I want to say a big thank-you to David. He made my buying experience easy and enjoyable. Just so his bosses know, he did his job to point out what extras you could get, but did not give such a hard sell I wanted to run. I have had that from other dealers. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted in my price range. I am now really enjoying my brand new Corolla. Thank-you again David and all TO Toyota staff.

I paid $15k for a silver certified pre-owned car, cover to find out it has $1100 with of maintenance due. My fault for assuming silver certified means maintenance done. Their "maintenance plan" costs twice as much as my local dealer and only includes oil changes. They put new tires on it but didn't make sure the TPS was working, another $120 in parts would have saved $700 in labor. On top of all that, it took 3 calls and 4 days to finally get a returned phone call. I will say the is car pretty nice, if it had the maintenance done it would be a great car. Just another shady dealership, they cut every corner they possibly could and propped it up as a great car.

This Toyota is independent from the rest of the other Toyota’s meaning they don’t have a cuddle system if you have your own credit union makes the process a little bit longer. By the 2022 Tacoma couple months ago and kept on asking to have the car detailed, but I think they don’t detail their cars if they’re used. They focus more new cars. These guys wouldn’t bend on the sticker price either. On the other hand, they did give me a top dollar for my trade-in. Overall if you’re local, I guess it’d be convenient.

Such an amazing team of people that work here. As a young woman coming in with my mind set on a used car, I felt heard, seen, and appreciated. Neema and Xavier worked with me on a deal that worked for all of us. And trust me I didn’t make it the easiest sale for them. Such kind guys. And then signing all the papers with Richard, was not only easy, but inspirational. He shared some words of wisdom with finances and for that, it was a memorable deal. Must I add Louie too! Such a kind guy that treated me to anything I wanted in the vending machine. Also, before leaving the lot, they not only ordered a new part for something that needed attention, they also filled up my gas tank. So so grateful. Can’t wait to come back and buy a brand new car from these guys one day in my hopefully near future. Thank you everyone!!!

On friday Nov 14, I called the store in order to go test drive their grand highlander LIMITED. A woman named HALA answered the phone. Just off the way she answered the phone I new I was going to be in for a negative experience. I asked if they had a specific stocks number available and she asnwered yes. When I asked if I can stop by to test drive it and she answer "well I need to see if she even have it on our lot " which confused me.
anyways, Once I got there, i got in the car asked HALA what the difference between the LIMITED and XLE were. she said "pano roof, heated steerring wheel, jbl speakers and 360 camera"
I asked "is that it?" she said "yes" I said "are you sure becasue I been doing a lot of research on the XLE and this is 8k more.
long story short, I asked for a different agent as she was absolutley clueless about the car and had a very bad attitude.
there is a happy ending bare with me.
I luckily got introduced to NIMA and he was amazing.
Straight to the point, very educated, easy to communicate with.
He and JAVIER sold me on the LIMITED.
2 days later my dad wanted to buy the same car.
called NIMA, negotiated a bit.
got me a good deal on the trade in and just like that.
2 cars sold in 2 days.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Drive
I really wanted to have a good experience with this dealership, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. After several calls and texts, the salesperson insisted that we could only make a deal if I drove up from San Diego to Thousand Oaks. He assured me the Tacoma was in excellent condition, so we made the trip, excited to finally pick it up.
When we arrived, the truck was in terrible shape - and it only had about 8,000 miles on it. There were dings on the rear fender, deep scratches on the bumper, and scuffs on the taillight - it looked like it had been backed into something. The skid plate, JBL speaker, and tire valve caps were missing. Even the volume knob was gone (we later found it in the glove box). Underneath, the truck was caked in dried mud, as if someone had taken it off-roading and just parked it back on the lot. The driver’s door made odd noises, and the brakes felt soft and unresponsive.
The salesperson I had been communicating with was unavailable when we arrived, but the person who helped us in person was polite and did his best. Unfortunately, the dealership’s solution was to offer a small discount so I could replace the missing parts myself - on a 2025 model.
Overall, this felt like a huge waste of time and effort. I expected honesty and transparency, especially after driving several hours to see the vehicle. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they represent their vehicles and communicate with customers.Nov 14, 2025 -

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! The GM is a complete liar. The entire dealership has a complete disregard for the community surrounding it. They unload cars and bang chains all through the night. Set off their own car alarms at 6am to sort those cars. And then start jackhammering before 7am on their construction!! This continues ALL DAY and EVERY NIGHT. It is ILLEGAL to disregard the cities quiet hours (10-7). They have NO REGARD OR CONSIDERATION for their neighbors. I am sure they have even less regard with their customers. They should buy out the houses *that they built for themselves in the 1960s* that are now being rented out as duplexes without giving warning to the families moving in. It's been THE WORST EXPERIENCE dealing with Toyota T.O. After dozens of complaints to them going unnoticed, I am posting this publicly.

I had a great experience getting my first car here! I came and was immediately greeted by a friendly face. I talked with the manager as well as two associates who were all understanding and ready to help. I was able to test drive two cars to find the best fit. The manager worked with me to get me the best price for me, as well as the car that I wanted! I walked out of there with an amazing car! 10/10 recommend!

I called on a Friday to inquire about getting a brake light fixed. The person I spoke with on the phone said they were really busy, but if I came in the next day, first thing they would help me out.
When I arrived Saturday morning, I had a 9 1/2 hour road trip ahead of me and the service Center was very busy. I got in line and met with Yari, who let me know the wait time. I told her about my long drive ahead of me, and was questioning leaving without getting my brake light fixed when a gentleman overheard & remembered that I had called and talked to him the day prior. He helped Yari to make an exception, putting me to the head of the line and having me in and out with a brand new brake light fixed within an hour.

Absolute, horrible experience with a salesman. Insisted on pushing me into a new vehicle and not pre-owned. Drove me around the sales lot in a Golf cart when I only needed to walk about 20 yards to the used vehicle lot. It was an extremely hot day, and he told me to wait outside while he talked to his manager. I hopped in my vehicle and drove away... So unprofessional.

Kareem went above and beyond to give me the BEST service and help I’ve ever received at any dealership. He got me the car of my dreams and was able to work with me on a trade in. Andrew in finance was really helpful as well. Couldn’t of made this all happen without those two.

After looking for months for a vehicle, I finally decided on the land cruiser. I looked everywhere and no one had what I was looking for. I decided to stop by at Thousand Oaks Toyota over the the weekend, and they had a packed house! So many people were getting cars there! Nate Bridge and his team helped right away and made the transaction super easy. It was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. After leaving our local dealer in Oxnard we decided to drive to this location and were instantly greeted by Tim. I got more conversation and help in 3 mins here than at our local dealer. Tim was super patient and polite. He helped as we walked around searching for cars. We ended up test driving 2 cars. We came for one car and left with 2 that day. Our next dilemma was how do we get 3 cars home with only 2 of us. Well Tim drove one and followed us, this was truly above and beyond by then. Tim thank you for all your help we truly appreciate it. I’d would definitely come back to purchase a feature care and recommend them!
