  I came in to purchase new headlight bulbs for my Tacoma. I thought i could install them myself but i was having trouble doing so. The store manager came out to my truck and within minutes he had replaced all 3 bulbs. Their customer service is exceptional, i will be recommending this Autozone to all my friends and family. Thank you for all your help and professionalism.

  An overall unremarkable shopping experience for windshield wiper fluid. I walked in, found the product, paid for it and walked out. The price was reasonable; I found the ‘customer service experience’ irrelevant. The parking is plentiful, and access for the disabled seems sufficient.

  So grateful for this Autozone! I came in today to replace my own cars wiper blades as well as my boyfriends. Not only did they steer me in the right direction as to what to buy. They also installed them and taught me how to do it myself for in the future. Brad was very helpful and friendly. I’ll be coming back here for any parts or services!

  Rory at the Newbury Park store was absolutely the best. I called two AutoZone stores in Simi Valley before calling the Newbury Park store. Rory went the extra mile to help me and instead of frustrating me like the other stores did, he was nice and really helpful. Excellent customer service!! Rory should manage the store. He’s amazing!   I need two, just two zip ties, the young man in gray shirt with the blond hair was nice enough to give me two zip ties he already had. Yes, he could have sold me a whole bag of 1,000 zip ties and made AutoZone $5.00 but for that act of service and understanding he has made a life long customer. AutoZone. You will now be my main supplier for my 10 garages.

  I stopped in to get a new battery. Jose was a huge help since I had my 5 yo and 2 yo sons with me. He checked the old battery, removed it, and installed the new one while I kept my boys occupied. Great service.

  Cam and David did an awesome job installing my battery this morning in my Infiniti! It was wedged in the corner with a very tight fit but between the two of them they did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend this place!

  Sooo I can’t convey how awesome G-Money and Jose are at this location!…. Not only did they stay after hours when I showed up (like an A-Hole) as they were closing…. They weren’t pushing they couldn’t have been nicer!… I will gladly come back and reccomend anybody who enjoys the good ol days of when great customer service was a thing….
