Came to change the tire was not well trained how to change a tire. And also he admitted he has damaged other people's vehicles which I was not really surprised. He got the energy but not the knowledge what he was doing. First, He lifted the truck before even he loosen the lugs, the second he used a bigger socket wrench than the lugs size which made my lugs round. Then he asked me to get in to my truck which was on the air to hit the breaks to avoid spinning the wheel. And then he said he can't get one lug off coz it's spinning on him. While I was on the truck he retracted the jack and said move the truck coz he has no enough space. I felt like I fell from the sky. He got up in my truck to hit breaks and I tried last one coz I had no other choices. I had to tap my own wheel wrench in coz the lug shape wasn't there no more. But I took the lug out. I had to unload my back seat to get in to the tools which is something you guys should have and carry with. My wheels are scratched. Not really happy. AAA needs to pick their contractors wisely as well. 1/10
Eddie’s took special care of my 54 Chevy truck. The tow truck operator was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Communication with dispatch was great and all in all, it was a fantastic experience considering my truck broke down.
Eddies staff is always very friendly and helpful. These folks are always showing up ready to help with a smile. I have been very satisfied with their services.
I was told the technician would be 40 minutes away after an hour. I was told the technician 15 minutes away after 30 minutes. I was told the technician would be two hours away. Still waiting on service. I don't understand the tracking process if they have no intention of coming after phoning I was told my service was not a priority. I would not recommend this towing company.
Francisco was an angel. He was so calm and kind, quick tow, experienced and professional. He made the entire process smooth and stress free. I couldn’t have asked for better service!
I just want to say that petey at eddies towing was amazing today. We had to have my nieces car towed and not only did he go above and beyond to get us fast and friendly service, he also recommended some really awesome places in the area to get work done and tires. He restored my faith in humanity today it’s nice to know there are still good people in this world.
I had a flat tire and Eddie's Towing was contacted through my AAA Roadside Service. They were here to have my car towed to the location to change the tire within 30 minutes and the driver who came, Juan Pablo, was so nice and polite and did the job very quickly and thoroughly. All in all, the experience was the best it could have been.

Horrible experience with this company. I would never use them again. My co-workers will also not be using this company. I do not think they know what empathy, compassion, or understanding looks like. They just know how to be condescending and rude. Why do I feel this way? My tire blew out on the freeway, a nice county tow truck pulled up behind me, but was unable to assist me because my car does not have a spare. (no ones fault). He stayed and waited behind me until I received help. AAA dispatched Eddie's towing. They let me know that they were going to have me go to a location that was 1 mile under my free tow limit. Lucky. There were other tire places closer, but choose this location because it was under the milage limit and there was an affiliation. Great. I did not know my exact location, so the representative had me look up my coordinates on google, so it would be more precise. I then get a call from Eddie's towing they let me know they were the ones dispatched, meaning to me that they accepted the terms agreed upon between myself and AAA (wrong). Eddie's towing let me know that someone would be at my location in under 30 minutes. Great, because I am on the side of the freeway and it is not a safe location. I am waiting for the truck, 25 minutes pass and I get another call from the tow truck. Again, I let them know my location, and they let me know they will be there in 25 minutes. This makes me pause and inform the driver that I was informed someone would be at the location in under 30 minutes (spoken to me by the towing company). I have no control, I have to wait. The guy gets there. No sorry this happened to you that really sucks, pretty much silence. Fine. As I am pulling up to the agreed upon tire store the drive informs me that the drive was 1 mile over and there would be a charge. I said, no AAA said that it was 1 mile under and there would be no charge. This was the agreed on terms. I said can you send me a bill, so I can take this up with AAA. They said no, I had to pay it. I am annoyed and frustrated, because not only did they take longer than they said, now they are wanting to charge me for a service I was already explained would be covered. I call the office, because I am frustrated/annoyed all the feelings. Things I heard over the phone, it is not our fault AAA told you that. Well, it is not my fault either... You should have a better membership so you can have more miles covered (rude)..... You are mad about 12 dollars. Incorrect, I am upset because I was told two things that were not fulfilled. I am upset because you are rude. I am upset because you could not say a proper apology. If I was dealing with insurance and needed to handle an issue with a bill, I would have the bill sent to me and contact my insurance. Which I explained to them, I was told that is a billion dollar industry. A business is a business, no? I asked for the same decency to send me a bill, so I could handle it with AAA, but was not given the decency of that. Be better, Be Nicer. You made fun of the fact that AAA got my coordinates. You made fun of AAA because they work from home and you are in the field (really does not matter). Work on how you talk to people. Say, I see that AAA said this was going to be free, but our mileage is showing the trip is actually more, unfortunately I need you to pay that, but we are going to send you an itemized receipt, send it to them. Hopefully they can send you a refund. See how that is a lot nicer than Not Our Problem AAA told you that. Actually yes, because you accepted a contract with agreed upon terms. Choose kindness and empathy, because my co-worker overheard the things that the person in the office was saying to me and they are upset at the rudeness.
Petey is a real honest and kind person. He went above and beyond not only with the tow but taking the time to share his knowledge of different cars and recommendations for the proper upkeep of them. My 2016 kia optima’s engine randomly took a dive on me and considering the frustrating circumstances, Petey did everything he could to share contacts with me for local dealers and recommended places to look to get me in a new, reliable car. Eddie’s towing is lucky to have a stand up guy like Petey!

Beyond top-tier service! My starter completely failed on my car, so I called AAA for a tow and Matt from Eddie's Towing showed up to assist. He was absolutely the nicest, most helpful and professional tow truck driver I've ever had.
He showed up way earlier than AAA projected, and Matt went through multiple trouble shooting steps--to make sure it was completely necessary for my car to be towed out--before getting my car on his truck bed, and delivering it to my desired auto shop location for repair.

