Roger was very professional and courteous! Best driver I've worked with. Car trouble is always stressful. A lot easier to manager with help from someone like Roger!

Our car got towed by police and unfortunately they utilized this company for their service. We will continue to file a complaint with the police department as well. Stay away from this company for service. Our car got damaged really bad under their responsibility. When getting our car out, I noticed the front grills were missing. I went inside to inquire about it; consequently, they referred me to the manager (who refused to give me his name) and long story short, I was told to get the "f" off their office and continued to cancel our AAA tow. When we went back to the lot, another guy that works there moved the bumper and the bumper fell off and showed that the radiator and the electric fan were damaged. I have pictures of everything to show as proof. One of the gentlemen (I believe the owner) hit my female friend in the shoulder making fun of our car. She continued to say, "dont touch me" and "get the f out of our property". Police were called and we showed the video of the whole incident. Unfortunately, because she was holding the camera, you dont see the hand hitting her, only the shake of the camera, and her words after that asking him not to touch her again. Police came to " investigate" and the cameras on the lot "are not working". The incident number is 23-1217171 and the law enforcement officers who showed up were M. Mendoza (Sheriff) and C. Simpkins (Sheriff). There was "Nothing they could do" because lack of evidence. We will take this to a civil matter and police department complaint. Again, there are pictures, videos and other proof that we have. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

My car broke down (on a VERY hot afternoon) with my two-year-old daughter and our big German Shepherd with us. The Roy’s Towing driver arrived promptly and he was super helpful and patient; he removed 2 car seats and a number of heavy bags and carried my stuff out of his way to a shady spot so my dog and kid could hang out while we emptied the car. He was just very accommodating and kind and I very much appreciated his willingness to lend a hand & had no problems getting my car safely to the drop off. I can’t remember his name but thank you, sir!

These guys are the best at least from what I’ve had to deal with. They always send the same guy and I always get along with the guy we get it done fast and furious.

I am a AAA member. Recently my 1-year old battery died. The technician originally was polite. I was charged a prorated fee, because they are following AAA guidelines. This battery replaced a 2-year old AAA battery. While communicating with AAA & Roy's Towing about being charged a fee for the 1-year old battery the technician became agitated with me. I would have gone out to buy my own battery however, I didn't have access to another vehicle & Uber/Lift were not feasible.

Juan is the man! Great communication and friendly guy, helped me figure out what was up with my car. Went above and beyond, jumped my car and was just overall a really good experience.

Kevin was a lifesaver! An unexpected nail in my mom’s tire threatened her 2-hour drive home, especially on a Saturday evening, with local shops closing early. Kevin came on time, assessed the situation, offered tips on what to do and not do given the limited options, and arranged a viable service option. Grateful for a skilled technician and a service that has staff committed to doing the right thing the right way,

First time I used Roy's towing, let me tell you they were awsome! I had a flat tire, and in no time they were there, customer service is on point! Also the driver Roger was great! I give Roy's towing a 5 star

Roger was excellent took great care in my lowered car and strapping up my wheels. The last time I had my car towed on a flat bed the driver strapped up my wheels with the buckles on the face of the rim and scratched them up. Nice guy and professional!

Came super fast, picked up my car and towed it very quickly as well. Very helpful and great service. Towed my car across the city with no problems, even though my car itself was having lots of problems. Would recommend them, it was through AAA.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. While calling for a tow at the apartment complex I live at, I was hung up on before even giving the full information. I had to call back, and even the maintenance manager commented how rude and unprofessional the person on the phone was. I know you’ll read this and roll your eyes but good god the person answering the phone at around 8am on Tuesday November 12th needs to be fired.

Let me describe that 1 star For both customers & working with Roys. You could get told one thing & Than Expect nothing. The way I was treated Was exactly like 99.9% of most places Out here. He will run ads for decent paying wage But then only give you minimum for The work you put out because you're on probation For 3 months, but not tell you this till Your check arrives. Rodger is the BEST. Most towers would have done just that...towed the car. Rodger took the time to open the hood and then explain to me what and where the problem is. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I'm so glad he was called to help me. Great job, Rodger! Thank you.

Had Roy's out here this morning to tow my car. They were out here super quick, and the technician was very very good about setting up the car to get towed. I can highly recommend Roy's! During the last several years we've lived here whenever we need them they were very professional and quick.

The BEST ever!! When we told AAA we had a disabled senior with us and needed the battery jumped Roy’s driver called right away saying: I’ll be there in 10 minutes. AND WAS!!! THANK YOU

PAID for my tow, Roy's towing called and said they're ETA was 40-60 minutes. I am currently still waiting for a tow 100 minutes later, with a new ETA of 40-60 minutes. They took an emergency call after they had taken my tow in for financial gain vs customer service/care. Their call in office crew was annoyed that I was upset, they didn't even call me as a courtesy to let me know of changes to the ETA.

Put my motorcycle into a dirt bank on Rte 23 and Edison arrived in advance of the estimated arrival and loaded my bike in a few minutes. I was extremely pleased with the prompt arrival, as I was in a remote canyon road out by Mulholland Hwy, and Edison's expertise and professionalism helped me make the most of an unpleasant auto accident. Terrible Towing Company. These guys quote me $175 one day, but have no drivers available for hours if at all the rest of the day. Called the next day, wouldn't give me an exact quote, but a range of $200 - $250 depending on factors I couldn't understand. When I called the guy on being quoted $175 the day before, he then changed his quote range to $175 - $225 once again by stating a number of factors I couldn't understand, part of which included charging me from wherever the driver was coming from to my place for pickup! What is that??? Who runs this Business??? Mickey Mouse??? It's a simple thing Boys - you quote EXACT price from Point A to Point B! And trying to charge me that much for a tow of 3.5 miles is ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL!

Daughter's car broke down in the middle of this heatwave. I called Roys for her. Tow truck got to her car before I did! And he stayed until I arrived. Top marks.

The technician I believe his name was Jorge were very efficient faster than expected wait time. Everything was qorked.out great. Roy's towing is number 1

Car got impounded for 1 day & spend a day there at there wearhouse & they want 500 for them to release it not to mention the other 200 from the police department 320 for a pick up & 180 for having it there definitely calling automotive bureau

Their dispatch is quick and efficient. They sent Roger out to me with a flatbed, as requested. Roger got to me quickly, had the car up on the tow truck and to the repair shop quickly, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor. Can't ask for anything more from a tow service, and possibly the best tow experience I've had in memory.

They were on time, fast, and the price was much lower than I expected for such high-quality service.

My 8 year old boy and I had an amazing experience with Nino and Roy’s towing. The truck showed up 40 min earlier than estimated arrival time. We were updated with text messages as to drivers arrival. Our driver Nino was amazing!! He showed up with a HUGE smile and warm greeting. His calm and helpful nature was comforting and reassuring. My 8 year old boy had never seen a car towed before and Nino helped create an almost amusement park like experience from him. It was like a ride for him to sit in the big tow truck cabin after driving up the ramp. Nino was friendly and chatty and my son an I took a shine to him like we’ve known him for years! I would recommend this company to anyone in need. I wish Nino well, my son will always remember is 1st towing experience fondly. I have been towed many times over the years and this experience was by far the best as I got to share it with my son and Nino.

Showed up ahead of schedule and got me back home in a very efficient and timely manner. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
