Extremely happy with the help I recieved from "Angelique", finding the correct parts I needed when other locations had failed. I had unique issues due to my particular vehicle and "Angelique" spent the extra time and effort while others had given up. I'm very impressed with her knowledge and determination to help her customers. Only store I'll go to from now on. Thank you Angeligue.

Usually always very nice and attentive i came in today 01/21/26 a new girl name linsey was helping me out and her manger joe they both completely not only were uttlerly rude but kept helping other guest before finishing my return and both on phones while the comedical manager joe twice or three times under his breath say racial slurs and i heard him i will not be back.should both loose their jobs what a shame 5:30-5:40pm

Helped us a ton! Very friendly, put our mind at ease. The person that helped us (Frank) was very personable and prompt, and was very knowledgeable about what issue our car was dealing with. Identified the issue quickly and gave us great advice!

I want to compliment Jonas K— He went above and beyond to help us find the correct tail and brake lights for our car, and he didn’t let us leave until he made sure everything was installed and working perfectly. His patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who takes that much pride in their work. AutoZone is truly lucky to have an employee like him — he’s an asset to the company.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stopped at my local AutoZone because my engine light went off and being after hours that I could go to a mechanic, AutoZone and the manager who helped me went out of their way to explain the report and put my mind at ease. Need to get to a mechanic, but the manager explained it is necessary but not urgent and can be driven. Thank you for the explanations and advise!

This has to be the worst autozone I have ever been too, the employee FRANK is the guy who was working on the front desk, he was helping someone then for whatever reason the customer decided to leave to get something, frank decided to stand they’re and wait and twiddle is fingers saying he has to wait for the customer instead of helping next in line while he comes up, I told him I just needed my oil filter and air filter, he pointed me to a book and said that I can find them in the book and find the part number. I went to get my own tings and then he had the audacity to try and help me as I’m doing self checkout. He could have easily opened another computer and find the part numbers for me. FRANK deserves a pay cut. Or let go. Horrible customer service I’m going to orileys down the street

It's pretty average for an auto parts store, but their loaner tools are subpar. They didn't even have the right tools for changing my battery. I had to unscrew the nuts with a pair of needle nose pliers

Jonas is an absolute gem!
I went to AutoZone in Thousand Oaks because I was having an issue with my car battery, and Jonas was the young fellow who helped me out. He was so patient, sweet, and incredibly helpful such a friendly face! He made everything super easy and even installed my new battery for me. What a doll! His associate also helped out and was very friendly I didn’t catch his name, but he was about 5’10” with black curly hair. If you stop by the AutoZone in Thousand Oaks, ask for Jonas you can’t miss him!Oct 23, 2025 -
I'm sad I have to leave this review because I've been at this location a few times and had no issues. Two days ago my battery gave up on me and due to work, I didn't have time to come in until the very day it stopped. My dad has a jumper so he told me he'd jump my car so I could go to autozone to change it. Once we got the car jumped, I realized I didn't know if they had the battery I need or if they'd even be able to change it for me as this would've been my first time and I didn't want to mess anything up myself. I called this location and the man that answered probably wasn't having a good start to his morning because this phone call ended up with me just hanging up on him. I asked if they could change it for me and he said "I don't know it depends what car you have," I then asked him if he could see if they could change a battery for a 2013 Ford Edge.
He basically said he wouldn't know. I asked again, and then was about to tell him why I was so adamant in knowing before going there(| didn't want to go there and risk my car not turning on if they couldn't install it for me, and being stranded.) Literally, as I was speaking he just goes "NO." At this point I didn't want to even continue this conversation so I just went "ok have a good rest of your day," and just hung up before he could say anything.
I then called another location and guess what? Not only did they check with their manager, but they also answered my questions on the phone before going there. They couldn't install it for me so I'm glad I was able to find out on the phone and brought my dad with me when he was free to do so. They ended up getting that sale, not this location. I'm leaving this review to just let whoever that man on the phone was, that your store had a sale coming from me regardless. I just needed to know some info before going. The customer service on the phone, made me not want to give you guys my business. I also work customer service myself and have never given any client the short end of the stick just because I either didn't want to do something or had a bad day. It's just not good business. On a good note there is an order gentleman that works there that I only have good things to say about and gave amazing customer service as well, just this experience wasn't good.Oct 15, 2025 -

First I have to admit that this is the first time that I came to Auto Zone. It began with my phone call because I was looking for four batteries for key fobs for our cars.
My call was answered by Wes. He was very professional and focused on my requests.
He listened to what I was asking. He heard what I was needing. BOY how refreshing he was. He was very welcoming.
I got in my car and came straight down. He was equally helpful in person. He helped by changing the batteries in four fobs. Wes is one of the managers, deservedly so. I asked to speak to the main manager. His name is Eddson Cajbon. He was equally nice responsive and he appreciated my acknowledgement of Wes.

I typically go to O'Reilly's or Pep Boys for my car battery but they didn't have the highest performance battery I wanted. Luckily, Auto Zone did so I ordered online and it was quickly delivered. Then, when it was convenient for me, I returned my old battery to the store and the service was friendly and efficient. I'll be a return customer. Thanks for the great service

I went to get a bulb for my front passenger side headlight and the first person that was helping me was having me look and find things and then Ramon Villanova from Oxnard was there helping and jumped in and did amazing job with customer service and also put it in for me! This man deserves a raise! I am in the field of customer service and there should be more people out there doing their job like he does! Thank you Ramon!

I am 6 months pregnant and Jose went and above and beyond helping me change my car light bulb and new battery for my vehicle. He was efficient, professional and friendly. I will be back again because of his service!

Very helpful team ( Tuesday @ 6.30 pm!) and they were busy!
They have a sale until June 5, 2 for $8 Lucas fuel injector cleaners. The second item, air cabin filter was a bit pricey for its quality, but then again the tech volunteered to install it, so all is ok. Overall a quick stop and good service.May 07, 2025 -
Jacob and Jose helped me out with a car battery exchange, and were super nice and kind. The process was super fast, and I really appreciate the initiative to get the job done. The customer service was five stars and I will definitely be returning back.

Real real nice people. They took a long time to help me with a part I needed. I have a 1980 Datsun 280zx and the parts are not easy to find. I can't remember the gentlemans name but wow.. HE TOOK HIS TIME thank u thank u thank u. I was there on the 18th at about 2 PM.