My car was towed to the Teller Road location after an accident in the evening. I called that night to ask questions and the man I spoke with (even though they were closed) was kind and patient. He answered all my questions and eased my mind. The next morning I called and wanted to see my car. They said I could come anytime during their open hours.
When I arrived the people there, all of them, were so friendly. There was a very sweet young woman there who helped me and answered more questions which made me feel better about my car. She even asked other team members to help me out. They went above and beyond for me.
In times like this when stress, some confusion and worry are at the forefront of your thoughts, kindness, sympathy and patience goes a long way. I appreciate the people at Eddie’s Towing and am glad I got to deal with them.

Eddie's Towing is AWESOME! Other Towing Companies in the area I swear are operated by Clowns. One Towing Company quoted me $275 and then, stood me up 3 times! They didn't even call me to tell me they weren't coming or would be delayed - I had to call them to find out what was up/why they hadn't shown yet, and they just gave me excuse after excuse! Another Towing Company tried playing musical pricing, wouldn't even give me an exact quote, but a range of $175 - $225 depending on factors I couldn't understand! What is that? Eddie's gave me a quote of $150, they honored that quote too! They were very professional, showed up when they said they would (quoted me 20 Minutes and I'm pretty sure they were here in 15), and totally respectful. If you need a tow in the Conejo Valley, save yourself the headache and brain damage by not calling ANY other Towing company but Eddie's! I just saved all of you who read this a ton of grief! You're Welcome...
We just got a tow from thousand oaks to Long Beach, California with the most incredible driver. Mark, if I had a 10-star rating that's what you would have got. My wife and I felt safe and the truck for the 60 mi that we were in there. I would recommend him to anyone with 10 stars. Great guy. Good job
We had a beautiful experience with Eddie's. After being locked out with the keys in the car, we called AAA. Eddie's was referred. They reached out right away and assessed what I needed and let us know when they would arrive. Then Eddie arrived before they said they would. The door was opened in less than 1 minute! The man who came was so professional and kind. Thank you Eddie's for being a life changer.
I called AAA after taking my car to the dealer (Kirby Subaru Ventura) who told me I needed a new battery. I wanted a second opinion and knew I would probably get a better price and better warranty. Eddie’s technician ran a test on the existing AAA battery and it was fine even though it was three years old. He was prompt knowledgeable and friendly.
I am not one to leave reviews, but I feel that this issue needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, I experienced a flat tire on the freeway, and the closest towing company available was Eddie's Towing. I must say, the owner Eddie, his daughter Sarah, and the tow driver who assisted me were the most impolite people I have ever met. While replacing my flat tire, the tow driver did not realize that the lug nut did not match the tire. Instead of informing me or fitting back the flat tire, he forcefully tightened the lug nuts, which I only found out after he suggested we take my car to the tire shop. To my misfortune, the tire shop could not replace the tire because they were unable to remove the spare tire. I had to return to Eddie to explain his employee's mistake, but my encounter with Sarah was unpleasant. Despite of me speaking calmly, she was extremely impolite and unhelpful. If you're reading this, Sarah, I suggest finding another profession if you are unable to communicate with individuals professionally. Later, Eddie, rather than taking responsibility, theorized about the situation and treated me like an idiot because I am a girl and practically blamed me for the mistake that one of his employees made. He eventually relented and sent another tow driver, Rick (by the way, find a better boss. You were the only helpful person). He did say his coworker made a mistake and tightened the lug nuts way too much making it impossible to replace the spare tire. They had to transport my vehicle back to their shop to rectify the flat tire and lug nuts. By the way, I still did not get an apology, and the owner kept saying it was not their fault.
Eddie's Towing saved us/me. I was a visiting grandmother with a dead battery and 2 young children. I don't know the area. We used our auto insurance plan to get someone out to jump our battery. It was going to take over 2 hours! Eddie's was there in about 10 minutes. So kind and helpful. Would definitely use them again!
Petey is the best! I broke down in Newbury Park driving from San Francisco to Orange County on Sat, 12/17 and called Triple A for a tow. Petey was very friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgable! I needed a flat bed truck for my car to be towed so far, so he had one come in a very timely manner for a Saturday evening. He was very pleasant and kept me calm as I was so upset breaking down in an unknown area. I highly recommend Eddie's Towing for your car troubles/towing needs!

My car broke down around 6 am around Oxnard area, I called triple A and they sent me tow car in less than 20 minutes!
He loaded my car in 5 minutes, he said go seat in my truck for your safety and gave me bottle of water.
On our wY to the repair shop he explained me that most likely my engine is dead due to a recall on that car and he was absolutely right!!!
I got new engine in less then 2 days!

Eddie’s is fantastic! Their communication is clear and regular, and they arrive quickly. Pete is especially pro. He is super knowlegable and friendly. Pete takes expert care of the car he is working on, and actually helps diagnose any issues so that they can be fixed properly. I highly recommend Eddie’s and Pete!!

Car needed a boost, so I called AAA. They dispatched a tech from Eddies - took literally a few minutes to get booked. About 10 minutes prior to our planned window, the tech called and said he could come by. Brilliant timing, he made quick work of getting the car started for us (sitting during Covid had killed the battery) and we were able to hop out and get a new battery installed. Huge thanks to Eddie’s for the fast turnaround and friendly service. Highly recommend them.
Eddie's Towing has been around a hell of a long time. I see their trucks everywhere, occasionally talk to a driver at Starbucks or the grocery store, dog park or out in a parking lot. Never needed to call them until recently. It happens, and it happened to me. I needed to have my little sports car towed, really reluctant to trust anyone to do that. Eddie's showed up, the driver was experienced and knew how to handle my car without damaging it. I am very pleased. It's a great company, anyway, I just thought you should know.
