Had an excellent car buying experience at TO Toyota. Salesman Michael Nelson was very accommodating. Internet sales consultant Brian Lamb was very helpful as well. Richard Todd in Finance was very personable and not pushy. Even service tech Mynor was very helpful in answering my technical questions. I have purchased lots of vehicles and spent plenty of time in dealerships and I can say the atmosphere at TO Toyota was very comfortable and pleasant. A big THANK YOU to TO Toyota. I will strongly recommending this dealership to my friends and family.

Had a great experience purchasing my first vehicle from TO Toyota. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and never pushy. My sales rep, Ken, was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing the process. I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind. The entire buying process — from test driving to final paperwork — was smooth and transparent. No hidden fees or last-minute surprises, which I really appreciated. The finance manager explained everything clearly and even lowered the interest rate to 1.9%!! Even after the sale, their follow-up and service have been top-notch. I've taken the car in for service and this department was just as friendly and efficient. After looking for months for a vehicle, I finally decided on the land cruiser. I looked everywhere and no one had what I was looking for. I decided to stop by at Thousand Oaks Toyota over the the weekend, and they had a packed house! So many people were getting cars there! Nate Bridge and his team helped right away and made the transaction super easy. It was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. They were a delight and I would highly recommend asking for Nate and his team. I'm obsessed with my Land cruiser, she rides so smooth and I'm glad I took my time in choosing her. <3

I had a great experience working with Patricia Herron. She was professional, patient, and super helpful from the start. Even over the phone, she was polite, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. After leaving our local dealer in Oxnard we decided to drive to this location and were instantly greeted by Tim. I got more conversation and help in 3 mins here than at our local dealer. Tim was super patient and polite. He helped as we walked around searching for cars. We ended up test driving 2 cars. We came for one car and left with 2 that day. Our next dilemma was how do we get 3 cars home with only 2 of us. Well Tim drove one and followed us, this was truly above and beyond by then. Tim thank you for all your help we truly appreciate it. I’d would definitely come back to purchase a feature care and recommend them!

We just bought a 2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid there. After locating one online, we realized the car was in transit. The dealership tried to have the car ready anh delivered to our door, more than 70 miles away, sooner than expected, at a very competitive price which we could not have in Orange County. Thanks to Daniel and Javier, we had awesome experience of purchasing a vehicle. Great job!

My wife and I are in the market for a new 4Runner. When arriving to the dealership to look at the vehicle, like always the sales representatives are eager to help. After the test drive we left as we are not ready to purchase until June. We are wanting to add some modifications to the unit. This where the problem starts. Calling the dealership to get a quote and or guidance on the aftermarket accessories from their facility is like trying to call the president.. left several messages with zero response. Called a sales manager same thing zero response. If they do not respond to my request to spend additional money, are they going to respond when or if the car has an issue? Most likely not. Sad to say this is my local dealer and now I will look elsewhere to purchase and service my new 4Runner. Sad that customer service has become a thing of the past. Any suggestions on a reputable dealer that is willing to help?

Your experience may very although with mine I applied for a used car around 10am took two hours to drive there after confirming they received the online application & had the car available. So I got there at noon and when I was about to start the paperwork the vehicle sold. Of course after all this invested time and confirmations back and forth etc. When I spoke with the sales guy they do not hold cars. Even after word of mouth saying car was available big disappointment when you're wasting two hours of your time driving there on a positive front they are nice although what's the point of formalities when you can't even properly do business with a long term customer, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I had an incredible experience with Toyota of Thousand Oaks thanks to Daniel, the manager. Over the weekend, my O2 sensor went out and my check engine light came on so needless to say, I was stressed and on the verge of tears. What made it worse was that I was only a mile away from Toyota of Oxnard, and when I called them, they hung up on me, twice! Feeling completely defeated, I called Toyota of Thousand Oaks just to ask for the service number to get a tow since I have a warranty and had no clue where to find the number. Without hesitation, he stepped in and told me to come straight in and ask for him personally, he knew I probably needed more help than just the tow. Daniel got me into a rental, was super flexible about my return schedule, and had my car fully repaired and ready by Monday morning. His kindness and quick action kept me calm during a situation that could’ve really pushed me over the edge. I can’t recommend Toyota of Thousand Oaks, and Daniel, enough! That level of care and service is rare these days. I must say with all honesty, I’ll forever bring my car here from now on, even if it means driving all the way from Ojai. Worth every mile!

