My salesman, Mohammad was the best I’ve worked with. He was knowledgeable about all the car’s features and thorough. I called him the day before about a vehicle I seen online and set up an appointment When I arrived, he was ready with the (clean) car and had all my information. Finalizing the price was easy and they matched exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve purchased a handful of vehicles over the years and cannot remember a single detail about any of the salesman. Mohammad was textbook salesman 101, in which all salesman should be. No harassment, no attitude, plenty of knowledge, and downright pleasant to work with. I dealt with Neal who was very responsive and helpful. Brad the sales manager was extremely helpful as well. I was very happy with my trade-in and purchase experience and would recommend this dealership. One small note - it has proven a little difficult to get hold of any official contract or formal agreement regarding the CPO warranty attached to the vehicle, but I’m sure this will all be straightened out shortly.

I've been to this location before and had a bad experience. I haven't been back in years. Yesterday I gave them an opportunity to win me back and to say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. John and Frank in service made me feel very important and they were able to fit me in for an oil change towards the end of the day even with many cars still left to be serviced. I took my daughter‘s car in for an oil change. This was my first time. At Volkswagen, Thousand Oaks, service department from the moment, being greeted by service advisor to signing the Final paperwork, everybody was friendly, caring, courteous, and professional I was treated like a friend or family. A year ago I bought a new ID buzz and overall, the experience has sucked. This 5 star review is specifically for Francisco in the service department. Since day 1 of owning the brand new ID Buzz, the brakes have been TERRIBLE - squeaking and grinding every time I brake. I had brought the car to the Thousand Oaks dealership and the Woodland Hills dealership multiple times for the issue. I had been told that this is a normal problem, the metals they need to use in CA are going to squeak no matter what they do, the hubcaps were designed poorly so there isn't enough ventilation to remove dust and debris from the brakes, that it is my responsibility to be washing the car more and removing dust and debris on the brakes, and overall my complaints had been 100% dismissed.
Finally, I gave up and just decided the car is a POS and I will have to live with it. I brought the car in for unrelated issues and said nothing about the brakes. After this visit, Francisco brought the brakes up to me, noting how horrible they are, which I said I know, but it seems thats just how the brakes are and will always be. He said absolutely not, that is not normal and can be fixed. He is the ONLY person at VW who has actually CARED. He kept me in the loop of the whole process and completely FIXED the "unfixable" brakes. My brakes don't make a PEEP since he fixed them, they truly have not made a single noise since.
I always wanted to love the ID Buzz and now I finally do!! I can't give enough praise to Francisco, it is so refreshing to be helped by someone who actually cares. Victor was also very helpful along the process of getting them fixed. Thank you guys! In my opinion, the only two people at VW (Thousand Oaks and Woodland Hills) that actually deserve a 5/5 review. :)
I got a good price on the vehicle. My salesman , Beau, helped me set up some of the electronics gizmos. Beau was well versed on the cars features. Despite being busy, everyone worked diligently to expedite the process. Yes, I would recommend TO VW to others.

This was my second time at the dealership for an issue within a few weeks. It took 2 hours each time to complete an oil change and check for a nail in a tire. The service is fine but the wait time seems too much for a basic service.
Everyone at the dealership was very helpful in guiding me through the purchase process. I purchased my car from out of state and was given pictures and videos of all aspects of my vehicle. The service department addressed all repairs needed making sure the car was safe and represented a quality dealership going above and beyond the minimum requirements. From the moment we walked onto the lot and shook hands with Beau the salesperson It turned out to be a great experience from start to finish. Beau helped us find the car that was right for my wife and we landed Volkswagen on New Taos SE model. Great car, great body lines simplistic and perfect just what my wife needed. Her last car was too complicated with too many bells and whistles and buttons to push the Volkswagen line offers very sleek simplistic look. After going for a test drive, the car drove smooth handled great, exactly what we were looking for. We decided to go inside and see what the numbers look like since we had a trade-in which you know can always complicate matters. The negotiation process didn’t take very long only going back and forth a few times. Beau communicated well with sales manager Ray stating our needs and price point. We were able to negotiate terms and agree on the vehicle with our trade-in also be thrown into the deal. They gave us a reasonable deal for the trade-in and a great price on the car. We decided to the lease the car it made sense for us since we were trying to lower our payment that was much higher on the trade-in. The buyback option is a good price as well with good finance options when we get to that point 36 months down the road. Overall experience is 10/10 across the board. Finance manager Vahe was spectacular. He offered us some other options on the back end, which some we declined he and didn’t the push the issue by asking again again….we’ve all been there before. I hate that part. My daughter bought a car from Beau last year, a Volkswagen Tiguan. She loves it and now we have two cars in the family from the same dealer, Volkswagen Thousand Oaks!! Who knows maybe my next car will be a Volkswagen as well, and when I do, I’ll look no further than Thousand Oaks Volkswagen and my salesperson Beau along with the rest of the team. I highly recommend Volkswagen Thousand Oaks, sales person Beau, Ray sales manager and Vahe as your finance guy. It’s a great team and you won’t be disappointed……we weren’t.
My experience was good from start to finish. Jay is the service tech greeted me with a big smile and great rapport and the great conversation made me feel valued. The drop off was efficient and I was quickly back in my car and on my way. The negatives were that the car was not washed or vacuumed.

Neal was great too and answered all my questions. Got a 2026 Atlas. No bs, no games. Great car. Very luxurious and amazing price for all the features. Brad even let me keep something that was optional that I didn’t want. Finance department was easy too and not pushy.
