I went in to pick up a battery for my motorcycle. Jeff was a tremendous help in recommending the correct battery for my motorcycle. I purchased the wrong one online and he recommended something better for my application. I highly recommend this location.
Great store! Great manager. Christian was very knowledgeable, and gave me his time, patiently answering my questions on my first call, first thing in the morning, and then when iIgot there. Although it was 23 miles away, I knew that I coud trust what I was sold, as I needed two 6V batteries for my old RV. This is definitly the store to go for batteries. As well, I received a 10% senior discount, on top of some other discounts. The price of the batteries was $169 each, down from $179. The local auto store in Canoga Park, were selling the batteries for $200, so right off the bat, I was getting a great deal. It was very worth driving the 23 miles to go to a store that I had 100% confidence in their products and guidance.
Manager/gentleman that helped me it was very knowledgeable and filled my batteries quickly and efficiently and told me when they were ready for use. I have been to the store before and it is a pleasure to shop there. Prices are fair. I have bought some watch batteries/phone batteries and motorcycle/Seadoo batteries from here.
I am in the battery industry but the gentleman that provided care to me showed me he was the best. I dnt like to admit when i loose. And i loved the loss, cuz this entity is not selling but they are serving our community. Lets go Jeff (My GUY)
I can’t imagine how you could go wrong at this store. The selection of batteries is amazing, including one for my mobility scooter. Additionally, the guys are so helpful and generous with their time it is unbelievable Stop buying your batteries anywhere else and start going to these guys. You’ll love their service and their kindness.
UPDATE: my fob was low on battery and because I bought the warranty from batteries plus, I was able to replace it for free. Don’t go to the dealer go to batteries plus!!!
Went in today for a very low battery fob for my Subaru. Was given the option of a $15 lifetime contract as long as I own the vehicle – what a deal compare that to the actual dealership. Fast service and friendly vendor.

I needed two 8volt batteries for my camper and they had several options. The owner guided me to pick the correct one for my camper. Very knowledgable guy. I have bought all kinds of batteries here before and I was never disappointed with their selection. I highly recommend this store.

I wont get my batteries anywhere else. This was my first time doing business with Batteries Plus. The customer service was outstanding and I got a good vibe over the phone and my daughter said the same when she arrived at the Thousand Oaks location. They ultimately determined that the battery was actually good and the car was experiencing another issue. Thank you guys for the honesty and I look forward to doing business with you in the future!
Every time I go to batteries Plus it is very friendly and knowledgable service. Their prices are very reasonable and when I bought a new battery for my car they installed it free with no waiting time.
The customer service on a normal day is stellar and they go above and beyond so I am not surprised that when the community is in a time of need ie raging wild fires and power outages amidst the worst wind storm since 2011 that batteries plus stayed open past closing even with no power to help community members with any battery needs and help people fix generators. The workers at this store deserve an award for best ran batteries plus store! Thank you so much, our community appreciates all the time and help you have dedicated to the people in need!
Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful employees at the Thousand Oaks Batteries plus on Moorpark road. Every time I’ve been in there without fail. I highly recommend this place!!!
Returned a few days later and got great advice on getting a new battery for my 2004 GMC Savana van. AAA wanted to charge about $250 to replace it. Instead, I had them jump it and I brought it up to Batteries Plus. Saved about $80 with the Black Friday price, installation is free, and Angel put it in within a few minutes of my arrival! Same great customer service and I heard the guy ahead of me compliment them on the same.

Our family car battery just decided to quit the morning before Thanksgiving when my wife was about to head to the store . I usually go to an auto parts store for batteries…but not anymore! My neighbor mentioned Battery Plus and since they are right around the corner from me I drove over. The immediate service from Christian was impeccable! He tested my battery, it was bad, then got me a new one quickly! The prices compared to auto parts stores are similar or a bit better even (and a higher end battery)! Installation was included if desired, so I said why not!
My vehicle wouldn’t start in order to pull around back where they perform the installation so Angel came out to give me a quick jump. I pulled around back and Angel was extremely polite and clearly had a high priority for offering top notch service! Angel performed the installation quickly and cleanly and I was on my way! I met the owner just before he was taking off and gave my gratitude, very polite well mannered gentleman!

We needed a new rechargeable battery for a blind friend's BRAILLE recorder. They are no longer available anywhere, but my local Batteries Plus store successfully rebuilt it for a very reasonable price. Many thanks!
Bought a couple deep cycle 6v batteries for our travel trailer. Purchased online. Drove to the store with my old batteries for core charge. They had my order ready, batteries charged, wheeled them to my truck and took my cores in exchange. In and out in 5 minutes. Very easy. Would recommend.
Such friendly staff and great low prices. Went to other autoshops for a car battery and the prices at Battery and Plus can’t be beat. Really satisfied with my visit and reccomened it to anyone!
The staff at Batteries + are knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a 12V battery my Camry Hybrid, which required a specialized battery that Toyota only used for one or two model years of the Camry, and which was not available at any of the 5 auto parts stores i visited. And i also bought a 12V battery for my Highlander. Both batteries were installed quickly and properly, and carry 4 year and 3 year replacement warranties respectively.
Went in for a battery issue. Had a quick chat about my broken key fob and in 5 minutes it was fixed. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Don't hesitate to stop in their shop.

Some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever had. My husband has been in desperate need of a new key fob but we didn’t want to shell out over $200 at the dealership for one. We just happened to walk in to this shop and notice they fix and program key fobs. Less than half the price of the dealership! Everyone was so nice and got us a new fob in around 20 minutes. Will be coming back for random battery and electronic needs in the future!
These guys are AWESOME !!! I handed them my BMW key , he looked at the key and said "this is from an 03 or 04 BMW and their rechargeable."
Dead-on accurate he was, it's a key from a 04 X5 BMW. Then he took the time to explain to me how to go about fixing it. Thanks guys