I took my daughter in to look at 4Runners one night. Everyone was super helpful. We were greeted, offered a test drive and was given all the information that we asked for. Within the next day or two, my daughter and I went back and Leased a 4Runner. Al Dellentash has a wonderful team of people from his receptionist to the guys that do the cleanup and everyone in between. I would recommend his store to anybody.

Had an amazing experience buying a Tacoma from Darnell Mckee. I was in the market for a used 4runner, and decided to stop by here after checking out a car nearby. The Tacoma caught my eye and after test driving it, I knew it was meant to be. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. I also had help from David Kline and Servando Gamez, who were both amazing people. Thank you for making this car buying experience an excellent one!

Went with my dad intending to order a customized vehicle. The person that assisted us came off very judgmental questioning if my dad could afford it. He asked how was he going to pay for it? And he simply answered, 'with money, how else?' We were ignored by pretty much by all the salespeople not getting any additional assistance after that interaction. All my dad wanted to do was made an order of a vehicle and get assistance on what he wanted customized. And for my understanding car salesmen is paid mostly by commissioned so we just ended up going to the Toyota dealership in Oxnard purchasing a Lexus TX 500...and he paid it in full.

If you want the best salesperson from fantastic dealership, seek out Timothy Ochoa. Timothy is the one you want to talk to for the best deals with a no pressure, easy going demeanor. He will give you full disclosure on the vehicles, and put you at ease. This was the second visit to Thousand Oaks Toyota where I purchased my second car, and I did not trade in my 11 year old Toyota as I have had zero problems with my Corolla. They are great cars, and you can contact the salesperson, or dealership with any questions. I really appreciate that they offer their services that way. Thank you Tim for connecting my phone as well. We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. My father ended up getting the truck he wanted and we were very pleased with the customer service that Cory and Javier provided. Hala was terrific. It took about 2 months for our car to be delivered and she kept us updated the whole time. When the car was delivered she had our back through the entire process. Highly recommend working with her if you buy at this dealership!

Chad Overbey warmly greeted me when I arrived at the dealership. After I told him what I was looking for, he showed me my available options and thoroughly explained the differences in my choices. After returning from a test drive, Chad introduced me to Javier who was able to get me a price that I felt was fair. He and Chris G. advanced me through the buying process quickly and courteously. Richard, in finance, explained the paperwork to me and wrapped up the deal quickly. All in all, a very easy and pleasant buying experience.

"It could have been better". I'm a returning customer. I have my Camry in this location 6 yrs ago and have a good customer service back then, hoping I will received the same way. Things change, however (sadly) in my recent purchased vehicle. I came prepared, I know what I want and numbers that I have. Sales rep watching you tube infront of us while waiting for the supervisor to arrived. Promised to have the vehicle will be full tank prior of lending us the key (it didn't happen), i just noticed the tank when I'm closer to my house (halway empty). Finance promised to reimbursed the service for the tint window (until this time, i send the paper receipts still no reply). I called them several times and leaving messages after 10 calls they call me back and promised again to work on my demand for gas and tinted window still at this point none of those 2 are granted.

I was looking at used Camry’s and had my eye on one particular Camry. Unfortunately, it was sold earlier on the day that I was going to go check it out. Fortunately, there was another used Camry for sale, and although I didn’t see the original model I wanted, I’m very pleased with the car I did get. Sales team members Daniel and Javier were great. I would definitely purchase a car from here again.

Started a cross country road trip and 4 hours into the drive started noticing some problems but Daniel got me in right away and was super awesome to work with. Josh was my mechanic and was a great guy. Even went on a test drive with me to make sure everything was 100%. I Definitely would recommend.

