Jonas is an absolute gem! I went to AutoZone in Thousand Oaks because I was having an issue with my car battery, and Jonas was the young fellow who helped me out. He was so patient, sweet, and incredibly helpful such a friendly face! He made everything super easy and even installed my new battery for me. What a doll! His associate also helped out and was very friendly I didn’t catch his name, but he was about 5’10” with black curly hair. If you stop by the AutoZone in Thousand Oaks, ask for Jonas you can’t miss him!

I'm sad I have to leave this review because I've been at this location a few times and had no issues. Two days ago my battery gave up on me and due to work, I didn't have time to come in until the very day it stopped. My dad has a jumper so he told me he'd jump my car so I could go to autozone to change it. Once we got the car jumped, I realized I didn't know if they had the battery I need or if they'd even be able to change it for me as this would've been my first time and I didn't want to mess anything up myself. I called this location and the man that answered probably wasn't having a good start to his morning because this phone call ended up with me just hanging up on him. I asked if they could change it for me and he said "I don't know it depends what car you have," I then asked him if he could see if they could change a battery for a 2013 Ford Edge. He basically said he wouldn't know. I asked again, and then was about to tell him why I was so adamant in knowing before going there(| didn't want to go there and risk my car not turning on if they couldn't install it for me, and being stranded.) Literally, as I was speaking he just goes "NO." At this point I didn't want to even continue this conversation so I just went "ok have a good rest of your day," and just hung up before he could say anything. I then called another location and guess what? Not only did they check with their manager, but they also answered my questions on the phone before going there. They couldn't install it for me so I'm glad I was able to find out on the phone and brought my dad with me when he was free to do so. They ended up getting that sale, not this location. I'm leaving this review to just let whoever that man on the phone was, that your store had a sale coming from me regardless. I just needed to know some info before going. The customer service on the phone, made me not want to give you guys my business. I also work customer service myself and have never given any client the short end of the stick just because I either didn't want to do something or had a bad day. It's just not good business. On a good note there is an order gentleman that works there that I only have good things to say about and gave amazing customer service as well, just this experience wasn't good.

First I have to admit that this is the first time that I came to Auto Zone. It began with my phone call because I was looking for four batteries for key fobs for our cars. My call was answered by Wes. He was very professional and focused on my requests. He listened to what I was asking. He heard what I was needing. BOY how refreshing he was. He was very welcoming. I got in my car and came straight down. He was equally helpful in person. He helped by changing the batteries in four fobs. Wes is one of the managers, deservedly so. I asked to speak to the main manager. His name is Eddson Cajbon. He was equally nice responsive and he appreciated my acknowledgement of Wes. I ABSOLUTELY recommend shopping at Auto Zone. Same place same product same part, the distributor cap cost $60 you have to order and wait for it but if you want caps and wires both it only cost $57 sorry feels like somebody is lying to me or they just think I'm ignorant cuz if this is reality, there's something wrong with this business.

I typically go to O'Reilly's or Pep Boys for my car battery but they didn't have the highest performance battery I wanted. Luckily, Auto Zone did so I ordered online and it was quickly delivered. Then, when it was convenient for me, I returned my old battery to the store and the service was friendly and efficient. I'll be a return customer. Thanks for the great service

I went to get a bulb for my front passenger side headlight and the first person that was helping me was having me look and find things and then Ramon Villanova from Oxnard was there helping and jumped in and did amazing job with customer service and also put it in for me! This man deserves a raise! I am in the field of customer service and there should be more people out there doing their job like he does! Thank you Ramon!

I wanted to send a huge shout out and thanks to Angelique at the Autozone in Thousand Oaks. Car issues are my worst fear and when my battery died unexpectedly, I went back to Autozone to find out it was still under warranty. Angelique went above and beyond by helping me swap out the bad battery and put in the new battery. She also taught ne a lot about battery care and helped me switch out new wiper blades. Kudos to you Autozone for hiring this very capable woman who helps other women feel more comfortable under the hood.

Very helpful team ( Tuesday @ 6.30 pm!) and they were busy! They have a sale until June 5, 2 for $8 Lucas fuel injector cleaners. The second item, air cabin filter was a bit pricey for its quality, but then again the tech volunteered to install it, so all is ok. Overall a quick stop and good service.

Terrible customer service.. With only a few customers in the store, there were 6 or 7 people working there. I stood at the counter for q5 minutes as a couple of us just stood there. Two employees went outside to change a windshield wiper, the manager walked right past us after he came in on a electric bicycle and ignored us in line. Two employees standing looking at a part in a back isle. Finally myself and another guy just said this is ridiculous and we left. Pep boys is right down the street. They greeted me when I cam in and a guy came over directly and asked if he could help, which he did and I went on my way.

One of the gentleman there was so incredibly helpful. I had been having trouble getting my car diagnosed and fixed with a mechanic. He got the diagnosis, clearly explained it to me and told me what to do. I can’t tell you how much that helped me.

Jacob and Jose helped me out with a car battery exchange, and were super nice and kind. The process was super fast, and I really appreciate the initiative to get the job done. The customer service was five stars and I will definitely be returning back.

Bought wiper blades from store, duralast brand. One did not work properly. Tried to return within 1 1/2 weeks with about 5 minutes of use on it. I had no receipt. They told me they couldn't find a receipt with my phone number because it does not have a warranty. They would not take it back. He even inspected it to see it was new. Very poor customer service from the man(I assume manager). Would never even look at me only computer screen. Told me nothing he could do. No sorry, nothing, just kept looking at screen.

For years I would drive to neighboring towns to buy parts and supplies a AutoZone. Happy to have a store in recent year in Downtown Thousand Oaks. They have always met or exceeded my expectations and they did now again, with "Miles" handling my exchange/return under warranty provisions. He saved my lots of time and trouble, take from me working in automotive service most of my life, these are good people.

Terrible service like always I tried to open an comercial account 2 times and the managers are so irresponsible they never summit my applications and they never call me to tell me what happened this is ridiculous the kind of service this people provide plus ( this store never put a sign out side to let customers know they are full on recicle oil (like all others stores ) that’s the kind of responsibility everyone in this store do (nothing))

Real real nice people. They took a long time to help me with a part I needed. I have a 1980 Datsun 280zx and the parts are not easy to find. I can't remember the gentlemans name but wow.. HE TOOK HIS TIME thank u thank u thank u. I was there on the 18th at about 2 PM.
