Bought a pair of windshield wiper here. Staff, Fred, was able to install for me in less than 1 min. Priceless. If I buy it at Costco, I have to do it myself. Nah...this is much better
We got stuck with a flat tire, and after a less than helpful experience at Costco where they shrugged and told us there was nothing they could do to help, we headed to see if we could fix our hole and continue our drive north for Labor Day weekend. The assistant, Frank, noticed we were buying a plug kit, he was more than helpful and offered us to use his mini air compressor and anything else we may need to complete this project in the parking lot. It was a success, and grateful we were able to continue another 200 miles to our destination. Thanks again to the automotive store for the people!!
Bad service. Guy at the front Tony has a bad attitude. I I watched the guy deny service to a none English speaking person. Do not come to this location.
I had a wonderful experience at O'Reilly with a guy named Pouya who helped me out. He changed my battery and provided excellent customer service. Pouya was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. His helpful attitude really made a difference, and I left feeling very satisfied with the service I received.
We came in yesterday to get some new headlights for our RV & Hunter at the front counter was absolutely incredible! He went out of his way to help us and even installed the lights in the RV as we were unsure & didn’t have any tools on us. He is definitely very knowledgeable and was so kind to every customer who came in. Thank you Hunter for everything!! You definitely deserve a raise & promotion
I went into O’Reilly to purchase a battery. For a truck that I was borrowing I wish I could remember the gentleman‘s name at the counter because he was absolutely amazing not only did he get a battery for me he put it in the truck then the truck still didn’t operate because the alarm went off he sat there with me for about an hour and try to figure out how to get the truck to work. After it didn’t work he checked my old battery which actually worked fine put it back in and then I ended up having to get it all but that wasn’t his fault. I just wanna let you know that this auto parts store at least one of their team members is phenomenal and knows how to give customer service so I want to thank you very much I appreciate it
mike is awesome! he is the only wise person there who has genuinely helped me out ; whether it be personally for my own car’s adventures or it be me calling from my work at valvoline for an oil filter: he always has your back. 1 other guy i call sometimes always hangs up on me when i ask a question he doesn’t understand or with intense attitude and then hangs up on me ; and all i do is call back and ask for mike to get some serious help. thank you mike! you rule! you deserve a raise! especially after all your years of experience! thank you! - lauren from valvoline.
Unlike their other major competitors, O'Reilly's excellent online website makes it easy to find the products and prices they offer for your automobiles. I always look for my automotive needs at their store first! I also use their free tool rentals from time to time.
Nice little location for auto parts!!!! I had to exchange a wiper blade I bought from a different location that was the wrong part number. The person helping at the counter was super helpful and really nice, he made the transaction easy which was awesome! He also helped me get the proper oil filter and oil for my In-Law’s car, while helping to find a good deal on the oil change package! I would come back to this location just because of my experience here!
I just got done shopping in this location. A gentleman by the name of Ricardo went above and beyond and assisted me in locating the correct brake bulb for my vehicle. And then went as far as to assist me with installing it. After having driven hours upon hours across country, only to get here to find out my brake light was out was absolutely stressful. But Ricardo really made my day 1000% better. I live all the way in Los Angeles. DTLA. But I will be traveling up here just to go to this location for future endeavors. I needed to replace my headlights so I went in and bought what I thought I needed. Turns out I was very wrong so Bryan came out and not only helped me pick out the correct ones but also put them in for me in 70 mph winds! I am so appreciative of there help, especially Bryan!
The organization and cleanliness of this store was good. The staffing was not great (maybe one or two employees were on their lunch-break (?) The advice that I went to ask for my minor car project did not sound as confident nor creditable as I hoped for. MY BIGGEST GRIPE is how this national auto-parts SUPPLIER had so many blank spots on its mdse Shelves ;-( I see no more "Covid-thing" as a rational excuse for low inventory levels. Pay more attention to what has run out (or sells well AND LIKELY Will Run Out.) Stock more quantities so that I don't need to come back in two days when it's 'scheduled' to be restocked.
Brian was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. My daughter was traveling in CA and her battery died. I called Brian and he got her 1 month old battery exchanged without the receipt. He used my rewards number to pull up my purchase. Excellent Service Brian. Thank you.
Awesome place. Busy when I was there but Mike was so helpful. He took the time to make sure I found the right parts and then helped me fix a part of my car that I would have never been able to fix on my own. I am so thankful to him! Highly recommend this location and will be going back for all of my auto needs.

Great experience ! I went there cause I just needed oil for my car, ended up with a little lesson about checking oil and how too calculate how much my car is burning. Luis was amazing ! Helped me check everything, got called inside by an employee but came back within 2 minutes and took the time to answer some additional questions and even check how to change the air filter. Small store, amazing customer service : I found my trusted place for car parts (and oil) - Thank you

Service is quick and helpful. They do a decent job , its not too hard looking things up on a computer but they've never given me a wrong part so there's that.
The guys here were very accommodating with my long list of items that I went there to price. They looked up every option and even made sure they had it in stock. The gentleman that helped me (can't remember his name) was even telling me the difference between the high priced items and the lower priced and if I needed to get it or not. They weren't just trying to make money off of me, they really wanted to help. That's what I call good customer service. Whenever I need anything for my car, I'm going to them, even if it means driving a little further. Thanks!!!!
