SX. We worked with Kasey in the parts department and he checked the computer (which showed none in stock) but he went into the back to just make sure and he found one! Kasey was incredible and he saved our trip to The Moto Academy camp. We walked through the store and the snowmobiles, dirt bike, 4-wheeler and the side by side selection was astounding. G-Force will be our home-base store for Colorado from here on out. Thank you Kasey!!

Worst customer service. Went in for a cir clip that was $7. Had called an hour before that, the guy on the phone even put me on hold and said he would go check for them, he came back said there was tons in stock. Decided to go in and was directed to the parts department, I was helped by an older guy with a grey beard eating good times(you know who you are). As soon as he started to help me I could tell he was either annoyed or bothered. He told me they didn’t have the cir clip in stock and I had asked him if he could go check because I was just on the phone earlier with one of them and was told it was in stock. After that he told me to wait, he went back to eating his good times and began helping another customer. I waited about 15 minutes until I decided to leave and take my business to Sun Enterprises where they have actual good customer service. Never coming here again and if you’re reading this please take your business to either Sun Enterprises or Vickery Motorsports. Also if you’re from G-Force don’t reply to this. Me and you both know Vickery and Sun are better than you guys ????????????????

Take your business elsewhere. Just beware that the service department will deny you service due to aftermarket parts being installed that have zero correlation with the part they are swapping out. They won't do a track swap on a "turbo sled." Waste of time and energy ordering parts speaking with them 2 x and driving hours to drop off. The manager of the service department has too much boring business they can deny performance related service. He said they have 200+ machines on the floor and candidly didnt give a hoot about it or apologetic. Find a shop that values your hard earned money. Bottom line - Find a shop that has confidence in their work to wrench on your sled. They will tell you to come in drop your snowmobile off and not ask you any questions about anything that would deny it service... " No appointment needed just drop it off once parts arrive " but do maybe plan to get turned around at the door. Loose operation, overpriced service department. In hindsight if they have a formal policy to not work on anything custom, it means they have had problems with quality of work and ability to evaluate / diagnose and spot other issues on turbo polaris and skidoo sleds before returning to customers. Red flag. Dodged a bullet. After this experience and a few calls to validate this experience with peers; the service dept 's has a reputation around town and its not great. This doesn't cost them any additional time ( lord knows they would or could charge you another hour or 2 at the 160 per hour labor rate if they had to pull an extra few springs...) lol or charge a higher premium hourly rate to work on performance machines... ? Parts guys are cool for the record. The only "part" of the experience that made it right in this case. ?

Love this shop! They have worked on my bike several times. This past time, something on my bike needed more attention when I got it back. Danny and Pete make it super easy and simple to get my bike back there and make the fix. Got it back today and I am very happy. Def my home shop and continue to work with them. Plus the two doggos there are always heartwarming too.

Would be one star but at the end of the day I have a sled and I'm happy about it. Definitely wont be back though. Was originally told one price on a sled it was close to closing time Saturday so I said I would be back Monday to place a deposit. Called Monday told them I was coming showed up and waited over an hour. When the paperwork finally came out the price was jacked up $500 from what I was told. When I asked I was told that was the price for another sled that we never even looked at. Should love walked out then but I was in a rush so I placed my deposit and left. Told them I would be back Friday to pick it up and was paying cash. Made and appointment Friday at noon showed up cash in hand and had to wait two hours while they tried to sell me parts, gear and finally what they said I was waiting for so long a warranty. Didn't want to buy I warranty finance guy told me I'm an idiot and he'll be there laughing when my sled breaks down. Handed him cash he counted it out and was to lazy to get my change so he said that will be my tip. After writing out what happened I really think I should leave a one star review but, at least the owner seemed like he wanted me to have a good experience his employees all just made me feel like I was a burden on there day and they didn't want to have to deal with me. Planned on buying a who new setup on gear and bags for my sled but I couldn't bring myself to give them any more money. If you do decide to buy here be prepared to spend a whole day waiting then be ridiculed for not buying everything in the store.

Need an oil filter and some oil for one of my bikes today. Didn’t have a lot of time and G force was the closest place. I have had horrible experiences here in the past but that was 5-6 years ago . Figure by now they must have fix things. I was wrong!! Wow this place is hands down the WORST powersports shop in Colorado. The customer service is atrocious. I walked in to the parts department and was ignored for about 10min as the staff were on their phones texting. Eventually I was helped by an employee who acted like I just kicked their puppy just asking for an oil filter. If you are reading this because you were like me and thought no way can this place still suck that bad. The answer is they are just as bad as ever. I would personally recommend staying as far as you can away from this place!

