Hollywood Storage is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. I rented there for about 8 years and I highly recommend it.

I’ve been with Hollywood Storage for over 15 years. The facilities are the best I’ve found. Staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I travel all over the world, with over 2 million flying miles with one airline. Most of my storage is of irrreplaceable archives. I can trust Hollywood Storage to keep the archives safe…and always available
Overall, a good experience. Some things that need improvement are the number of cart trolleys in each building and having bins on wheels. Also, having speed limit signs in various parts would be great. What rocks is the popcorn !
Hollywood Storage is fantastic and has been our go to for storage needs. From the price, friendly staff, ease of accessibility hours, cleanliness, and security, I would highly recommend their services. The free popcorn isn't too shabby either! :)
The process of renting my storage unit was fast and easy and the most reasonably priced that I could find. The unit as well as the whole facility is clean and the set up is super cool, it looks like a Hollywood studio backlot. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great place!
I wasn’t sure how many units I would need for the projected amount of things that needed to be temporarily stored in a climate controlled unit. Rachel listened, offered some options and showed me around. The whole process was actually a very good experience for this storage unit newbie. Good pricing as well.
Hollywood Storage is a blessing for me. I was out of state, driving a full U-Haul, needing a controlled environment to unload into when I found Hollywood Storage on the internet. I contacted them and explained my situation and needs. We made arrangements to meet when I arrived back in the area. When I arrived a few days later everything was ready for me exactly as I had requested. When I had a need for a larger unit they jumped right to it and offered me one very close to my existing unit so, I didn't have to move my stuff very far. Over the past few years, I have used four different storage facilities in Ventura County. Hollywood Storage excels over all others. It is extremely CLEAN AND WELL MANAGED. All staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have been storing with them for a little over three years and intend to continue storing with them until I no longer have a need. It doesn't matter the number of stars (5, 10, 15, etc.) they deserve top marks. They are the epitome of how a storage facility should be run.
Hollywood Storage is the BEST!! Not only the staff being so kind and understanding, the space fee is reasonable too. The day we moved our items to a POD they came around to make sure we had Cold Water bottles. There were 4 of us. It was the hottest day so far that year. We started at 8:30am and it was already hot!!! An hour later they came back to see if we would like another ice cold water. Yes!!! What a treat and a surprise. That is customer service. We used Hollywood Storage when we moved to Newbury Park in 2013 and again when we moved out of state in 2025. We highly recommend Hollywood Storage.

Hollywood Storage was great. They rented us the right size storage at a reasonable price, and on short notice. Paid for 2 years and then family members told us they didn't want any of it!! So we gave notice and they were great about that and even worked with us with less than 10 days notice.

We lost our home in the Palisades fire but were able to save 50 years of photo albums. We wanted a climate controlled storage facility so our treasured albums would be safe. We were able to secure a unit at Hollywood storage on the spot. It seemed very secure, well lighted and best of all cool! We relocated to Newbury Park after six months and were able to cancel our rental easily. They only required a 10-day notice.

This is the second time I’ve used Hollywood Storage after comparisons with other storage places. H S has the best climate controlled units! There are plenty of dolly carts and the buildings are clean and well maintained!

The customer service is great and they were helpful at every step. The units are easy to load into as the doors are open on the wide edge and can be packed to easily access some items! (Our 10’ x 5’ unit had a 10’ door)

We are so glad we found Hollywood storage! Their prices are better than anyone else plus they offer the use of one of their trucks to move your things into their storage unit. One of their employees drives the truck to your location and waits while you load it up. Such a great value! Without the use of their truck we would have been driving our vehicles back and fourth all day long. Thanks Hollywood Storage!!!
The grounds and units are very clean and secure. All employees I have interacted with have been pleasant and professional. The unit rental prices are really good especially for everything I've mentioned.

I’m recently new to Newbury Park and contacted six different storage facilities while searching for a 10x10 or 10x15 unit. After visiting several, Hollywood Storage stood out as the nicest by far—and they matched the best price I found elsewhere. I was so happy with the service and facility that I prepaid for an entire year to take advantage of a special offer, which included one free month for free.
The facility is extremely secure, with a gated entry and excellent safety measures in place. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. Their access hours are longer than any other storage facility I looked at, which makes it very convenient.
The staff in the office are always friendly and kind—they even offer water every time I stop by. They also sell boxes, locks, and other moving supplies on-site, which is a great convenience.
I’m very, very happy with my experience and will likely be upgrading to a larger unit soon to store more of my belongings. In my opinion, this is the best storage facility in the area!

Employees at Hollywood Storage provide the best service. Fully explain the storage spaces, cart ride to review storage. Explain in detail how to access. Flexible on dates when to pay. Multiple security barriers to keep you items safe. Topping all this with free popcorn and water at the office.
For a year, we needed to find a place where we could store items during our construction project. We wanted to stay local so we chose Hollywood storage on old Conejo Road.
From the first time that we met to review units, (including one relocation when we realized that our unit was too big for what we needed) they were great to work with - processes were easy, convenient and affordable.

Hollywood Storage has been great. Their staff are always very helpful and friendly. Move in was very easy and went exactly as planned. We took advantage of their move in truck to move stuff from our location to the storage unit and the driver arrived on time with a clean truck ready to go. Pricing is competitive and access to the unit is easy. So far so good. I would easily recommend them to a friend.
This place from the time we walked into the door was exceptionally clean, organized, and very well maintained. The staff from their first look and words were friendly, direct, and honest. Our whole interaction from beginning to end was timely and efficient. They gave us access to multiple units with several choices. I have never used a self-storage as clean as this place, the staff as polite and understanding of our needs, and as eager to give us what we needed not what they wanted to sell us. I feel my property is 100% safe and secure. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I've come here both to store belongings and to recycle electronics. The facility is clean, feels secure, and the staff have been greatly helpful! Since my storage was coming from within the Conejo Valley as well, the complimentary truck and driver service to my home was a game changer for packing! Huge value and help to me. Very happy with my experience so far.