Be careful what you wish for when you go here. I was lied to by a salesman and the managers on staff. I negotiated a price on a used vehicle and was told they couldn’t come down anymore due to the fact the car was less than 90days from it being expired in registration and they would have to pay for that in the price. Well lo and behold they never paid for the registration and on top of it DID NOT have the car smogged before it left the lot. I got a call a few weeks later asking me to smog it and send them the bill for reimbursement. Me thinking ok mistakes happen no big deal and got smogged for $65 and they reimbursed me. Well come time for my registration and I never receive it. Call the dealership and apparently they never renewed it and only payed to transfer it. So now the sales manager David gets my call and says he will do everything they can to get it resolved. All in all he calls me back and says well the registration is your responsibility and good luck there is nothing we can do you signed the contract and it’s your problem now. Guess all in all is make sure you record everything they say because all they care about is the sale once you are off their lot you don’t mean anything to them anymore they got your money and that’s all that matters. By the way the dealership came down $300 which is what the registration is. So they got me by coming down in price and not paying the registration. That’s how they made their money.

We had a great experience buying our new RAV4 PHEV from Thousand Oaks Toyota. Our salesperson, Kam, was especially helpful — he kept us updated on incoming inventory that matched our specs and let us know when the right vehicle was scheduled to arrive. Even though we purchased the car on a Sunday and the service center was closed, Kam made sure our dealer-installed options were taken care of the following week, even on his day off. Very happy that we made the decision to connect with TO Toyota. We had been looking for a new grand highlander for months and often times the wait is long. We connected with Patricia Herron because of the Costco auto program and she was extremely helpful and amazing from day one. She genuinely pours her heart and soul into every interaction and wants to help you find a car. There was a minor set back with the auto program but after a few phone calls to customer service they were able to take care of us. Patricia Herron kept in touch the whole time, checking in and reassuring us about the process. Dealerships have allocated vehicles and that's how we were able to see when a GH was going to arrive and leave a deposit. From the initial meeting and during the months we waited, Patricia Herron stayed in contact. We are grateful for her kindness and service.

I had an interaction with the sales manager Cory. Extremely unprofessional. Came to purchase a Prius. Cory tried to upsell me to a car I had negotiated a deal on the day before. He could not "find the key" as it was with service. He offered a more expensive car. I communicated I had limited time and he ignored my time. It's 2024-25 and this guy is still trying to sell like it's the 80's. Asked me 20 questions and none were related to purchasing a car. It's sales people like this that give car sales reps a bad name. I will never return to Thousand Oaks Toyota. I did first meet Tim the day before and he was professional and courteous and a good communicator. He did introduce me to Cory so there is that.

Pretty disappointed. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. Took the car in for what was supposed to be a quick initial service on a brand new car (4000 mil). Had an appointment and everything. Three hours later I was told they weren’t done and did not know how much longer. I get it, service takes time, but don’t tell me it’s going to be an hour. AND then I’m told they couldn’t give me a ride because my house is 10.5 miles away and the max distance for the shuttle is 10.5 miles. (Not an exaggeration) if you are thinking about this place. Take your car some else. I know I will.

Bait and try to switch!? I found a used car I was interested in on AutoTrader and called the dealership to confirm it was still available. Hala answered my call, said she could help me and put me on hold to verify the vehicle was still there. She confirmed it was still there and available. I drove over an hour through evening rush hour traffic to the dealership and asked for Hala when I arrived. Hala had another employee come greet us and inform us the vehicle wasn't actually on site after all. He said the car was at the painter which makes no sense whatsoever. I'd give ZERO stars if possible and would never consider Thousand Oaks Toyota again.

Toyota of Thousand Oaks I drove 58 miles to check out a jeep that I was just going to look at if it wasn’t for the great customer service and the sales rep Patricia making me feel comfortable and going through the process and meeting the other two gentlemen and having them explain all the finance Red tape to me and working with me on my request. I probably wouldn’t have a new vehicle today. Customer service impeccable the product they showed me and the way they detailed the car was immaculate. All the other workers there were very nice and helpful. always asking me if I have been helped or would like , anything at all. If was in the market for buying a Toyota. I would definitely go back to Toyota Thousand Oaks.
