Alfred was fantastic. Dropped my car off on a Saturday morning. My tires weren’t in stock and was prepared to wait until Monday to get my car. However, Alfred was able to get my tires in same day and I was able to get my car Saturday evening. Would 100% return and recommend to anyone needing their car serviced in the Lakewood area.

I found the exact tires that I wanted on their website, made the appointment I wanted for the next morning and when I got there they had the tires waiting to be installed! So easy! They did a great job for my son as well. I believe it was Jessie at the counter that helped me with everything. He was very nice and knowledgeable. They also noticed the alignment was out and gave me the option to get that done at the same time. After all said and done the manager, Alfred came out to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would definitely recommend them for tires and quick and quality service!

Best experience with a Auto Shop I've had in years! They are understanding and willing to check a little longer to make sure everything is done right. Will come back for any service needed.

SUCH helpful staff! Our tire popped and our spare had a whole in it. Many different shops weren’t available and we finally stumbled upon this shop. Originally we were told that we wouldn’t be able to get in the day we called due to not having the right tires, but then Jesse called back and let us know they have an option available and we could be back on the road within 3 hours. The staff were so friendly and helpful the entire process and I highly recommend this shop for any roadside emergencies. The staff even complimented our South Park and band merchandise and offered road advice for further traveling. Such kind people. Incredibly grateful for Jesse and the staff.

Made an appointment here for 12pm. When I arrived to check my car in, I was told to drop it off as it will only be ready by 4pm. I was going back and forth with the guy trying to understand whats the point of making an appointment when its literally going to take all day and all I needed was to change the tires I had on, to winter tires. I called around and found a place that did it in 40 mins.

We put off getting new tires longer than was wise, and then Colorado threw us a surprise storm and we got stuck. Jesse was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and made sure we got new tires that day, even after the ones we ordered from the website didn't arrive on time. Would absolutely trust him with our tires again, hopefully before it's urgent next time!

*UPDATE TO THIS POST AT BOTTOM* I went in to get my water pump changed. I got a call recommending I change the thermostat as well. I said, “No, the one in there is barely a month old, I just had it changed.” They did the install like I asked. Then I came back to get my heatercore changed. They said if I can get it in early that would be better. I dropped it off 1/2 day early to give them time to take the dash out. I showed up to hear that they didn’t change my heatercore because the test said the heatercore was fine. Instead they changed the thermostat against my instruction. I never received a call to confirm, they just did it. Charged me fully too. They robbed me. When I asked them why they changed it without telling me, they shrugged me off with a bs excuse. The mechanical said at one point, “If we were changing the heatercore we would’ve needed the cab completely cleared out” …Okay so why didn’t you call me after I dropped it off? You were looking in the truck before I left the parking lot. I would’ve come back and cleared it out so you could DO THE JOB I HIRED YOU TO DO. I’ve lost 20° temp in my vents since they worked on it. They charged me $800+ and MY PROBLEM ISN’T FIXED ——————————————————————————It’s so easy in this world to become inpatient for solutions, especially when concerning perceived wrongs; to act or speak too soon. Well, I fear I’ve done just that… I called back to the shop a few days later to express my perspective on the service provided me. It was an early morning call so I had to leave a voicemail. I received a call back within a two hour period. “Good morning Jacob. I’m calling you back in response to the message you left this morning. Tell me what’s going on.” The man listened patiently, then kindly and politely laid out a path to reconciliation. No ducking and dodging. No making excuses. Just “Let’s fix that.” I spoke too soon. This 1 star will be changing to 5 stars immediately. I’m very happy to feel heard and valued as a customer.

What a great experience. Alf and his team really did a great job. Service was quick and thorough and the shop was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and will be back for sure.

This is a awesome place to get your repairs done. Being a woman I always get taken advantage of. They not only gave me a good price, they fixed my Jeep . My Jeep is finally fixed right.

Went in one time and the customer service and speed of service let me know I won’t need to find any other shop as along as I’m in Colorado. Thank you all for your help and I hope the people debating on where to bring their car see this review and know this is the spot to go for efficient and affordable repair/replacement/etc.

Having to get new tires is never fun, but the staff at the Lakewood Big Brand Tires were phenomenal. Incredibly friendly and dedicated staff. I had ordered the wrong tires (not realizing my used car had an aftermarket mod) and they were helpful picking out a new pair and getting it to the shop. The staff was able to help me out the next day and they went out of their way to ensure everything was done the same night so I could take my car home. Prices were incredibly fair and felt welcome in the space. Will definitely consider them again next time I need work done.

Very friendly and helpful! I popped a tire 10 miles up Washington Gulch in a bad situation. I was able to get back towards town. They drove an hour to meet me and had my tire fixed up and ready to drive back to Denver within an hour. Highly recommend!

Staff was fantastic! There was a small glitch in ordering my tires, but they worked so very hard to figure out a solution within my price range, and even managed to make it a little cheaper than the quote I approved! Oh my gosh such a great experience! It couldn’t have went smoother. Ron was so helpful finding me the exact tire that I needed in my price range and never lost patience with my 100 questions. He kept in touch with me updating me on arrival times for the tires to come in. I just can’t say enough about Ron. He’s the best.

Fabulous service. They fixed low tires for me free of charge three times, so when I needed new ones I went here. Excellent same day service for tires, alignment and oil change. They even picked me up and dropped me off at home! Professional, funny, and efficient.

Got a set of new tires, oil change and inspection. Alfred and Ron had great customer service. Alfred went over some estimates on my sheet based on wear and tear on my breaks and some other things which I really appreciated. I did overnight drop off last night and my truck was ready mid afternoon. I will definitely be going back. The tires I picked look great too.

Deceptive practices… I went in on a Sunday for a flat tire repair since my normal tire shop is closed on Sundays. I Was fully expecting to have to pay for the service since I did not buy my tires here. I was pleasantly surprised that they offer free flat repairs. I dropped my car off and headed home. Got a call about 45 minutes later. They said they are not able to repair the tire since the screw was too close to another patch, but they could definitely help me with the purchase of a new set of tires. Granted the current set only has about 10K miles on them… I told them to just put on the spare and I would have to think about it. Took the car to my normal place on Monday morning and told them what happened. The manager of that store came in and told me that the new screw was over 3 inches away from the previous patch and there was no reason they shouldn’t have been able to patch up that hole. They had an opportunity to gain a new customer since this shop is much closer to my house than my current shop, but instead they earned this review and a promise that I will never visit their shop for any services

I highly recommend this company and location specifically. They were the only shop I found able to work on my 37 tires. My truck was towed to their shop late one evening and they were able to get four brand new tires installed by 1:30 the next day. The entire staff was extremely kind and personable, with quick communication and even better service. I will be heading back to Big Brand for any tire needs I have. It's hard to come by an auto shop that makes frustrating situations better. Thank you guys!!

Would not recommend at all. Made apt. for 1:15pm to have screw removed and put I will wait. Said show up 15 min. early so I did. Now they told me it will be hours to wait or come back in morning. I said no, I have apt. he said oh well. That is not good service at all. Would not trust them ever again. I would give them a 0 star if they would let me, especially waiting my time and gas money. Please people read all the reviews, not just here but on Yelp and all search engines. They mask the real reviews with fake ones. But if you read majority of all reviews, you will see the pattern and what they do. Which is exactly what they did to me. Don't be their victim. Choose a different company. I am spreading this far and wide. Next stop BBB. Oh WOW - 1.1 out of 5 stars on BBB. People please read b4 choosing this company. You can thank me later..