I purchased a new Tenere from G-Force and it was great experience overall. Our salesperson Damian was patient with giving me test rides and ended up getting me a great deal on the bike. Initially they did not have the color I wanted in stock but they were able to secure the bike I wanted really quickly. The rest of the folks I worked with throughout the purchasing process were great as well: Adrian from the parts department and Edmond from finance were super friendly and helpful. I definitely plan on coming back in the future for bikes and parts.

Negative. I bought a $150 battery but it won't start my bike. It's only 10 amps less than the minimum required for my bike. Battery is still good. Manager says it's out of warranty. What is the warranty for them selling me the wrong part. They said a mechanic owns a vmax and the battery works fine. It is so reassuring their mechanic is a liar as well.A battery rated 220cca can not give you 230cca. He must be the David Blane of the motorcycle mechanics world. My new battery works great. Never trust these people ! LoL, so the owner leaves me a message wanting me to contact GForce again. I did. Talked with Shane. He said he would call me back the same day or the next day. I guess it's been 4 days or so now. I told him I have completely blown off GForce. He won't call back. His word is less than nothing. May I suggest closing down your business and running for a top seat of the democratic party??? Just a thought. You guys will fit right in. Thank you for the opportunity to leave another bad review !!!!! If you spend a dollar at this place be prepared to be ripped off !! Can't wait to hear from you again !!

I purchased a KTM 890 from a non-KTM dealership back east and brought it to G-Force for a full inspection and the 3,000-mile service. Danny and the entire service team were exceptional- professional, transparent, and easy to work with. They even did the inspection at no charge since I was already having the service done. Great value and great service. I’ll be bringing my bike back here every time. Highly recommend G-Force.

I had a great experience at G Force recently. I had my 890 in for service and Danny the service writer was helpful, friendly and easy to work with. The few times I called they were quick to respond and answered all my questions. I'd also like to mention Josh in sales, great guy, no pressure, and I hope to be purchasing my next KTM from him soon. I come from a retail customer service background and these guys are head and shoulders above the other dealerships I've visited.

Super excited about my new machine Damien really helped me out. I was actually about to leave in frustration as no one asked if I needed help as I was walking out, when he approached me. He was very kind personable and informative changed my whole experience to a positive one as I was originally first disappointed as I have bought my three machines previous from them and I’ve never been ignored. I also have to give a shout out to Haley in the parts department, she is awesome. She went through all the different parts and hooked us up! i’d highly recommend these two if you’re going in. I also have to give a shout out to Gideon our mechanic we use there. He saw us out in the parking lot and came to say hi and reaffirmed that we were getting a good machine for where we live and where we ride ,after today G-Force still will remain my favorite go to place to buy.

I am a newer buyer to the snowmobile world to start and began my experience with Don. He is exceptionally knowledgable and very fun to talk to and made the process of choosing a sled much easier. For the sale, I dealt with Damien and he was nothing short of a great person to work with. He made the process as simple as possible and was overall just amazing to work with. I spent a lot of time in there deliberating and he was with me the whole time and even when I was home and had questions at later or early hours, he did not hesitate at all. I really felt treated well and if possible, would recommend working with these two if you are able. Not to say others won't be but I can say these two are awesome to work with!

I worked with Nick and Edmund. No pressure, gave me a good price, I got the vehicle I can tow behind my camper van. Nick was more than patient with me quoting different options for my Slingshot, been driving it for two days, absolutely thrilled. If you study reviews like I do, you will find it rare for a dealer to have this many five star reviews. There is a reason.

Donny and the G-Force family have customer service down to a science! From the initial phone call to helping load the bike in the truck, they went above and beyond to help me. I was very impressed with how they walked me through the entire process, took the time to explain every detail in an easily understood manner and just provided a comfortable experience. The selection of vehicles, parts and accessories was impressive as well. I was introduced to several of the staff in key areas like their stellar service department, well stocked parts counter and expert management team which truly made me feel like I had just met some life long friends. It's a shame I can only give 5 stars on this review. If you find yourself in the market, call the G-Force family first!

I will absolutely never shop here again. Classic used car salesman vibes. The bike I bought is in good shape and was reasonably priced but when we sat down to do the paperwork they just kept adding fee after fee. (*After* I’d already signed the title of my old bike over to them!) They’d rather make a couple extra bucks than generate customer loyalty. (Damian, the salesman, was cool but 100% not worth getting gouged for.)

As someone from out of town, way out of town and not knowing the reputation of the local dealers I took a gamble on having G- Force service my Husqvarna’s fuel injection issues. I was very happy with the quality of the work, the communication and the price. I recommend them and will happily use G-Force again and again.

