Cidney, the store manager is so nice and gave us the best deals! Can’t guarantee you’ll always get one, but if you do, she’ll put you on one of the good ones. Cute puppy too
Called ahead for a product i seen online no one answered. I came to the store employee had long hair and beard looked at me like I was a bother. Asked to see product was not as described online I said oh no thank you and he didn't say anything i felt like it was an inconvenience. Store looked messy. Won't be back.
Cidney and Derek are some of the most welcoming pawn brokers I have ever met. They don’t make you feel as if your business is unwanted’ and they treat you with a very high caliber of respect! I would recommend anyone to the easy Bond in Lakewood off of West Alameda, Colorado. The staff in the store are very tentative welcoming down to earth people and they help you at a moments notice even when the store is packed, they continue to greet customers and acknowledge everyone in the establishment I would like to thank Derek and cidney further over achieving attitudes and serving customers
Terrible service. Employees act like they’re too busy to help you. They move with no sense of urgency. You would be better off going to another pawn shop. This store sucks. Ps they only offered me $18 for a brand new PS5

Horrible experience with this pawn shop, I have been paying $40 a month trying to get my stuff out thinking I was putting down payments towards it when really I was just buying extension after extension without ever getting rid of the balance itself. No one explained this to me and the district manager(Latino guy with glasses) was incredibly unhelpful and rude about the entire thing. Told me it’s on the contract I signed but that’s obviously fine print that should ALWAYS be explained to individuals thoroughly. Store manager seemed nice, she defaulted to him but ultimately was incredibly unhelpful and passive about the entire thing as well. Really upset with these people and will not be coming back here for any reason other than to get my property out. DO NOT COME HERE
They close early now but don’t inform anyone and laugh at you instead. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional person. The younger one should be taught to be respectful and more professional at work.
Everybody has excellent customer service. The manager was very helpful and polite and very patient. I’ll be doing business here in the future. A lot more now.
