They have helped maintain my older car w/ 496000+ miles on it (Acura MDX) and a newer car (Acura RDX) in stellar fashion. I cannot say enough great things about this auto shop. my experience with Tommys was great and super painless. I had them take my car in after it broke down on my way back to sacramento, and they were super communicative and understanding about my inability to come pick it up due to time constraints. when i did come to pick it up and throughout the entire process really, everyone i spoke to was super friendly and they did me some huge favors. if I ever get stranded in Atascadero again, I know where i’m going.

I went 3 places and spent hundreds of dollars before I found Tommy's, I was putting my trust in one more place and I'm so glad I did they found the problem talked with me before they did any work let me know the price of everything it was such a good feeling to know I could call them if anything was wrong they actually would call back or message me back the same day, the whole crew at Tommy's are very professional and kind from Grace in the office to Tommy and the guys that work with them, I highly recommend if you want honest work done right and a great atmosphere you need to go to Tommy's Automotive they are great.
Its always tough finding a good/honest mechanic. He was able to give me a few options in terms of water pumps for my vehicle and a great quote. Gave me an estimated time of when he would finish and he had it done a day sooner. Car was completely fixed. Very friendly as well!

My car started acting weird all of a sudden, and Tommy was able to help me out ASAP. Emily in the office is the nicest human ever. She even had some kid toys for my kids to play with since I had to bring my two young toddlers to the shop with me. Tommy was super helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to help me understand the problem (even though I know very little about cars). I love that this is a family-owned shop, and they know the importance of safety and durability. Integrity is a value I look for with whoever I give my business to, and it was obvious from the start that Tommy's got integrity and won't charge you or suggest repairs on your car that aren't necessary. Tommy's Auto will definitely be my go to shop for my car needs, and the shop I recommend to my friends and family.

I brought a car in that I was wanting to purchase from a private party. The seller said their mechanic checked everything out. I brought it to Tommy's for a second opinion.