I was reffered to this wonderful group of folks by a local cycle gear when I needed assistance replacing my rear tire on a trip. Hailey helped me put aside a tire that fit, Gideon Danny and Brock dismounted my spent rear tire and mounted and balanced my new rear tire for a fair price of 78 dollars. The tire was a bit more expensive but it is brand I trust though it can run a little rich. Michelen road 6. Every one was exceptionally accomodating and polite. If my travels bring me to Denver again i will certainly return.

I already knew what bike I wanted and Damien was there to help me out. He made every part of the process smooth and relaxing. He was open to hearing me out and making sure I felt like I got a good deal. Tend to stressed when haggling but he was very upfront about making sure I spoke up and told him what I wanted. I was very happy with the price. Everyone I met along the way were friendly and helpful. Was awesome to stop at the parts place and get some stuff ordered for a discount and ended up being cheaper compared to the things I found online. Would definitely recommend going here to get a bike! Was able to check out the bike a few weeks before and I appreciated no one really stood over me to try and make a deal that day. I asked about sitting on bikes and they encouraged me to do so and left me alone. Couple people stopped in to check in and answered all questions. Just really appreciated not being hounded to buy until I was ready. The day I came in someone came up to me and once I said I was here to buy, the process was smooth and quick. Definitely enjoyed the process and appreciated all the staff!

Sales — Damien I first met Damien in mid-2024, when he showed me the lineup of Indian Motorcycles. I wasn’t in a position to buy back then, but he was open, kind, and patient, leaving an impression that stayed with me. Fast-forward to 2025: when I came back to G-Force to trade in my 2024 KTM RC 390 for a 2025 KTM 390 Adventure X, I wanted Damien to be the one I worked with. But when I called and texted him to let him know I would prefer to do business with him, he refused—because I had already begun the process with his coworker Alex. Damien told me he would not step on a colleague’s toes like that. That act of integrity spoke louder than any deal he could have made. Later, when I finally did begin a deal with Damien, the number one thing I asked of him was simple: give me a total price with taxes included. Unlike other dealerships, he didn’t stall or redirect. He gave me a straight answer and built from there. When I told him I had another offer and could even sell my bike online for more, he didn’t pressure me—he simply said: “Whatever anyone else offers you, I’ll attempt to match or beat it. Sales — Alex Alex sold me my first KTM RC 390 in May 2025. He was clear, knowledgeable, and made the purchase easy. When I came back for the 390 Adventure X, I found out Alex has owned and upgraded KTMs for years. That passion showed—he isn’t just a salesman, he’s a rider who loves the brand. Finance — Mike The first time I met Mike, it felt like meeting a friend at a baseball game. We talked about life, society, and my own journey before we ever touched paperwork. He explained warranty options without pressure, and when I returned for my second bike, he remembered me immediately. We picked up right where we left off, with ease and trust. Parts — Haley Haley has helped me multiple times, starting with gear on the day I bought my RC 390. She knows her craft—sizing helmets at a glance, explaining fit differences, and breaking down options for goggles and safety gear. Every time I see her, she greets me warmly. Professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to deal with. Service — Danny & Gideon Danny was the first person I met at the service desk, and we hit it off laughing about my bike’s loose solenoid wire shutting off in traffic. That humor paired with his knowledge made service easy to trust. Gideon carries the presence of a warrior but the calm of a gentleman. When he tells me what’s happening with my bike, I believe him without hesitation—his years of experience and professionalism are obvious. Closing Every interaction I’ve had at G-Force has left me feeling respected, informed, and valued. Whether it was Sean’s leadership, Donny’s patience, Damien’s honesty, Alex’s passion, Mike’s friendship, Haley’s expertise, or the humor and strength of Danny and Gideon—I have never once felt like just another sale.

I walked into G-force randomly when I was shopping around for 2 Tenere 700’s. I went to multiple dealers before visiting G-force and they were not as upfront about the pricing and unwilling to work with me on pricing. But that changed when I met Rhys Price at G-force. He was very knowledgeable and told me all the fees and gave me a great out the door price. Even more so Rhys spoke to the financing department on my behalf to get my interest rate reduced by over 7%. We ended up buying two motorcycles from, one we bought outright and financed the other one. Rhys went above and beyond to also make sure the bikes were detailed when we came to pick them up. I would definitely recommend G-Force and Rhys to anyone who is looking for a motorcycle dealer that has a fair and transparent buying process.

