Hollywood Storage is a great facility. Never had one issue regarding the unit, the gate, the staff or anything. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars and almost 3 stars is because the price increases were RIDICULOUS!! And the same size unit is currently about $120 less. I was priced out of the place. The good news is that I came to the realization that keeping anything long term in a storage unit isn’t cost effective. Though that was never my intention but before you know it, it’s been years. I could have bought its contents at least 10 times over—-and I don’t have junk. So I emptied the unit over the weekend, rented a pod for my driveway for one month at half the price and am currently selling, donating or giving away the stuff in Buy Nothing groups, one box at a time.
Great price and service. Only needed the unit for a year and was able to cancel at my leisure. Awesome to have a locally owned and operated facility that is always available to answer questions.
The storage facility was great! We had two units here for three years and everything ran so smoothly. It was definitely the cleanest and nicest storage unit in the area and we are super pleased with our experience. I know that if they were to need a storage unit again in the future this is where we would be renting.
Amazing and friendly staff with great deals and amazing access hour!! I'm leaving a different storage facility 3 miles away because I didn’t feel safe there.

I rented two 10x10 units at Hollywood Storage in Newbury Park. I think it's a great place to store your stuff. Staff is friendly and helpful. When you're at your storage unit, you don't ever have anybody bothering you regardless of how long you're there and what you're doing with your storage unit, which is really nice. I moved so I no longer needed the storage units, but I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
I have used Hollywood Storage of TO a couple of times now for my temporary storage needs and they are really great! I strongly recommend them. Exceptional customer service, great prices, clean spaces, easy access and overall an excellent storage facility. It has become my “go to place” when I need extra storage

Everyone here is amazing! They really do price match and after some quote I’m happy I went with Hollywood storage. The staff was really comforting too, I could have hung out there all day. Super easy!
I made reservations for the free storage truck. The driver is courteous and stayed to himself, not to impose & quiet. Did business as expected. Stayed in the cab while loading. Driver Called prior to confirm, called after for followup. It was shorter time than expected for loading/unloading. I'm glad that service is there.

This is by far the cleanest property. I love that each building is well air-conditioned, it helps a lot on the hot summer days. All of the staff are super helpful as well, they make everything as simple as possible.
The manger could have been friendlier and more accommodating . Everyone else was friendly and helpful : Overall I like the storage facility . The area is clean and the units are well lit . Easy access
I’ve had a great experience with Hollywood Storage. I originally rented a smaller unit and later needed to upgrade. The process was seamless. Their pricing was the most competitive I found, and the staff was always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I was initially disappointed that they didn’t have a 20x30 climate-controlled unit, but I was reassured that my belongings would be safe and protected from extreme temperatures and they were 100% correct. Everything stayed in excellent condition the entire time.
They also recommended the mover I used, Oscar, who was absolutely phenomenal. Overall, I felt my items were safe, cared for, and managed by a trustworthy team. Highly recommend!

My parents passed away and I just wasn’t ready to part with all the precious objects from my childhood, at least not yet. The facility is safe and secure. I was a customer since 2019. The surrounding buildings and interior roadways are always clean. The staff is knowledgeable and more importantly treated me like a good friend. I highly recommend Hollywood Storage Facility.
I love the personal touch at Hollywood Storage. Gary was so helpful on the phone and then in person when I came in to do the paperwork. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve gotten a small unit for short time storage. It is so easy to find your way since the buildings have So Cal names. Even being alone I always feel safe inside, even last night because there are cameras everywhere and intercoms. Very clean and well lit unlike some storage places I used decades ago in Northern California. The price was amazing. First month free for a 5x5 ground and then just $49 a month after. And the restrooms in the office are super nice. Classy business style like the brand new golf carts with cushy seats and candy apple red paint. Yes, I noticed! They do it right in making their customers feel like welcomed guests. Thanks, Hollywood! I’m such a fan!
Hollywood Storage is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. I rented there for about 8 years and I highly recommend it.
They always take care of me and are easy to work with (Richard has always been particularly helpful and goes out of his way to assist). The grounds are clean and well kept.. wonderful experience!

I’ve been with Hollywood Storage for over 15 years. The facilities are the best I’ve found. Staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I travel all over the world, with over 2 million flying miles with one airline. Most of my storage is of irrreplaceable archives. I can trust Hollywood Storage to keep the archives safe…and always available
Overall, a good experience. Some things that need improvement are the number of cart trolleys in each building and having bins on wheels. Also, having speed limit signs in various parts would be great. What rocks is the popcorn !

The process of renting my storage unit was fast and easy and the most reasonably priced that I could find. The unit as well as the whole facility is clean and the set up is super cool, it looks like a Hollywood studio backlot. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great place!
I wasn’t sure how many units I would need for the projected amount of things that needed to be temporarily stored in a climate controlled unit. Rachel listened, offered some options and showed me around. The whole process was actually a very good experience for this storage unit newbie. Good pricing as well.
Hollywood Storage was great. They rented us the right size storage at a reasonable price, and on short notice. Paid for 2 years and then family members told us they didn't want any of it!! So we gave notice and they were great about that and even worked with us with less than 10 days notice. Staff is always very friendly and helpful!
We lost our home in the Palisades fire but were able to save 50 years of photo albums. We wanted a climate controlled storage facility so our treasured albums would be safe. We were able to secure a unit at Hollywood storage on the spot. It seemed very secure, well lighted and best of all cool! We relocated to Newbury Park after six months and were able to cancel our rental easily. They only required a 10-day notice. Very nice facility, courteous staff, and good popcorn and chilled water! Thank you for helping us keep our treasured photos safe while in transition!
