The store manager came out to my truck and within minutes he had replaced all 3 bulbs. Their customer service is exceptional, i will be recommending this Autozone to all my friends and family. An overall unremarkable shopping experience for windshield wiper fluid. I walked in, found the product, paid for it and walked out. The price was reasonable; I found the ‘customer service experience’ irrelevant.
The parking is plentiful, and access for the disabled seems sufficient.

I need two, just two zip ties, the young man in gray shirt with the blond hair was nice enough to give me two zip ties he already had. Yes, he could have sold me a whole bag of 1,000 zip ties and made AutoZone $5.00 but for that act of service and understanding he has made a life long customer. AutoZone. You will now be my main supplier for my 10 garages.
I should've read the reviews before I stepped into this place. There was no greeting when I walked through the door. All of the associates were talking to each other. I was the only one in the store. Similar to the other reviews, its like a burden when you walk into an Auto Zone and ask for assistance.
Went in to buy replacement windshield blades. Got home to install and the instructions were horrible. The blades I purchased didn't have the same built in locking clip. The new ones had some sort of plastic clip which was separate from the blades. After a bunch of You Tubes which were no help, and no instructions on the package, I headed back to Auto Zone for help. Brad was extremely helpful and never made me feel like less of a man for not figuring it out, cause you know... our egos and all. Brad had them installed in a flash and I learned that those clips were not needed. Who knew? Brad knew. Professional in every way. Thanks Brad
I always walk in there completely respectful, Im a reserved, pretty quiet, to my self kind of guy, anyone that knows me will say that, but every time I walk into this store its like I am SUCH a burden for stepping into this place, like they are always so annoyed that they have to speak to a customer and they have so much going on that how dare I ask a question.
I have a neighbor that actually said the exact same thing, he refuses to set foot in there now, like me. They sure know how to make people feel uncomfortable here.
Not to mention their prices for anything at all are just so inflated it really forces people to just go to Amazon. I mean ... at least just have a reasonable fair markup, but at least double the price for most things, or literally 8 - 13x the price is ... a bit crazy!

Today is my first time here to check out my car. I got the light bulbs, the guy help me out are super nice, his name is Jose. He helped me out for change the light bulbs out and replace the new light bulbs. And the manager, Justice, he’s really nice guy also. They don’t have to help me to change the light bulbs. But they really help me a lot. If I get replace for the new bulbs with dealership, it costs more than whatever I get charge than here!
I stopped in to get a new battery. Jose was a huge help since I had my 5 yo and 2 yo sons with me. He checked the old battery, removed it, and installed the new one while I kept my boys occupied. Great service.
Cam and David did an awesome job installing my battery this morning in my Infiniti! It was wedged in the corner with a very tight fit but between the two of them they did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been coming to this autozone for awhile now to get parts for my Honda Civic. This last visit was to swap my old battery. Brad is always quick to assist me and answer all my questions. Cam is also an exceptional employee too. Jose changed my old battery and while doing so he noticed that one of my battery terminals was lose and he offered to hot fix it for me free of charge. He didn’t have to do that but he did. The employees here are great people and very professional. Bring your car here and expect to get well taken car of by these gentleman.
The batteries in my truck were being difficult to change out ant the manager, Sam was great. He stayed and helped longer than I would've. He runs a great store. I'll definitely keep going there. Thank you for your help Sam.
