I had a dead battery that was bought from O'Reilly, took it in and they quickly got it 9n a charger. They called me back about a hour later, battery was good, now fully charged. Quick response

Great experience! Were able to get me in same day, the specific battery i requested was not available or carried at numerous shops i previously called for service. Amber got my battery delivered to the store within a few hours of my call and it was replaced quickly! Really great service, Amber was awesome to work with. Highly recommend for servicing.

Austin helped me figure out a major taillight issue I was having with my civic. Took the time to check all the bulbs and help me find the correct replacements. Then when I was still having an issue he suggested it may be a fuse problem and told me where to find the info I needed. Found a blown fuse in the circuit and was able to swap it out in the parking lot. Problem solved!! I appreciate you Austin! ?
They helped me fix the tail light on my 2005 trailblazer and allowed me to strip some old stuff they ha. Ruler is a great guy and Daven i believe helped me even more.
Amber (employee) was so sweet and helpful. She helped me choose the right wiper blade for my car, she even came outside to work her magic and put a new one on for me. Apparently, they are a little tricky for my type of vehicle! Thank you Amber!!
I always get great service from friendly personnel at my neighborhood Lakewood O'Reilly Auto Parts (#2909 at 11101 W. Colfax). Most recently a quick check and fill-up on my low tires by Austin. I have been happy with all the products I have purchased over the years, and will continue going back, and recommending this location to others.
Austin was such a great help tonight. It was cold and dark outside and he came out to help me put a headlight in. The light was stuck and he stayed until we were able to get it in. Great customer service
The assistant manager, Bradley, was really helpful in trying to find the cause of a brake light issue on my Kia. He checked the fuses and the bulbs but was unable to find the problem. He was telling me about a mechanic friend of his when the guy happened to pull up. He found and fixed the issue in a few minutes (loose ground wire) and I was on my way. Talk about synchronicity! Great guys. Give 'em a try.
Brad went WAY out of his way to help me and was such an absolute kind professional. Customer service like his is extremely rare now days and very loyal to companies that keep such great staff. The other gentleman working tonight was also very helpful but I didn't get his name.
Brad not only took the time to problem solve with me, he came out to my vehicle, showed me where to find the issue, then helped with a quick fix. This is why I keep coming back to this location and send all my friends and family here as well. I cannot say enough good things for this top of the line customer service, experience, and just being a kind person.

I had a battery die on me. Amber and team were very kind and professional in showing me all the options available. Even did some more tests to be certain that was the issue. A great representation of knowledge and customer service at a store.
Oh, besides the fact that it took a while for them to really acknowledge that I was in the store when there’s really nobody else in there they were kind of rude at the at the register, but other than that they did end up recommending a good product that ultimately ended up fixing my car and saved me a lot of money so ultimately ended up being happy with my experience.
Amber has great customer service, knowledge and a smile on her face. Thank you Amber for making my shopping experience quick, easy and throwing in a smile. You don't get that often this day in age. I will definitely be back to your store to buy more parts.

Carson and Vibun are great guys. I showed up st 8:59, one minute before close, and they took care of me. We've all been there...desperate to get our cars fixed. And if it wasn't for these great two dudes customer service, I would've been SOL
I have never been treated more poorly than I was treated by their employee Matthew. I walked in to the store 5 minutes before they closed with enough time to make a simple return. He made a mistake on the return and didn't refund me for a $40 item. When asked about it he said everything was correct. At this point I should have been out of the door BEFORE the store closed but he made a mistake. He had lined everything out on the counter to scan and obviously missed this item because I came in too close to closing time. He kept in insisting that the return was correct until I pointed out the item that was not refunded. He (and other coworker in store) both snarkily responded "WE'RE CLOSED!" Yes you are closed now, and I would have been out of the door had you not tried to screw me out of an item on my return. There are tons of O'Reilly's in the area, don't shop at this one if you want any resemblance of customer service!
I am scared to even give 1 star. Been there before never had problems until today.
Went in this morning and asked for a radiator cap. sure , $29.00 later ...we can have it here around 3:30 today. Went Back @ 4pm . oops it won't be here until tomorrow that's the only one in Colorado. Psh unreal. REFUND complete.
Go to other Auto parts and buy the same one for only $5.99 in stock.
Need to train your employees better
Customer service is great! Every time I walk in I'm greeted and asked if there's anything I can get helped finding. They also will help you figure out what's wrong with your vehicle. I have been in there before when they had a lot of customers and there was a guy who got angry at the staff and ran out. The staff can't help more than 1 person at a time, when there are only 2-3 staff members there and 10 customers, there's only so much than they can do. The staff handled this well and did not escalate the situation as I have seen in other automotive places.