Exceptional customer service and support at G-Force Powersports. I reached out through the Indian dealer locator and was instantly contacted by a sales professional named Buddy. Buddy stated by listening to what I was looking for and responded with clear and concise information about options and how best to proceed. I live outside of Colorado and he assured me we could handle everything except the actual signing of documents over the phone. After just a few calls and me completely changing the bike I wanted to purchase, the process was painless. When I arrived, Buddy greeted me at the door and had my bike ready to go. After getting through finance, Buddy introduced me to the Parts and Service department and I was on my way with my new Indian Scout 101 !!! After the sale I get a thank you package in the mail from Buddy, wow, what a great finishing touch of class. And to top it off he included a gift for my brother who was with me during the purchase and also owns an Indian. Top notch folks there at G-Force Powersports, especially Buddy in the sales department. In addition, Mike in finance was easy to deal with and explained all options and features of the warranty program. As well as Hailey in parts was amazing!! She not only helped me with some great products she also took care of my brother, just the same. If you are considering buying from G-Force Powersports, rest assured they have the professional staff that will provide everything you need. For the best experience, make sure you ask for Buddy!!

I had a great experience with Buddy. He was helpful, listened very well and made sure I got home safely after leaving the dealership (new rider). He also made sure I knew all about my new bike and felt comfortable before leaving. I really enjoyed working with him and the fact that I can still ask questions and text him without being made to feel like I'm bothering him. I would send anyone wanting a new toy his way.

I waited to write this review after buying a boat from Don and the team at G Force to see if I had any issues that didn’t get resolved. From the very first phone call when I spoke to Don after seeing the boat on Boat Trader to our last conversation a few months after purchasing the boat, Don was super helpful. I live in CA and drove out to Lakewood to pull the boat back. Everything was taken care of by Don and the team at G Force. All the paperwork, detailing of the boat, and everything and anything you could think of was handled. Don was exceptional. I don’t think I can ever recall purchasing any type of vehicle or toy with the type of service we got from Don. I want to thank you guys for being awesome and I’m really glad that I gave my business to good people!

My wife and I had an excellent experience at G-Force Powersports. The staff there are truly exceptional. As soon as we walked in, Cole greeted us and asked if we needed any assistance. We requested to speak with a salesperson about getting some numbers on the 2025 Sport Scout, and that's when Cole introduced us to Damien. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We sat down with Damien to discuss the bike's purchase and also had the chance to speak with Buddy, the manager. Shortly after, we were finalizing the purchase. G-Force is an amazing place, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all their products they sell. This was one of the best experiences buying anything I have ever had. Let’s start at the beginning. I was in the market for a new motorcycle and received a quote from a different dealer closer to me, The bike was a blue 2024 Yamaha TENERE 700, It was beautiful but I really wanted Grey. After calling many other dealers I called G-Force even though they are over two hours away and to my surprise they did have one grey bike left, but would they give me a fair price for my trade? After speaking with the manager, he put me in touch with Damien (Sales Person) to work through all the details of my purchase including the sale of my old bike. Damien was great, he worked to get me a fair trade value for my 2020 Honda 250L and a competitive price on my new Yamaha T7. He organized the installation of the many aftermarket parts I added to the bike and supervised the process to insure everything would be done and installed on or before our agreed date and time. The second I walked in the door Damien greeted me and then took me around to introduced me to each person that was involved with my purchase and sell of my bike. We quickly reviewed the numbers, they were exactly as we agreed, I paid them and out the door I went, it was just that easy. Many thanks to Damien and his team for creating such an awesome experience, I highly recommend G-Force for all your Powersports needs. Ask for Damien, he will take good care of you! Shawn

I couldn’t have had a better experience thanks to Brock. I was looking everywhere for a white 2023 Yamaha r7, and seemingly at the time, they were next to impossible to find. The closest one to my house was more than 75 miles away, which for a car wouldn’t typically be an issue, but this was my first bike and I wanted a shorter first ride ever on my new bike home. Low and behold, I found a posting from G-Force Powersports that said they had one in stock. I put in an inquiry online at around midnight, and I had an email, call and text from Brock the very next morning by 9:30 am. I called back, and he said the bike is still in the crate, but they could build it for me, and if I wanted to, I could put a deposit down on it to hold it for me. I decided to go down that day, and I ended up purchasing the bike sight unseen that day thanks to the confidence Brock inspired in me. It was built and ready for pickup within just a couple days (perfect timining actually, those two days were my MSF course) and he kept me updated through the whole process, as well as sent a photo of the bike upon build completion. Upon pickup, he had it ready to go, waiting for me. Every single person I had contact with here went out of their way to be kind, professional and as helpful as possible, and I would definitely recommend coming here for a purchase. I know I’ll be back for sure once I outgrow this one. Also, I just passed my 600 mile break in period with my bike. So far, it’s running beautifully and I’m taking it in for its first service later today. I will update later as to how the service department goes, but I have no doubt that I’ll be as impressed today as I was a month and a half ago.
